Abstract

One of the largest sources of income for the state is taxes. In 2015 to 2019, tax contributions accounted for 70-80% of total state revenue from the non-oil and gas sector. In an effort to anticipate the development of information and technology, the Directorate General of Taxes seeks to fulfill the aspirations of taxpayers through E-filling, namely the procedure for reporting SPT, both mass SPT and annual SPT online. Digital taxation activities can now be done online, which previously required E-Fin to do this. E-fin is required to create an account in conducting online tax activities. in the form of an identification number. Ignorance of taxpayers on E-Fin, benefits and how to get it so that if you don't have an E-FIN then the taxpayer can't do tax activities online.

Abstract

The use of a Web Server is a must in testing web-based applications that have been made by programmers. This test aims to see if the application made can run perfectly. The role of the web server is to simulate the actual conditions when a web-based application runs on a browser properly using the internet network. So that the application testing will really be like in online conditions even though it is tested using a stand alone computer. Likewise, the testing of the database used is also network-based which must be able to run perfectly on the browser and can be accessed via the network. There are several web server applications that have been tested and can run well, which will be introduced in this training are Appserv and the database is based on phpmyadmin.

Abstract

UMKM Bunda Rasya is a home industry that is engaged in the production process in managing raw materials for bananas and sweet potatoes into a product of banana chips and sweet potato chips which will be marketed as snacks for the Indonesian people. Until now, Bunda Rasya UMKM do not have a marketing system, so there is no promotion of the products they produce. The order for chips has not experienced a significant increase so far, and even experienced a slight decrease in sales due to decreased production per day. Based on the observations of researchers in an effort to restore the current condition of UMKM sales due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic which has not yet been completed, that one of the factors that influence the lack of sales orders is the absence of marketing. So that it is difficult for companies to get new consumers, given the importance of marketing in a business, a strategic plan is needed to determine the right marketing strategies for Bunda Rasya UMKM, namely digital marketing. The steps for using digital marketing are as follows: 1. Determine a personal buyer. 2. Identify the needs of the target market. 3. Prepare a marketing plan. 4. Take advantage of various digital marketing media (google my business, instagram, facebook, whatsapp business, website, etc.). 5. Apply an attractive copy writing strategy. 6. Use marketing tools for business. 7. Understand digital marketing metrics and evaluations. After making direct observations during the activity, this activity gave results, namely providing input to business management in making product marketing strategies. business management becomes more mastered and understands the importance of marketing strategies in the business world, especially UMKM in the field of digital marketing

Abstract

Many students are now also acting as entrepreneurs. However, there are also many students whose businesses do not run or stop because they do not have enough knowledge and mental abilities to be independent as entrepreneurs. This community service activity is based on empowering entrepreneurial students through entrepreneurship development and training programs in order to develop their businesses and increase income. The purpose of this activity is to increase skills and mental formation as independent young entrepreneurs. This study uses a qualitative method. Prospective young entrepreneurs are selected through several stages, namely the written selection stage 1, the written selection stage 2 and interviews. Of the 50 people who took part in the first stage of selection, 5 tenants were selected who were guided and trained to become independent young entrepreneurs. The assistance provided by the Lecturer team is to provide training and knowledge both online and offline to five selected young entrepreneurs in the STMIK Tasikmalaya student environment about business and how to manage it. The result of this research is that there is a change in the behavior of tenants to develop their business, starting from the motivation not to give up, the ability to solve problems, adding value and product quality through innovation to understanding the making of business proposals. Several things that can be concluded from this community service activity are that in general the problems that occur in the formation of independent young entrepreneurs for students are motivation, expertise and the ability to see opportunities.

Abstract

The purpose of the Abdimas activity with the title "Understanding of the Financial Management of Masjid Al-Ikhlas Blok VI Griya Martubung" is to provide new insights for mosque managers regarding mosque financial management to be better both in terms of management or use of the money as well as reporting. . In addition, this abdimas is also expected to be able to help mosque managers to be able to compile mosque financial reports so that financial management runs optimally and transparently. The benefits obtained from this activity are expected to add insight to the managers of the Al-Ikhlas mosque on how to manage and manage the mosque's finances well. v Alternative problem solving is carried out by direct training on the management of mosque operational activities during the construction of the Al-Ikhlas mosque. With direct training to mosque managers, they can immediately apply the knowledge gained when the abdimas material is explained, and from that it can also be seen and measured whether the goal of this abdimas is achieved or not. In the process of building the Al-Ikhlas Mosque which is still ongoing, of course, good financial management must be applied to mosque administrators or mosque BKM. This is because the funds currently in the mosque treasury are joint funds which are a form of infaq and alms for the residents who live in Block VI Griya Martbung and there is also a grant from the Medan City Government. So what is the money used for, it must be reported clearly and correctly and the mosque administrator must be able to manage the use of the finance properly according to the needs of the mosque construction so that it can be completed quickly. At first the abdimas participants who were mosque managers did not understand how to properly manage or manage finances for the mosque construction process. However, after this abdimas was implemented, some of the problems that arose in the formulation of the problem could be resolved, namely the mosque managers became more proficient in managing the mosque's finances for the operational activities of mosque construction.Keywords: Understanding, Management, Mosque Financial Management

