Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dampak ketidakharmonisan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Ketidakharmonisan keluarga yang meliputi konflik antar anggota keluarga, perceraian, atau masalah komunikasi, dapat memengaruhi kondisi psikologis mahasiswa, yang pada gilirannya memengaruhi kemampuan akademik mereka. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 15 mahasiswa yang mengaku mengalami ketidakharmonisan dalam keluarga mereka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola utama yang muncul dalam pengalaman para partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidakharmonisan keluarga menimbulkan dampak emosional seperti stres, kecemasan, dan perasaan tidak aman, yang mengganggu konsentrasi dan motivasi belajar. Selain itu, ketidakharmonisan ini juga mengarah pada penurunan kepercayaan diri dan perasaan isolasi, yang semakin memperburuk kinerja akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ketidakharmonisan keluarga dapat menjadi faktor signifikan yang memengaruhi prestasi belajar mahasiswa, dan pentingnya dukungan emosional serta intervensi psikologis untuk membantu mereka mengatasi tantangan tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the results of a study of ten articles discussing educational supervision and evaluation of teacher performance, especially at the elementary school level. The results of the analysis show that effective supervision, whether academic, administrative, collaborative, or technology-based, has a significant contribution to improving the quality of learning and teacher professionalism. Academic supervision helps teachers strengthen pedagogical competencies through better lesson planning and implementation, while administrative supervision ensures efficiency in managerial tasks. A collaborative approach and use of technology accelerates the evaluation process and encourages innovation in teaching. Supporting factors, such as transformational leadership, positive school culture, and motivation, also play an important role in successful supervision. Based on these findings, it is recommended to implement integrated supervision, increase technology-based training, and develop a collaborative work culture in elementary schools to support continuous improvement in teacher performance.

Abstract

Teacher performance evaluation is an important instrument in efforts to improve the quality of education. This study aims to evaluate teacher performance by focusing on the model and practice of minimal teacher performance. This study is relevant considering the importance of the role of teachers in the learning process and the demands for improving the quality of education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The subjects of the study were a number of teachers from various levels of education. Data collection was carried out through document analysis from various articles related to teacher performance evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the models and practices of teacher performance applied still vary. Some teachers have implemented innovative learning models and actively involved students. However, there are still many teachers who tend to use conventional learning methods. In addition, the practice of teacher performance assessments that are carried out also still needs to be improved. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that efforts are needed to improve teacher performance through various strategies. Some recommendations that can be given include the development of ongoing training programs for teachers, the provision of adequate learning facilities and infrastructure, and the development of a more objective and accountable teacher performance assessment system. Thus, it is hoped that the quality of learning can improve and national education goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Curriculum administration is a key component in education, serving as a guide for planning, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. This study employs a literature review method to explore various aspects of curriculum administration, including the role of teachers, technology integration, and its impact on educational quality. The findings indicate that effective curriculum administration can enhance learning efficiency, material relevance, and the achievement of educational goals. The application of AI technology offers innovative opportunities to tailor learning to the individual needs of students. This study recommends enhancing teacher competencies through training and integrating technology to support better curriculum management.

Abstract

Curriculum administration is a key element in ensuring the effectiveness and quality of education in elementary schools. This article examines the strategic role of curriculum administration in improving the quality of education through a literature analysis covering planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation. The role of teachers as implementers, aligners, developers, and researchers is an important aspect in the successful implementation of a curriculum that is adaptive to student needs and local contexts. However, challenges such as limited resources, inconsistencies in policies with local needs, and lack of training for teachers often hinder the effectiveness of curriculum administration. The solutions offered include strengthening school-based management, ongoing training for teachers, community participation, and technology integration in curriculum management. This article concludes that a holistic approach involving cross-sector collaboration and the use of technology can create inclusive, relevant, and quality education. Optimizing curriculum administration is an important foundation for achieving educational goals that are more adaptive and responsive to global and local challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how math learning success and learning motivation relate to each other among students of SD Negeri 01 Malalo. This kind of research is experimental in nature. Under controlled circumstances, experimental research is a technique used to investigate how certain therapies affect others. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used in this study. Data on student learning achievement was obtained from test results, while data on student learning motivation was collected through a motivation questionnaire. Time Series design is the design used in this study. The sample of this study consisted of 27 students from class V A, while the population of this study consisted of 105 students of class V SD Negeri 01 Malalo. The questionnaire method and the test method were used as data collection procedures in this study. Test sheets and questionnaires serve as research tools. Based on the research results, students' learning motivation (X) and math learning achievement (Y) are positively and significantly correlated. The relationship between learning desire and arithmetic learning achievement is shown by the findings of the data analysis, which resulted in r table and r calculated values of 0.381 and 0.388 for an error rate of 5% with n = 27. Given the price ????ℎ???????????????????? > ???????????????????????? (0.388 > 0.381), it can be said that learning motivation and math learning achievement have a positive and significant relationship of 0.388.

Abstract

Teacher performance evaluation is a crucial aspect of improving educational quality. This study aims to analyze various teacher performance evaluation methods through a literature review. The analysis is based on scientific articles published between 2018 and 2023. The findings indicate that teacher performance evaluation should be conducted systematically, encompassing planning, implementation, and monitoring. This evaluation not only benefits the enhancement of teacher competencies but also contributes to achieving better learning quality. Efforts to improve teacher performance can be carried out through principal supervision, teacher subject discussion programs, training, and the use of application-based technology. Thus, teacher performance evaluation serves as an essential tool to support the success of future education.

Abstract

Curriculum administration is an essential element in supporting the quality of learning in elementary schools. This literature review explores various approaches in curriculum administration, including traditional methods such as academic and administrative supervision, as well as modern innovations through technology integration. The findings of the study indicate that traditional approaches offer stability and structure, while technological innovations provide greater efficiency and flexibility. The success of curriculum administration is influenced by the leadership of the school principal, a collaborative school culture, and the active involvement of teachers. Challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and adaptation to changes in educational policies require solutions such as technology training, increased investment in digital devices, and the development of a work culture that supports collaboration. By combining traditional and innovative approaches, curriculum administration can be more responsive to the needs of students and the community. Through this analysis, the review contributes significantly to the understanding of the role of curriculum administration in creating quality learning and supporting the achievement of national educational goals.
