Abstract

The presence of digital technology has fundamentally changed the business landscape, and one of the most striking transformations is the birth of e-commerce. Online business has become a global phenomenon that is spurring economic growth, increasing the accessibility of products and services, and changing the way companies interact with customers. In this context, three main factors emerge as key elements influencing the success of an e-commerce business: superior user experience, wise pricing strategy, and a sophisticated e-commerce platform. This research aims to find out how demographics, user experience and platforms influence the digital business world. The research method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a qualitative approach in a systematic review which is used to summarize research results that are descriptive qualitative in nature. The results of this research are that there is a significant influence between demographics and user experience because these three variables greatly influence customer purchases because they can be a comparison of various aspects of purchasing through platforms in the digital business world.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah pengguna media sosial di Indonesia sejak tahun 2014 menyebabkan data yang dihasilkan semakin besar dan kompleks, sehingga komputasi yang diperlukan untuk mengolahnya juga semakin besar. Untuk melakukan komputasi pada data yang besar diperlukan model yang kompatibel, efektif, dan efisien. Penelitian ini adalah kajian numerik dari dua model terbaik Deep Learning saat paper ini ditulis, yaitu BERT dan DistilBERT pada kasus analisis sentimen menggunakan ratusan ribu tweet terkait pemilihan presiden Indonesia tahun 2014 dan 2019. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi waktu eksekusi dan konsumsi memori. Pada model dengan nilai hyperparameter optimal, tercatat bahwa DistilBERT melakukan proses pelatihan dan prediksi 84% lebih cepat dengan penggunaan memori GPU 79% lebih efisien dengan nilai akurasi tidak terpaut jauh, yaitu 0.89 dan 0.85 untuk BERT dan DistilBERT. Hasil kajian ini dapat digunakan untuk memperkirakan besarnya sumberdaya komputasi atau biaya yang dibutuhkan ketika menggunakan model BERT atau DistilBERT pada data yang besar.

Abstract

Kepribadian adalah perilaku serta pemikiran seseorang yang dapat mempengaruhi orang lain dalam berinteraksi di berbagai situasi. Satu macam tes kepribadian yang populer adalah Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) yang mengklasifikasikan kepribadian seseorang berdasarkan empat dimensi yaitu Introvert-Extrovert, Sensing-Intuitive, Thinking-Feeling, serta Judging-Perceiving. Sebagian besar penelitian sebelumnya mengenai prediksi MBTI yang telah dilakukan menggunakan dataset berbahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini melakukan analisa prediksi MBTI pengguna twitter dengan menggunakan data latih bahasa Indonesia yang berasal dari terjemahan model kecerdasan buatan. Empat model klasifikasi seperti Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression, dan Bernoulli Naive Bayes digunakan untuk menganalisis efektivitas prediksi MBTI pada data yang digunakan. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model klasifikasi SVM menghasilkan akurasi tertinggi yaitu 90% untuk I-E, 93% untuk N-S, 88% untuk T-F, dan 84% untuk J-P. Model yang diajukan memiliki potensi untuk menjadi solusi untuk memprediksi MBTI secara cepat dan baik pada data yang besar dalam bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

The subsurface structures model can be made by various methods, one of which is the gravity method. The basis of gravity modeling is the difference in density of materials. This can result in gravitational anomalies. Overall gravitational anomalies are known as bouguer anomalies. The gravity anomalies can be separated into local anomalies and regional anomalies. This research was in Mount Kelud, Kediri, Indonesia. The gravity data was processed using Surfer 9 software for the manufacture of two-dimensional contours. After that, researchers performed anomaly separation through MagPick software. In this study, researchers compared the two-dimensional contour results of MagPick gravitational anomalies toward the reduction of bouguer anomalies to regional anomalies. As a result, both show the same accurate contour.

Abstract

The online shopping trend on Shopee and other e-commerce platforms continues to develop and has controversy and occurs from time to time. Some sellers on Shopee have been involved in fraud, such as sending fake products or not sending products at all. This can harm buyers and damage Shopee's reputation. This research aims to analyze the influence of trends in the use of e-commerce (Shopee) on the purchasing decisions of culinary students at Unimed. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 93 culinary students from the class of 2023. The data analysis techniques used are the t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results of the test analysis show a sig value of 0.000, which means that there is an influence from the e-commerce usage variable (X) on the purchasing decision variable (Y). The strength of influence of the e-commerce usage variable influences the purchasing decision variable by 46%. Meanwhile, the remaining 0.540 or 54% is influenced by other variables studied.