In the midst of an ever-increasing state of technological development, the development of intranets, servers, websites, browsers, and search engines, which indicate the need for the development of new broad and strong security to accommodate all of our personal data, both large and small scale, in this highly sophisticated era. like this, there are many tools for sending messages including media such as whatsapp and telegram so we can send messages quickly and vice versa we can receive messages quickly, we can easily send messages so we can send news quickly even though we send it to people who are far away . Of all the conveniences it will certainly be very influential when we are going to send messages whose contents are only certain people who are allowed to know the contents, One thing that must be really guarded is a confidential message because if the message is spread it will have a bad impact on us . Abstract

Promotion is an important part of marketing goods and services. Promotions can contain information that can attract consumers' interest in the goods and services we offer. With the promotion, it is hoped that there will be an increase in sales figures for the product or service being promoted. Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage markets its villas and lodging rooms through social media such as Facebook and Instagram as well as online booking applications such as Oyo. Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage only contains information related to villas and lodging in the form of Facebook and Instagram page statuses, not through advertisements on the social media. The Oyo application only contains information related to lodging rooms and villas. The information provided is also very limited, only regarding the price and facilities in the room or villa. In fact, the natural scenery around Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage is very beautiful to look at. Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage is surrounded by Gundaling Hill, local people's plantations, and beautiful views of Mount Sibayak. The community service activities carried out have the aim of promoting Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage and providing information related to Sapo Rumbia Villa and Cottage to the wider community. This activity also has several benefits, namely helping the management in promoting their villas and inns, making it easier for the public to obtain information related to Sapo Rumbia Villas and Cottages, and increasing Sapo Rumbia's income from the promotions that have been made. Abstract

Management Information System or abbreviated as SIM is one of the information systems currently needed by many business organizations, because the need for information in this increasingly modern era is absolute. In order to develop MIS, the FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) method can be applied. FAST is a flexible method because it can be combined with other techniques and methods, and can help develop systems quickly. In applying the FAST method there are 8 (eight) stages, namely, (1) Scope Definition, (2) Problem Analysis, (3) Requirements Analysis, (4) Logical Design, (5) Decision Analysis, (6) Physical Design, ( 7) Construction and Testing, and (8) Installation and Delivery. The result of community service is the increasing understanding of both management and hotel staff regarding SIMs, the FAST method, and the application of the FAST method in order to develop a SIM to improve services to visitors

Abstract

The use of Dart language in making android applications is a relatively easy programming language and in the world of work, the dart language has been commonly used so learning Darts from an early age is very beneficial for students. The problem faced by students at SMK Tritech Informatika Medan is how to make it easier for many students who are interested in entering college to master programming so that they graduate well. Studying computer science isn't just about learning technology, it's about learning logic, problem-solving, and creativity. Therefore, the solution to this research problem is to provide training on the Introduction and Training of Dart Programming Language which is easily understood by students in SMK for simple problems. Programming training in the form of interesting interactive introductions and hands-on exercises. From the results of the training, the trainees, students of SMK Tritech Informatika Medan, felt that this activity was very interesting and useful, as well as being able to improve understanding and skills in programming, IT, and its applications.

Abstract

Trello is a management application that can help get things done, especially those related to teamwork. By using this Trello application, it can make work easier with colleagues who are involved with each other. Trello will know what work is being done, who is doing it, and how far the progress is. Trello can be used by project managers because it can organize multiple tasks to make them more organized. Staff performance is the result of work in carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to all staff, carrying out work according to the work table, and having skills that support the work. The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding to the staff of Raz Hotel & Convention Medan on the creation of management projects that are implemented into the Trello application so that staff can manage their work clearly and neatly and provide explanations regarding technological developments and the ability of Raz Hotel & Convention Medan staff in managing projects and job desks in the Trello application. By utilizing the Trello application, Raz Hotel & Convention Medan staff can manage their work so that their main job desk can be structured and scheduled clearly and neatly. With the features available in Trello, HRD and HR Manager of Raz Hotel & Convention Medan can find out how far the progress of each HR department's work and HR Manager can also find out which staff in each department are late or not doing their work.
