Abstract

UI/UX design is a design from the pre-product stage before being implemented into a desired product. In this pre-production phase, the UI/UX design is often not implemented by the developers of software tools and applications, so it sometimes creates objections to users about product implementation that are not given much attention. One of the professional needs to support the learning process for students is to attend training. The knowledge and skills of students especially RPL majoring in UI and UX design are still relatively low, so they need to be provided with UI/UX training in the form of mobile applications. In this community service, a training on UI/UX design in making android applications is carried out for students of SMK Tritech Informatika, especially software engineering majors, as a basic preparation for students to be more interested in taking majors related to design and applications. The results of this community service are that the delivery of UI / UX material is well implemented and the examples that are practiced are in accordance with the daily needs of the community so that they can produce applications that can compete in the business and industrial world.

Abstract

PT.Ratimdo Utama is a company engaged in the production of wood. For systems in production movement, recording is carried out using a computerized system where the system is built with the Visual Basic.Net application. However, running applications require reports to see the production movement. A runtime application is needed on each client computer so that system reports can display wood production data and staff or employees at PT. Ratimdo Utama require training, therefore a Crystal Report is needed to support the reports that will be displayed later. This activity can provide knowledge about the uses of several components contained in the Crystal Report application and can provide insight and knowledge about how to install the Crystal Report application for Visual Basic.Net for staff or employees at PT.Ratimdo Utama.

Abstract

Developments in technology and information in the world of website design require students to be able to master the skills needed, especially in designing website layouts. Responsive Web Design is a technique that can make the web-based application design process more dynamic and easy to use on various types of devices. This is because using Responsive Web Design allows the screen resolution, density, and aspect ratio on the website to follow the screen ratio of the device. To make it easier to make a website more attractive and it doesn't take too long, it is necessary to take advantage of the use of HTML which helps regulate the appearance of a website and CSS which helps improve the content to make it more colorful. This Community Service conducts training on making Responsive Web Design using HTML and CSS for students of Tritech Informatics Vocational School in Medan. The method used is in the form of training accompanied by hands-on practice using HTML and CSS on the website layout used. This activity began by conducting a survey on the needs of the training participants to map the needs and expectations obtained from the training participants. Most of the participants stated that the material presented in the training was in accordance with the needs of the participants and 85% of the participants were able to design Responsive Web Design using HTML and CSS. Therefore, similar training activities must be carried out continuously so that students' understanding and skills become more comprehensive and students' confidence in interacting with computer media becomes higher.

Abstract

Aplikasi database merupakan media dalam penyimpanan data yang menjadi kebutuhan semua aplikasi pemrograman, bahkan termasuk aplikasi yang berbasis web. Terdapat beberapa jenis database yang dapat digunakan pada aplikasi berbasis web, baik yang bersifat open source maupun berbayar. Meskipun begitu secara konsep tetap terdapat kesamaan antara keduanya. Umumnya pada aplikasi yang berbasis web membutuhkan database yang dapat diakses oleh jaringan internet serta dapat dapat diakses menggunakan coding sql. Untuk itu aplikasi database Mysql dapat menjadi pilihan, karena dapat diakes melalui jaringan web dan dapat diolah dengan bahasa sql. Selain itu masih terdapat kemudahan akses dengan memanfaatkan interface Phpmyadmin yang lebih user friendly. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini sengaja memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa-siswi di SOS Children’s Village Medan dan merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yang telah dilakukan secara kontiniu khususnya dalam pembekalan dasar-dasar pmrograman berbasis web bagi siswa-siswa yang ada di sana. Setelah sebelumnya mereka telah memperoleh pelatihan di bidang Web Server dan dasar-dasar pemrograman internet.

Abstract

Digitalization that is developing has an important role for all of Indonesia's young generation by maximizing this moment to upgrade themselves to creative and innovative personal providing easy learning and providing important information with an attractive appearance, so with this it requires perseverance and a sense of trust from young people to form important characters starting from now so that later it will be very beneficial for all levels of society without limiting this knowledge. Youth is an important foundation, especially for Indonesia in the present and future eras to provide an optimal change for the regeneration of a new system that has intellectual, technical and conceptual capabilities that do not abandon Islamic principles in it. So that young people will later have an attitude of firmness and principles of attitude that are in accordance with Islamic teachings by providing the benefits of digitalization-based knowledge. This revolution in the development of digitalization will certainly be an important task for Muhammadiyah youth wherever they are, to maximize the situation so that they continue to be fastabiqul khairat (competition in goodness) to anyone in a neutral manner to have a positive impact on the existing society. Muhammadiyah Youth is one of the autonomous Muhammadiyah organizations, which is an Islamic movement, amar makruf nahi mungkar. Muhammadiyah Youth was founded with the aim of gathering, fostering, and mobilizing Islamic youth and increasing their role as cadres to achieve Muhammadiyah goals. Abstract

