Abstract

Abstract (Bahasa Inggris) The rapid development of information and communication technology has encouraged universities to adopt artificial intelligence to enhance education quality. At Hasyim Asy'ari University, students face challenges in Arabic writing skills due to the complexity of the language and limited daily interaction. The use of AI-based chatbots provides a more interactive and personalized learning experience with instant feedback and adaptability. This study employs quantitative methods with pre-test and post-test. Variable X is the AI chatbot, while variable Y is writing skill. The sample consists of 28 students selected through purposive sampling. The paired sample t-test results indicate a significance level of <0.05 with a value of 0.000 and an increase in the average score from 55 to 69.96. A positive correlation of 0.299 confirms the relationship between AI chatbot use and the improvement of students' Arabic writing skills. Keywords: Chatbot Ai, writing skills. Abstrak (Bahasa Indonesia) Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong universitas untuk mengadopsi kecerdasan buatan guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Di Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari, mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam keterampilan menulis bahasa Arab akibat kompleksitas bahasa dan minimnya interaksi sehari-hari. Penggunaan chatbot berbasis AI memberikan pengalaman belajar interaktif dengan umpan balik instan serta kemampuan beradaptasi sesuai kebutuhan mahasiswa. Inovasi ini meningkatkan efisiensi pembelajaran, menjadikannya lebih fleksibel dan sesuai dengan tuntutan era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pre-test dan post-test. Sampel terdiri dari 28 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil uji t sampel berpasangan menunjukkan signifikansi < 0.05 dengan nilai 0.000 serta peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 55 menjadi 69.96. Korelasi positif sebesar 0.299 mengonfirmasi hubungan antara penggunaan chatbot AI dan peningkatan keterampilan menulis mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping individual character and quality. However, limitations in funding and supporting facilities make it challenging to provide diverse and innovative learning media. This situation results in a conventional learning process that is less engaging for students. The aim of this community service program is to enhance the pedagogical competence of Madrasah Diniyah teachers in developing creative, contextual, and easily implementable educational media based on Roda Angka and Kincir Shorof. The methods employed include initial observation, guided practice in media creation, and evaluation of training outcomes. The results indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills in developing educational media. Teachers are able to create simple yet effective learning media that increase student engagement and motivation. In addition, the program successfully established a community of creative Madrasah Diniyah teachers, serving as a platform for ongoing collaboration and innovation. In conclusion, this practice-based teacher mentoring program has proven effective in promoting learning transformation in nonformal educational institutions and can serve as a model for professional development of teachers in other Madrasah Diniyah

Abstract

Personality development activities in learning Arabic through the aqidatul lay book for beginner TPQ Raudlatul Shibyan students which focuses on developing honesty, politeness, sincerity and responsibility which are still low at the age of TPQ students who are still beginners. The aim of this research is to develop the moral personality of al-karimah in learning Arabic so that they are able to improve their behavior and also increase their knowledge about the science of monotheism through learning the lay aqidatul book. The method used is the method of teaching and providing direct examples and providing motivation. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained from the development went well and the desired changes received a fairly high percentage.Keywords: Development, Personality, The Aqidatul lay book.

Abstract

Learning calligraphy for students, especially beginners, is crucial for developing their ability to write Arabic correctly. However, not all educators are able to devote sufficient attention to calligraphy. One way to advance writing skills (maharah kitabah) is through learning calligraphy for beginners. This study aims to improve the maharah kitabah through writing calligraphy so that students become more familiar with Arabic script from various perspectives. In this community service research, the researcher used the Participatory Action Research method. The results of this study indicate that providing students with calligraphy to Madrasah Diniyah Bani Zawawi Kencong Jember can facilitate the development of maharah kitabah in the learning process. In this case, writing calligraphy is very helpful and makes it easier for students to learn to write Arabic correctly.

Abstract

The use of an effective method in the learning process is a must in order to achieve learning targets. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Pegon Tarkib Learning Assistance with the Singing Method for students at the Riyadus Sholihin Mundurejo Umbulsari Jember Mosque. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. and This study focuses on introducing, memorizing, and understanding Pegon Tarkib to students by using the singing method. And after going through an in-depth research process during the mentoring, in this research the researcher concluded that after undergoing intensive training using the singing method, the 10 students aged 9 years and above had made progress in recognizing, reading and memorizing Pegon Tarkib.

Abstract

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis secara kritis penerapan Game Based Learning (GBL) dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di TPA Miftahul Ulum Wonosari Puger Jember sebagai bentuk inovasi pedagogis dalam pendidikan nonformal Islam. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan motivasi, interaksi, dan efektivitas belajar melalui permainan edukatif yang sesuai dengan perkembangan kognitif anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang menekankan kolaborasi guru dan peserta didik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa GBL mampu meningkatkan daya ingat kosakata, pemahaman kontekstual, serta kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan bahasa Arab. Selain itu, GBL menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang konstruktif dan kolaboratif, menjadikan pembelajaran bahasa sebagai pengalaman sosial yang bermakna. Secara konseptual, hasil ini menegaskan keselarasan GBL dengan teori constructivism dan experiential learning, yang memandang pengetahuan sebagai hasil dari pengalaman dan interaksi aktif individu dengan lingkungannya.
