Abstract

Empowerment public is A draft development economy that summarizes values social concepts. This concept produces a new paradigm in development that are people centered, participatory, empowering and sustainability in development. This article used study descriptive with method qualitative . Focus of the research is to see conditions of implementation of coastal communities empowerment in the sub-district Pond Osowilangun, Surabaya City. The approach uses Hasan and Azis (2018) concept in which the empowerment consist of enabling, empowering, and protecting. The results of study describe empowerment community in the area Coast Ward Pond Osowilangun Surabaya from enabling, empowering, and protecting aspects have been fulfilled. It means empowerment in Tambak Osowilangun Surabaya has already realized.

Abstract

The originality of the Bible, which the Qur'an alludes to, has become an debate in believing in the books of God. Whereas both are equally a revelation from God. Abstract

Setiap ajaran terdapat hukum-hukum yang mengikat pera pemeluknya tak terkecuali Islam. Dalam islam, terdapat beberapa sumber hukum yang mengatur perilaku pemeluknya dalam kegiatannya menjadi seorang hamba dan khalifah di bumi. Adapun sumber hukum utama dalam Islam adalah Al-Qur’an yang sudah dijamin keautentikannya dan juga terhindar dari intervensi tangan manusia. Al-Qur’an yang dittunkan secara berkala atau berangsur-angsur memiliki dua hal pokok yaitu Hablun Minallah dan Hablun Minannas. Kajian ini berbentuk library research (Penelitian Kepustakaan) dengan metode analisis deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara detail dan benar tentang Al-Qur’an sebagai sumber hukum utama dalam islam.

Abstract

This study analyzes the values of early childhood character education in Surah Luqman verses 13-19 based on the tafsir Al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab. This surah contains fundamental teachings related to character building, including tawhid, filial piety, honesty, responsibility, patience, tolerance, as well as humility and courtesy. Through the tafsir study method, this study found that Quraysh Shihab emphasizes tawhid-based character education as the main foundation, followed by strengthening morals and ethics in social life. These values are taught through Luqman's advice to his son, which is not only relevant in the Islamic context, but also universal in the formation of early childhood personality. The results show that Surah Luqman verses 13-19 emphasize several fundamental character values, including tawhid, filial piety, honesty, responsibility, patience, tolerance, humility, and courtesy. These values play an important role in shaping children's moral and ethical foundations from an early age. This study highlights the importance of integrating these Qur'anic values in early childhood education to form individuals of strong character and deep spiritual awareness. This research contributes to Islamic education by providing insights into the implementation of character education based on Qur'anic teachings

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of working hours and length of business on income. The research method uses descriptive quantitative data analysis with the variables working hours (X1) and length of business (X2) and income (Y). The sample from this research consisted of 50 traders. The results of data processing state that: Based on the results of multiple liner regression testing, it is proven that the working hours variable has a negative sign, meaning that working hours have no effect on MSME income from lanting products with a regression coefficient value of -0.164. Based on the results of multiple linear regression testing, it is proven that the value of 0.506 in the Length of Business variable is positive, this means that it shows a unidirectional influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Based on the results of tests simultaneously or called simultaneous, it shows that the variables of working hours and length of business have an F table value of 2.80. Based on these results, it can be seen that the calculated f value is 13,277>2.80 and the significance value is 0.001<0.005. Thus, it can be concluded that the variables of working hours and length of business have an effect simultaneously

Abstract

Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) dan Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) 46 adalah Bank milik Pemerintah, selain Bank Mandiri dan Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). Penelitian ini ingin melihat apakah terdapat perbedaan kinerja keuangan antara ke dua bank milik Pemerintah, yaitu Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) dan Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) 46. Analisis data hasil penelitiah menggunakan Software SPSS versi 26, untuk melakukan analisis independent sample t test untuk variabel ROA, NPL, LDR, CAR, NIM dan ROE selama 10 (sepuluh) tahun mulai tahun 2014 sampai 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hanya rasio keuangan Return on Asset (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) dan Net Performing Loan (NPL) secara rata-rata memiliki perbedaan signifikan dilihat dari kinerja keuangan, sedangkan Capital Aduqucy Ratio (CAR), tidak mempunyai perbedaan Signifikan antara Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) dan Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) 46, selama 10 tahun, mulai tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2023.

