Abstract

Globalization drives the presence of digital markets, including Tokopedia's collaboration with TikTok Shop. This collaboration creates new market opportunities and attractive offers that trigger impulsive buying behavior due to Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). This study aims to analyze the effect of FoMO on impulsive buying of fashion products on Tokopedia. Quantitative methods are used with purposive and convenience sampling techniques, involving 75 respondents. A questionnaire with a Likert Scale was used to collect data, and SmartPLS 3 was used for analysis. The findings show that FoMO has a significant and positive impact on impulsive buying. However, the shortcomings of this study include the small sample size, focus on fashion products, and one platform, so the results cannot be fully generalized. Further research is expected to expand its scope for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

Inventory system is a system that serves to know the inventory of goods in a place. Inventory systems are widely used or developed in a place with a variety of technologies. The existing problem at cooperative kasongan business together is not yet availability of inventory system of goods not efficient so that, when employees perform data collection sometimes still occur miscalculation because in data collection goods not yet computerized. Therefore, in this final project will be built web-based inventory information system,so that information about the stock of goods available in cooperative can be known clearly and in detail. This inventory application is built using the programming language Php and mysql as database and several other stages in the design of this system. The stages in the design of this system is the analysis and design of systems, system design, coding, system implementation and system testing. Based on the concept and design of this system then, it can be concluded that the web-based inventory of goods applications was built with the aim that in the management of data entry and discharge of goods more orderly and computerized so as to avoid the problem of miscalculation done by employees when collecting goods in cooperative Bantul.

Abstract

Potential investors are required to be able to process information and be able to see investment opportunities that can produce optimal levels of return with minimal levels of risk so that they can provide large profits in the future. Rate of return (return) and risk (risk) are two fundamental things in investing. The samples chosen in this research were fourteen stock companies that were consistently listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the 2020-2024 period. The criteria for determining investment decisions in this research is selecting efficient stocks that have individual returns that are higher than the expected return [(Ri) > E(Ri)]. The results of calculations using the Sharia Compliant Asset Pricing Model (SCAPM) method show that five companies are included in the efficient stock group category, including ADRO, INCO, PGAS, PTBA and UNTR. Of the five company shares, ADRO shares have a greater individual share rate of return than the other four efficient shares. So the investment decision that investors must take is to buy ADRO shares

Abstract

Khususnya mengingat kebutuhan akan perubahan yang cepat dan meningkatnya kompleksitas kesulitan, peran kepemimpinan visioner menjadi semakin signifikan dalam konteks reformasi kebijakan sektor publik. Kemampuan seorang pemimpin untuk mengembangkan, menyampaikan, dan melaksanakan visi jangka panjang yang kreatif dan berfungsi sebagai peta jalan untuk menentukan arah kebijakan dan taktik organisasi publik dikenal sebagai kepemimpinan visioner. Pemimpin visioner di sektor publik memiliki peran penting dalam mengelola perubahan dan mengatasi pertentangan yang mungkin muncul dari birokrasi, sistem yang tidak fleksibel, dan sumber daya yang langka. Selain menciptakan tujuan jangka panjang yang fleksibel, kepemimpinan visioner memungkinkan mereka untuk membuat kebijakan yang relevan, mudah beradaptasi, dan peka terhadap tuntutan masyarakat. Untuk menjamin bahwa kebijakan yang dihasilkan dapat diterima secara sah dan diterima secara umum, para pemimpin yang visioner mengambil sikap inklusif dan kooperatif, mendorong keterlibatan aktif dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk masyarakat. Strategi ini tidak hanya mempermudah pengesahan kebijakan, tetapi juga membuat masyarakat merasa lebih berinvestasi dalam kebijakan yang diusulkan. Selain itu, budaya organisasi yang mudah beradaptasi yang memprioritaskan pendidikan, pemberdayaan staf, dan inovasi dalam pelayanan publik dipupuk oleh kepemimpinan yang visioner. Proses transformasi kebijakan yang berkelanjutan di sektor publik dipicu oleh kepemimpinan visioner yang mengedepankan tata kelola pemerintahan yang efektif, efisien, dan berorientasi pada hasil. Reformasi yang dipimpin oleh kepemimpinan visioner dapat menciptakan sektor publik yang lebih mudah beradaptasi, akuntabel, dan memperhatikan tuntutan masyarakat, sehingga meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah dan meningkatkan standar kualitas pelayanan publik.