Abstract

This research is the result of observations made by researchers about the lack of interesting and educational learning media to introduce the history of city icons in Indonesia. Along with the times, there are many learning methods that utilize technological advances in their application. One technology that can be applied is Augmented Reality technology. Augmented Reality is a technology that unites two-dimensional or three-dimensional virtual objects into a real environment and then projects them in Real Time. This research uses a data collection process by conducting a literature study, namely collecting relevant information from thesis sources, scientific journals, and the internet. The results of this study are expected to add insight into the history of city icons in Indonesia and can add to the user experience about Augmented Reality technology.

Abstract

Aplikasi mobile Traveloka adalah layanan yang menawarkan akomodasi dan produk perjalanan, yang disediakan oleh PT Trinusa Travelindo. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa puas pengguna dengan aplikasi mobile Traveloka. Penelitian menggunakan metodologi EUCS, yang menggabungkan kriteria seperti konten, akurasi, bentuk, kemudahan penggunan, dan ketepatan waktu sebagai komponen fundamental dari penilaian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan di antara pengguna mobile traveloka. Setelah penilaian menyeluruh dari validitas dan reliabelitas, temuan tes mengkonfirmasi validitas dan keandalan pertanyaan. Rata-rata kepuasan Kaplan dan Norton dan kategori digunakan untuk menghitung data output kuesioner. Survei melibatkan 300 peserta yang skor lima faktor, termasuk Akurasi, Konten, bentuk, ketepatan waktu, dan Kemudahan Penggunaan dinilai dalam angka 3,78 yang masuk dalam kategori puas. Oleh karena itu, pengembang disarankan untuk terus mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi mobile Traveloka

Abstract

Mobile banking telah menjadi bagian penting dari layanan perbankan modern, dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi tersebut menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan pelayanan perbankan digital dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) melalui partisipasi 373 responden. Tujuan utamanya adalah mengidentifikasi masalah penggunaan dan memahami persepsi pengguna terhadap aplikasi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor SUS sebesar 31,46, yang mengindikasikan kategori "Not Acceptable," dengan penilaian "Poor" pada skala Adjective Rating. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Mobile Banking Sumsel Babel memiliki tingkat usability yang rendah dan perlu perbaikan signifikan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Temuan ini dapat membantu penyedia layanan dalam mengidentifikasi area yang memerlukan perhatian khusus guna meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman usability aplikasi perbankan mobile dan menjadi pedoman bagi penyedia layanan finansial untuk memperbaiki pengalaman pengguna dalam aplikasi Mobile Banking Sumsel Babel

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap user experience dari web Dicoding dengan menerapkan metode UEQ dan juga memberikan rekomendasi apa saja yang perlu diperbaiki guna meningkatkan pengalaman ketika menggunakan website Dicoding. Adapaun responden yang mencakup 100 orang yang pernah menggunakan website Dicoding yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Kemudian data yang sudah didapatkan lalu dianalisis menggunakan UEQ tools. Dari hasil analisis yang sudah dilakukan attractivenes mendapatkan nilai 1.25 yang bermakna diatas rata-rata, perspicuity yang mendapatkan nilai 0.96 yang bermakna dibawah rata-rata, efficiency yang mendapatkan nilai 1.20 yang bermakna diatas rata-rata, dependability yang mendapatkan nilai 1.06 yang bermakna dibawah rata-rata, stimulation yang mendapatkan nilai 1.21 yang bermakna diatas rata-rata dan yang terakhir novelty yang mendapatkan nilai 0.87 yang bermakna diatas rata-rata.

Abstract

Today many organizations are facing different kinds of risks as they are migrating towards new technologies. Risk assessment is one of the methods that were developed to help with identifying, assessing, and managing risks. Several studies have been conducted regarding risk assessment and business intelligence, however few studies have been conducted on how both can be integrated and use. A systematic literature review is conducted to understand the importance of risk assessment and business intelligence for organizations. Due to the relevance of BIS and the need for risk analysis before development and implementation, there is need to critically examine literaure to understand what has been done and the gap that exist for future researchers to implement. Therefore this study use the Systematic Literature Review methodology to collect 125 academic publications from over 6 academic, business and research databases for review. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied to the papers proning them to 65 and when quality assessment were applied, the total paper obtained amounted to 25 which were eventually used for the review. The results obtained from the review study showed that although there are much publication related to business intelligence and risk assessment, most of them did not incorporate quality assessment, rigorous testing, creation of new analytical tools, application of AI, and deep learning algorithms into developing their business intelligence systems. Future research focus areas resulting from this study were also highlighted in the conclusion session of this study.