Since its birth in the 1960s, the Internet has become an integral part of modern and dynamic society. Several search engines provide a set of tools which, when further explored, will be very useful in shortening search time. The tool includes search techniques using several commands that must be entered into the query by the user. It has been discussed before that there are many search engines (search engines) that can be used to search for information on the internet. However, with all these search engines, Google is still the best. Google is one of the giant companies on the internet. Google has proven to have made a very big contribution to the world community, especially in accessing global information. Abstract

ABSTRACT Tridaya Mandiri Private Kindergarten Bandar Setia Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang is one of the national standard schools in the world of early childhood education and kindergartens which are required to always develop and improve the quality of education and professionalism of service to students. Today's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is really needed by students, especially the introduction of drawing application media to students at Tridaya Mandiri Percut Sei Tuan Private Kindergarten. Training on the introduction of paint application is urgently needed as a medium for information and communication technology so that later students can use it properly. Students cannot fully use the Paint application, especially materials related to Paint and Media Flash, because schools are not taught and the high cost of computer courses among students in the area around Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang, especially in Bandar Setia. One way is to practice the introduction of skills using the painting and drawing application with the Microsoft Paint application. Community service activities are emphasized in the form of training on how to introduce and apply Microsoft Paint for students. Tridaya Mandiri Private Kindergarten Bandar Setia Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang with a total of 22 students. It is hoped that with this introductory training, students will be able to know more about drawing and painting techniques with computer media on using Microsoft Pain, by utilizing Microsoft Paint from the community service activities carried out to provide experience and skills for students and students in using Microsoft Paint. Thus, the implementation of community service activities at Tridaya Mandiri Private School Kindergarten Bandar Setia Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang. Introducing and using Microsoft Paint provides significant benefits for improving the skills of students in utilizing computer information technology for drawing and painting facilities, they are very enthusiastic about participating in this activity to completion. . Abstract

The environment is all objects and forces and conditions, including humans and their actions, which are present in the space where humans exist and affect the survival and well-being of humans and other living organisms. Research Methods This type of community service is a form of legal counseling by delivering material and providing legal knowledge through legal counseling and discussions and questions and answers which will be held at Dolu Sidebuk-debuk on Saturday, 10 to 11 December 2022 from 13.00 WIB to 13.00 WIB completed, attended by the local community and the village head of Dolu sidebuk-debuk. The data analysis used is qualitative, using the type of presentation of normative law and the nature of the presentation is descriptive. The approach used to answer the presentation is the Law. The data collection method in this study was carried out by counseling and discussion then taking and concluding some of the writings contained in the Act, articles, books as well as some legal writing results related to the discussion. Efforts to protect and manage the environment are a conditio sine qua non, which means that causes can be determined for each effect and each cause has an influence on the occurrence of an effect to be carried out consistently in sustainable national development. Environmental law is a reliable tool for protecting and managing the environment because environmental law apart from having a prevention function also has a law enforcement function whenever damage and/or damage to the environment is caused by legal subjects as a result of business and/or or the activities they do.

Abstract

Setelah melakukan pelatihan, manajemen usaha merasakan dampak pentingnya dalam mengelola rantai pasok usahanya. Struktur rantai pasok di perusahan dikategorikan sebagai extended supply chain merupakan struktur rantai pasok yang ideal bagi perusahaan dengan kemitraan jangka pendek. Pelaku rantai pasok terdiri dari supplier, subcont submaterial, subcont jasa finishing, customer OEM, customer simplifikasi, customer export, dan customer after market. Pelaku rantai pasok perusahaan sudah menjalankan kegiatan rantai pasoknya untuk menudukung kegiatan bisnisnya. Pemilihan strategi subcont untuk proses pendukung dianggap sangat baik dalam meminimalkan beban biaya. Manajemen usaha dapat mengetahui hal – hal yang perlu dipersiapkan dalam menyusun program kinerja rantai pasoknya dengan menggunakan metode SCOR

Abstract

The activities carried out at SMA Amal Bakti Mabar are a form of training activities on how to design pictograms that attract the attention of the audience in public places. The purpose of our activities is to foster interest in designing from students, especially in Medan City so as to foster creativity in them. We also conducted data analysis of this training activity using the 5W+1H method. This activity after being analyzed with this method, it turns out that participants can understand a little about how to design pictograms that are interesting and useful for public facilities. Through this pictogram design training, it is hoped that it can foster the interest and talent of art and design from these students. Keywords: 5W+1H analysis method; designing ;pictogram;