Abstract

Calon investor sebelum menempatkan dana investasinya di Pasar Modal perlu melakukan kajian terhadap variabel makro lainnya, seperti PDB, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Inflasi, Kurs Dolar, SBI dan Indek Gini serta Harga Emas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Variabel Makro apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap Indek Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) periode penelitian selama 2008 sampai 2024. Adapun variable makro yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah PDB, Infl.asi, Kurs Dolar, SBI (7-Day Reverse Repo Rate dan Indek Gini. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis ujit t, uji Anova, Korelasi, Regresi dan Koefisien Determinan menggunakan Soft Ware SPSS Versi 26. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa inflasi dan Indek Gini tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap IHSG, sedangkan PDB, Kurs Dolar dan SBI (7Days Repo Rate) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap IHSG. Kemudian secara simultan (bersama-sama), PDB, Inflasi, Kurs Dollar, SBI dan Indek Gini berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap IHSG periode tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2024 atau selama 17 (tujuh belas) tahun di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI).

Abstract

Zara Pangestu is a company operating in the wood industry. The product produced is Garden Stake or can also be called a plant support. Zara Pangestu is also included in the company with a high risk of work accidents. The aim of this research is to identify the potential risk of work accidents in the production process at CV. Zara Pangestu and provided recommendations for implementing Occupational Health and Safety. The method used in this research is JSA. The results of this research are that the risk category of potential dangers in the Garden Stakes production process has 2 potentials in the low category, 6 potentials in the medium category, and 7 potentials in the high category. The recommendation given to the Company is that the Company should pay attention to Occupational Safety and Health in every Garden Stakes production process from the first station to the final station. Procurement of PPE that complies with standards must also be considered so that every worker who will work feels safe and comfortable and minimizes the rate of work accidents that could occur at any time. The provision of Light Fire Extinguisher must also be considered at each work station to minimize the occurrence of undesirable things such as short circuits which can cause fires and potentially cause losses to the Company. From several K3 implementations that are not optimal, it is hoped that there will be efforts to increase the implementation of K3 in the Company, requiring regular evaluations to always increase the importance of working in a healthy and safe condition.

Abstract

Civil society is a social concept that reflects a democratic, civilized life that upholds human values. In the context of Indonesia, civil society plays a crucial role in maintaining interfaith harmony amidst diversity. This study aims to analyze the role of civil society in strengthening social harmony and identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors in achieving interfaith harmony. Using a qualitative approach and literature study method, this research finds that civil society contributes to creating spaces for dialogue, increasing awareness of pluralism, and building inclusive social networks. However, challenges such as intolerance and social polarization remain obstacles to achieving sustainable harmony. Therefore, synergy between the government, community organizations, and individuals is necessary to strengthen the values of togetherness and tolerance.

Abstract

system and its role in the social and cultural life of the community. Indonesia, with the largest Muslim population in the world, presents a unique context where Islamic law is integrated into the national legal framework. The study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the position of Islamic law in Indonesia, highlighting the areas where it is implemented, such as marriage, inheritance, and Islamic economics. The article also explores the challenges and opportunities in harmonizing Islamic law with national law, particularly in the context of pluralism and religious diversity. Through document analysis, interviews with legal experts, and case studies from various regions, this research identifies the ongoing debates surrounding the application of Islamic law and its potential for development in the future. The findings suggest that while Islamic law plays a significant role in the lives of Indonesian Muslims, a constructive dialogue is necessary to ensure its balanced implementation within the framework of national law.
