Abstract

Mahasiswa bekerja menghadapi tantangan besar dalam menyeimbangkan kehidupan pribadi, kuliah, dan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman mereka, meliputi motivasi, strategi manajemen waktu, serta cara mengelola stres. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa motivasi utama mahasiswa adalah meringankan beban finansial keluarga dan memperoleh pengalaman kerja. Mereka mengandalkan jadwal harian dan dukungan sosial untuk mengelola tantangan. Strategi pengelolaan stres mencakup melibatkan diri dalam hobi, berkomunikasi dengan teman atau keluarga, dan menjaga waktu istirahat. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara peran akademik, profesional, dan pribadi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi relevansi makna syukur terhadap tradisi Nyadran di Desa Abar-Abir dalam konteks living hadis. Nyadran adalah sebuah tradisi lokal yang menggabungkan elemen budaya dan ajaran Islam, di mana masyarakat Desa Abar-Abir melakukan ritual tahunan untuk menghormati leluhur dan mengucapkan syukur atas berkah yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam untuk mengumpulkan data dari partisipan yang terlibat dalam tradisi Nyadran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi Nyadran memiliki relevansi yang kuat dengan konsep syukur dalam hadis. Tradisi ini tidak hanya sekadar ritual, tetapi juga merupakan ekspresi rasa syukur komunitas terhadap nikmat yang telah diterima. Nyadran juga berperan penting dalam memperkuat solidaritas sosial dan ikatan komunitas, serta memperkokoh identitas keagamaan masyarakat Desa Abar-Abir. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tradisi Nyadran merupakan manifestasi living hadis yang menggambarkan bagaimana ajaran Islam dapat diintegrasikan dalam praktik budaya lokal, sehingga menciptakan harmoni antara nilai-nilai agama dan tradisi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the meaning of sakinah and tuma'ninah in the Qur'an through Thosihiko Izutsu's semantic approach. Sakinah is often interpreted as the calmness that Allah bestows on believers in stressful situations, while tuma'ninah refers to the tranquility of the heart that comes from strong belief and faith. Although the two seem similar, analysis shows that sakinah is more related to external and situational contexts, while tuma'ninah focuses on internal and spiritual tranquility. The research utilizes primary sources such as the Qur'an and various classical and modern tafsir to provide an in-depth and contextualized understanding of these two terms. The results confirm that understanding the differences and similarities between sakinah and tuma'ninah is crucial for Muslims in achieving true peace of mind. The findings contribute significantly to the field of Islamic studies and semantics, and offer practical guidance for achieving peace of mind in daily life.

Abstract

A study entitled "The Influence of Principal Leadership on Improving the Quality of Islamic Education at MIN 15 Aceh Besar" has been conducted. This study aims to implement the leadership style of the principal at MIN 15 Aceh Besar in the context of Islamic education, to determine the obstacles faced by the principal in carrying out his leadership role to improve the quality of Islamic education at MIN 15 Aceh Besar, and to determine the perceptions of teachers, students, and parents regarding the influence of principal leadership on the quality of Islamic education at MIN 15 Aceh Besar. This study was conducted at MIN Aceh Besar using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through: (1) In-depth interviews; (2) Participatory observation and (3) documentation. The selection of research informants used purposive techniques combined with "Snowball sampling". Based on the results of the study, Principal leadership is a key factor that determines the quality of education in schools, so that the education process can run in a planned, systematic, and professional manner. The principal in carrying out his leadership in managing the school must pay attention to improving the quality of teachers. This is because teachers are the ones who deal directly with students. Improving the quality of teachers will have an impact on student achievement. Therefore, a qualified principal will always invite, persuade, lead, guide, and encourage teachers to teach professionalism in order to achieve educational goals. However, in reality, the principal's leadership has not been running well to create a good learning process and quality of education.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan permasalahan serius yang berdampak negatif pada kesejahteraan fisik, emosional, dan sosial anak-anak, khususnya di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap akar permasalahan bullying melalui perspektif Al Qur’an dan Hadits, serta menganalisis bagaimana nilai-nilai tersebut dapat diterapkan untuk membangun lingkungan belajar yang inklusif di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis literatur, mengkaji sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al Qur’an dan Hadits mengandung prinsip-prinsip yang dapat menjadi landasan kuat dalam mencegah dan menangani bullying. Nilai-nilai seperti keadilan, kasih sayang, dan kesetaraan, jika diterapkan secara konsisten, dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan mendukung perkembangan holistik siswa. Implementasi nilai-nilai ini mencakup peningkatan pemahaman tentang ajaran Islam dalam proses belajar-mengajar dan peneladanan sikap Rasulullah Muhammad ﷺ. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan berlandaskan Al Qur’an dan Hadits tidak hanya efektif dalam mengatasi bullying, tetapi juga esensial dalam pembentukan karakter siswa yang berakhlak mulia dan beradab. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan strategi pendidikan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Generasi Z yang baru memasuki dunia kerja sering menghadapi tantangan dalam menyesuaikan diri, dan self efficacy dipercaya dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh self efficacy terhadap produktivitas kerja pada generasi Z di Solo Raya Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei, melibatkan 50 responden pekerja generasi Z di Solo Raya. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala self-efficacy dan skala produktivitas kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja .Pembahasan mengungkapkan bahwa self-efficacy dapat meningkatkan kinerja, meskipun penelitian ini terbatas pada jumlah sampel yang kecil dan wilayah yang terbatas. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas sampel dan variabel yang digunakan.

