Abstract

Community service activities use counseling and outreach methods, with the target participants being the elderly group. Posyandu counseling and healthy exercise for the elderly have been carried out at RT 13 Talang Kelapa Hamlet for 5 (five) days. The results of the service activities, namely posyandu counseling, were attended by 21 (twenty one) participants from the elderly group, and health workers from the Community Health Center. This activity consists of a discussion about the importance of health care for the elderly and free health checks. Furthermore, there are healthy exercise activities for the elderly which provide benefits for the health of the elderly, including improving the health of the heart and cardiovascular system, increasing physical fitness, reducing the risk of chronic disease, improving mental and emotional health for the elderly, improving the quality of life of the elderly, and improving the social relations of the elderly with others.

Abstract

Community service activities in the form of blacksmith marketing strategy training aim to increase production and marketing so as to encourage increased welfare of the people of Mandi Angin Village. The strategy used is to utilize digital platforms such as social media Instagram, Facebook and Shopee to market the product. Of course, it is supported by a unique design to attract customers to get to know and buy blacksmith products. Furthermore, the results of the training that has been carried out have had a positive impact on craftsmen, namely increasing their knowledge and skills, thereby encouraging them to be able to innovate and introduce their products to the wider community through social media and the marketplace.

Abstract

The aim of community service activities is to provide education to the community regarding the importance of a healthy, beautiful and clean environment. Environmental cleanliness is the main key in maintaining health. The implementing method for this activity uses socialization and social action. The activity is carried out for one week starting from observation, licensing, implementation, closing the activity, and making a report. The results of service activities provide a positive influence on the surrounding community, namely having an awareness of protecting the environment and implementing a clean and healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, a clean environment and good sanitation will help prevent the spread of infectious diseases and create a safe and comfortable environment for children.

Abstract

Personal branding is a way of representing oneself by exploring one's potentials. It is fitting that the personal branding that is created must be clear, strong and attractive so that a person can give a deep impression to the public easily. In this digitalised world, one of the methods for developing personal branding can be done through seminars. Students of SMK Muhammadiyah Pangkalan Balai, Banyuasin Regency, received hands-on training from influencers as an effort to create their own self-image and dare to show their potential and build a confident race as a form of readiness to enter the world of work and the public. One of the activities in the seminar included providing tips on building personal branding by creating an attitude that is in accordance with norms and religion, utilising social media and applications that are widespread and easily accessible to students and applying this knowledge by publishing a curriculum vitae. Based on the results of this seminar, it can be concluded that the participants have understood the material presented. By showing a conducive atmosphere and high enthusiasm from the participants. And with the courage of the participants to express constraints by asking several questions to the speakers.

Abstract

P4K KEMPLEE stands for P4 Development (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) Kemplang LeleEntrepreneurship. P4K KEMPLEE is the big theme for the STISIPOL Candradimuka ThematicReal Work Lecture (KKNT) 2020 chosen by Group 10 to be implemented at the selected KKNlocation, namely the UMKM Lele Anugerah in Pulau Harapan Village, Sembawa, Banyuasin,South Sumatra. The theme that can learn about the world of entrepreneurship is more challengingto apply because students can learn and try to apply the theories they get in college to help UMKMAnugerah Lele further develop their business. Development of the 4P or P4 Concept in theMarketing Mix, namely Product, Place, Price, Promotion, was chosen as the main theory in theimplementation of KKNT SC Group 10. Based on Creswell (2010), this research includes aqualitative approach because it wants to understand how the rePlaatiolensmhipb abnetgween the implementation of the Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) STISIPOL Candradimuka which wa carried out during 1-31 December 2020 with P4 Development (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) Entrepreneurship of Kemplang Lele at UMKM Anugerah Lele in Pulau Harapan Village, Sembawa, Banyuasin. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the theme of Independent Entrepreneurship would be very effective in its development by demanding the activeness of Field Supervisors (DPL) in guiding and assigning assignments to students. KKNT Group 10 students is well offered community service programs that are effectively implemented at the UMKM Anugerah Lele under the name Panca Action KKNT SC 10, (1) Namely naming brands, (2) Making product logos, (3) Creating social media accounts, (4) Conducting entrepreneurship seminars, and (5) Provision of production facilities assistance.