Abstract

Adolescence is a time of transition, growth, exploration, and opportunity. Teenage pregnancy means that teenagers who are married or unmarried are likely to get pregnant at a relatively young age under 20 years of age. The impact of high-risk pregnancies on teenagers is such as miscarriage, preterm delivery, easy infection, pregnancy poisoning and high maternal mortality. This situation is caused by the immaturity of the reproductive organs for pregnancy, so it can be detrimental to the mother's health, development and growth of the fetus. The aim of this community service is to increase teenagers' knowledge regarding the dangers of anemia in early pregnancy. The method used in this community service is literature review and qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques using pre-test and post-test questionn.The results of community service aimed at teenagers have increased knowledge regarding the dangers of anemia in early pregnancy.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional berperan penting dalam keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan di tingkat pemerintah daerah. Studi kasus ini menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan daerah terhadap pembuatan dan implementasi kebijakan publik. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, yang ditandai dengan visi jelas, kemampuan menginspirasi, dan stimulasi intelektual, secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pemimpin tranformasional dalam mendorong inovasi, partisipasi masyarakat, dan pencapaian tujuan pembangunan daerah

Abstract

Risk management is a set of comprehensive policies and procedures owned by an organization to manage, monitor, and control its exposure to risks. Risk is defined as the uncertainty arising from changes. The methodology used in this research is library research, with a descriptive qualitative approach. Additionally, the data source for this research is secondary data, which consists of previous relevant scholarly works, including books and other academic writings from various perspectives. In its implementation, risk management in Islamic banking includes risk identification, risk measurement, monitoring, and controlling risks. In this context, various forms of risk must be faced, including credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, as well as compliance and operational risks. The application of risk management at all levels, whether on a small or large scale, is crucial as it can reduce the likelihood of risks and errors in the long term.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of live streaming and brand image on online customer reviews. To analyze the influence of live streaming and brand image on purchasing decisions. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling while the population used was consumers or users of skintific products in Surakarta and a sample of 100 consumers or users of skintific products in Surakarta. The results of the live streaming study have a positive and significant effect on online customer reviews. The results of the brand image variable have a significant effect on online customer reviews. The results of the live streaming variable have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the brand image variable have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the online customer review variable have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the mediation show that online customer reviews can mediate positively and significantly between live streaming and purchasing decisions as evidenced by the t-statistic value. The results of the mediation show that online customer reviews can mediate positively and significantly between brand image and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how students at Universitas Negeri Surabaya apply the principles of Pancasila in their daily lives. This study focuses on the importance of Pancasila as the foundation of the state and a moral standard in national life. The research employs a qualitative approach to collect data in order to understand the challenges faced by students in implementing the values of Pancasila amid rapid social change and globalization. The results indicate that students have a good understanding of Pancasila, but they still need to improve its implementation in their daily lives, particularly in areas such as transportation. It is hoped that this research will contribute to enhancing character education programs on campus and encourage students to be more active in applying the principles of Pancasila in their lives.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of multicultural societies has heightened the prevalence of identity and cultural crises, particularly among individuals from minority groups. This literature review explores the role of multicultural counseling in addressing identity crises and cultural conflicts, focusing on the effectiveness of culturally competent counseling approaches. Utilizing theories of acculturation (Berry, 2005) and identity development (Erikson, 1968), the study highlights the critical importance of counselor competence in understanding and integrating clients’ diverse cultural backgrounds. Results indicate that identity crises often arise from the pressure to assimilate into dominant cultures while preserving one’s cultural heritage, leading to psychological distress. Multicultural counseling approaches, which emphasize respect for cultural differences and personalized counseling strategies, are shown to be effective in helping clients resolve these crises. However, significant challenges remain, particularly in the training and practice of multicultural counseling. Counselors often lack sufficient skills to manage complex cultural issues, underscoring the need for enhanced multicultural competence in counseling education. The review concludes that adopting an integrative acculturation strategy, in which individuals maintain their cultural identity while adapting to new cultural environments, significantly improves psychological well-being. This study provides practical implications for the development of multicultural counseling practices and suggests directions for future research to bridge the gap between theory and practice in addressing identity crises in multicultural settings.