Abstract

Planning and organizing play a very important role in the effective and efficient achievement of educational goals. Good planning in the world of education involves identifying clear educational goals, developing appropriate strategies to achieve them, as well as preparing detailed activity plans to ensure all available resources are used optimally. With careful planning, every educational activity can be carried out with a clear direction and in accordance with the objectives that have been set. This research aims to examine the role of planning and organizing in improving the quality of learning in schools.Meanwhile, organizing is an important step in ensuring that the plans that have been prepared can run smoothly. Organizing in education includes dividing tasks, determining an appropriate organizational structure, and determining the roles and responsibilities of each individual in implementing the plan. Through effective organization, all elements in the education system, including teaching staff, students and other resources, can work together harmoniously to achieve the desired educational goals. This research uses normative research methods or doctrinal research where secondary data sources or library research will be used in this research, namely by examining secondary materials in the form of scientific books, journals, etc. Data analysis techniques use secondary materials or library research which are then analyzed and presented descriptively. The results of this research show that in the education system, the success of planning and organizing is greatly influenced by how well these two elements are implemented. In the context of education managed by both the private and state parties, good organization allows for optimal use of resources, which in turn will have a positive impact on the quality of education itself.

Abstract

Industri game online terus berkembang pesat, dengan genre roleplay menjadi salah satu segmen utama yang menyumbang 15% dari total pendapatan industri global yang diproyeksikan mencapai USD 200 miliar pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika, peluang, dan tantangan dalam bisnis digital, khususnya pada server game roleplay seperti GTA San Andreas Multiplayer (SAMP), melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi partisipatif. Peneliti yang berperan langsung sebagai developer memperoleh wawasan mendalam terkait manajemen risiko, inovasi konten, dan tantangan regulasi dalam menjaga keberlanjutan usaha. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa 70% pemain menganggap roleplay sebagai bentuk hiburan favorit, sehingga menjadi ruang potensial untuk inovasi dan kolaborasi di era digital. Risiko utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi operasional, keamanan, dan sumber daya manusia, yang dapat dikelola melalui strategi mitigasi seperti peningkatan keamanan siber, pelatihan admin, dan diversifikasi konten. Analisis risiko dilakukan untuk menilai dampak dan kemungkinan risiko, sementara langkah-langkah mitigasi dirancang guna memastikan stabilitas dan keberlanjutan server. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya manajemen risiko yang terintegrasi dalam ekosistem game online untuk menghadapi tantangan industri yang dinamis. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembang dalam menciptakan pengalaman bermain yang menarik sekaligus mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis digital secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Based on the researcher's observations, it is known that the issue is that students feel that the teaching and learning activities lack variety because educators only use PowerPoint (PPT) as a teaching medium, even though there are many suitable teaching media for geography topics in high schools, one of which is thematic maps. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of using thematic map learning media on students' learning outcomes. This research employs a quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental design, using pre-tests and post-tests as research instruments. The research sample was selected using purposive random sampling. The samples in this study are class XI IPS 3 and XI IPS 4 of SMAN 113 Jakarta. Data on students' learning outcomes were collected using pre-tests and post-tests. The researcher also conducted several tests, including tests for the validity and appropriateness of the learning media, tests for normality, homogeneity, and independent sample t-tests. The findings of this research show that the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. This means that there is an influence from the implementation of the thematic map learning media, and there is a difference in the average learning outcomes between the experimental group and the control group. Thematic map learning media is suitable for use as a teaching tool that can assist students in analyzing the phenomenon of the distribution of natural disasters in Indonesia. Thus, it has been proven that the use of thematic maps can lead to improved learning outcomes for students.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important components of life. Since humans began engaging in educational activities, they have successfully realized various developments and advancements in all aspects of their lives. Generally, the process of education has also experienced significant progress, both in terms of methods and the goals to be achieved. The Indonesian government has consistently worked to improve the quality of education by implementing various changes in the education sector, with the curriculum serving as a key tool for enhancing educational quality. Differences in curriculum systems provide a way to understand various aspects related to the education systems of Indonesia and Singapore. This research is qualitative in nature, employing a descriptive method. The author collected data from journals, books, and online media. The study utilizes the theory of differences in curriculum systems. The aim of this research is to identify the differences in the education curriculum systems between Indonesia and Singapore. In conclusion, education is crucial for both developed and developing countries. For developed countries like Singapore, the education curriculum is used as an effort to continuously improve the quality of life for its citizens. Meanwhile, for developing countries like Indonesia, the education curriculum is implemented as an effort to catch up with more advanced nations.