Abstract

Gen-Z is currently the center of attention of political actors ahead of the 2024 elections. This generation has an important role in holding the relay for Indonesia's future leadership. Preparing Gen Z to meet this is of course an issue. The implementation method that will be used in this community service activity is in the form of mentoring activities for Lingua Prima Vocational School students in building intelligent political character by increasing their understanding and knowledge of politics. The activities carried out provide material in the form of lectures containing explanations regarding the importance of having knowledge and understanding of the political system and the important role of the younger generation in politics. Young people who are politically intelligent need to have a strong character base, which is instilled in generation Z through character building. The importance of character building in this generation is to help them face complex moral and ethical challenges in the modern world. With strong character building, generation-Z is expected to become young people who have strong principles, understand the importance of authority in politics, and make positive contributions to society. With strong character and a good understanding of politics, the young generation can become agents of positive change in politics and their society. Of course, students need a broad understanding of knowledge regarding political education and politically intelligent young people.

Globalization has a very significant impact and brings various currents of international issues that become challenges for various countries. In reality, globalization encourages various diplomatic steps between countries, both aimed at increasing development, as well as cooperation that helps in alleviating various domestic public problems and state challenges in the future. All the problems and issues that currently no longer recognize national borders have caused international communication tools or languages to become one of the basic needs of the world community, especially in forming the character and leadership skills of the younger generation who are ready to be involved globally in the future, so that the aim of the activity This is to provide an understanding of how to build global leadership character and the importance of mastering a foreign language as a tool of international communication and an instrument in understanding global issues, and can be done using fun methods, the method used is a mentoring activity which consists of 2 activity session, namely the delivery of several materials and foreign language learning using the game method. Abstract

Pempek is a typical culinary dish from Palembang city made from processed fish meat mixed with sago. The fish meat used is also varied, such as mackerel, snakehead fish, and snapper. This has created various types of pempek in Palembang city, such as pempek lenjer, pempek kapal selam, pempek kering, pempek lenggang, pempek pistel, pempek bebek, pempek kulit, and so on. The method used by the author in this paper is a descriptive method. According to Ruslan (2008:12), the descriptive method aims to describe the characteristics (traits) of individuals, situations, or certain groups. This method is relatively simple and does not require a complicated theoretical basis or submission of certain hypotheses. In this writing, the author wants to emphasize the importance of branding and packaging in a business accompanied by the use of social media. From this, it is hoped that it can facilitate the dissemination of information about Pempek Koyek and the culinary products being sold. Therefore, in this article, the author hopes that this socialization can be useful and implemented in the future, not only by Pempek Koyek, but also by residents around Kelurahan 7 Ulu

Abstract

The STISIPOL Thematic Community Service Program on Sustainable Tourism 2024 focuses on the development of culinary tourism in Palembang, particularly pempek, which is not only renowned nationally but also attracts international tourists. Pempek, as a cultural icon of Palembang, plays a significant role in attracting tourists and boosting the local economy. Although pempek MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have contributed significantly to Palembang's economy, they still face various challenges, especially in the aspect of digital marketing. This community service program aims to provide socialization on digital marketing to pempek MSME actors in Kampung Kreatif Tanggo Rajo Cindo, 7 Ulu Village, Palembang. Besides marketing, the program also highlights the importance of hygiene supervision in the processing of culinary products in accordance with applicable hygiene and sanitation standards. The program's implementation methods include an initial survey to identify the challenges faced by MSMEs, socialization on marketing through social media, and cleanliness in pempek processing. The results of this activity show an increased understanding among MSME actors of the use of social media as a marketing tool and the importance of cleanliness in maintaining product quality. Therefore, this program is expected to enhance the competitiveness of pempek MSMEs in 7 Ulu Village, Palembang, and promote more.

Abstract

This activity aims to develop digital marketing strategies and optimize applications on various digital platforms with the aim of building creative businesses as an effort to increase creative human resources and have competitive advantages in Palembang, even South Sumatra or even at the national level. This activity aims to identify the use of information and communication technology in building a creative economy with a digital marketing approach to increase the income of UMKM as a mode of economy for residents of Kampung Kemas, Kelurahan 2 Ulu, in Seberang Ulu 1 District, Palembang City. From the activities carried out, it can be obtained the results of activities in the field that Kampung Kemas which has various business units, there are good business opportunities in increasing household income and reducing poverty through the MSMEs that are run, it's just that there is still not enough education and motivation and innovation in the community so that it does not reach its maximum point in carrying out the technical use of digital marketing, namely online marketing communication and other social media advantages.
