Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic ends, business competition is predicted to be very fierce. Business and industries are required to be able to implement marketing strategies so that consumers decide to buy products, both goods and services they sell. Some marketing strategies that can be used to make consumers decide to buy are by offering quality products, quality services, and determining the right pricing strategy. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, and price on consumer buying decisions at BCA Cellular in Loceret District. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. For data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research data analysis, there are several results. The first result states that partially the price influences consumer buying decisions at BCA Cellular in Loceret District. The second result states that product quality and service quality do not influence consumer buying decisions at BCA Cellular in Loceret District. The third result states that product quality, service quality, and price simultaneously influence consumer buying decisions at BCA Cellular in Loceret District.

Abstract

In decentralization, local governments are given the authority to manage their own government, including in terms of budget allocation. The allocation of capital expenditures is one of the problems faced by local governments. The capital expenditure budget allocation is lower when compared to other expenditures. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Regional Taxes, Regional Levies, General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds on the allocation of existing capital expenditures in the district / city governments in East Java in 2018. The data collection techniques used are library research and documentation. The sample used in this study includes 38 districts / cities in East Java Province and uses data that is already available on the website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Then analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 21 software. The results of the study found that Local Taxes and Special Allocation Funds have a significant effect on the allocation of Capital Expenditures, while the Regional Levies and General Allocation Funds have no significant effect on the allocation of Capital Expenditures.

Abstract

Pandemi Corona Virus Desease 19 atau sering disebut dengan Covid-19 pertama kali menyebar di Kota Wuhan, China pada akhir Desember 2019 dan dengan cepat menular keseluruh belahan dunia. Kasus virus ini pertama kali ditemukan di Indonesia sejak awal Januari 2020 dan secara resmi diumumkan oleh pemerintah pada 02 Maret 2020 yaitu dengan 2 kasus pasien positif Covid-19. Pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia diperlukan penanganan yang serius dan terpadu pusat dan daerah yaitu dengan dikeluarnya Instruksi Presiden (Inpres) No. 4 Tahun 2020 tentang Refocusing Kegiatan, Realokasi Anggaran serta Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa. Salah satu poin penting dalam Inpres tersebut adalah Presiden menginstruksikan kepada kepala daerah untuk mengalokasikan dan mengotimalkan setiap penggunaan dan anggaran dalam penanggulangan Covid-19. Penelitian dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan (library research) dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data dan informasi melalui studi pustaka, berita, website dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan realokasi APBD Tahun 2020 telah mengacu pada Peraturan Mendagri No. 1 Tahun 2020, namun terdapat kendala antara lain pembangunan yang sudah terjadwal tertunda pelaksanaannya dan upaya yang dilakukan Pemda melakukan pembahasan dengan DPRD kegiatan yang tertunda pelaksanaannya untuk dilakukan APBD-Perubahan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of creative economy-based entrepreneurship teaching materials in class X SMK which teachers in the field of entrepreneurship can use as a reference and benchmark in the learning process for students which can later spur student entrepreneurship based on economic development. This study was designed with an R&D model. The model referred to as a Research and Development approach is research that develops creative economy-based entrepreneurship teaching materials for class X students. Subjects related to this research are class X Marketing 1 or control class and class X Marketing. 2 or experimental class in the 2019/2020 school year. The results showed that after testing using the SPSS 16 for windows program, the mean results of the pre-test and post-test for the experimental class were 46.75 and 67.10. Meanwhile, the mean for the control class was 39.76 and 55.62, so that the N-gain score for the experimental class was 20.35 and the N-gain score for the control class was 15.86. From these results it can be concluded that the experimental class learning outcomes have the highest average value when compared to the control class learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of profitability on firm value and profitability on firm value in plastic and packaging Sub Sector Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data research is secondary data and sampling method that used is purposive sampling. Data collection by observation and documentation. The analysis technique use descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The research results show that capital structure does not effect the firm value and profitability has possitive and significat effect on firm value. Simultaneously, capital structure and profitability are have positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Currently the Internet has been widely used by people in Indonesia. It has even become a basic necessity. Moreover, during the Covid 19 pandemic, people were required to work from home using the internet. This also applies to business actors. So we conducted this study aimed to determine the effect of internet use on online business during the Covid 19 pandemic. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling, a sample taken from a population group of business actors in Kediri. This research uses simple linear regression test method. From the results of research that has been done, it can be seen that the use of the internet on online businesses in Kediri during the pandemic has a significant effect. So it cannot be denied that the internet has an impact on the development of online businesses

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop learning innovations in Microeconomics courses with the ADDIE model. The steps in this learning are 1) analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Microeconomic learning innovation is a learning tool consisting of: Lesson description, brief lesson plans, essential questions, learning concepts, standard learning content, learning objectives, time required, materials and teaching aids, preparation, implementation of learning. The method used in this research is the ADDIE model development method with 6 validators consisting of 2 learning design validators, 2 scientific validators and 2 learning technologies validators. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the learning design expert test assessed that the microeconomic learning innovation on qualifications was good, the results of the scientific field test showed that the microeconomic learning innovation on the qualifications was very good. The results of the learning model test on good qualifications. Qualitatively it can be concluded that microeconomic learning innovations can be used for the teaching and learning process. From the results of the field test the use of microeconomic learning innovations shows good qualifications.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Z-Score on bankruptcy. The variables used in this study are the Altman Z-Score and bankruptcy. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with an associative approach.The population in this study is the financial statements of the 2016-2018 food and beverage sub-sector companies as many as 4 food and beverage companies and 47 samples are taken from the financial statements. in this research the sampling with saturated sampling technique. data collection techniques using secondary data. The analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study address: the independent variable Altman Z-Score method while the dependent variable is bankruptcy. The ratio of working capital to the total assets has a positive significant effect. Which addressed the ratio of working capital to total assets significantly influence the ratio of working capital. This refers to the ratio of working capital to Altaman Z-Score.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the government internal control system to improve the quality of financial statements. The research design used was literature research that utilized a literature review as a reference. The data collection used the documentation and questionnaire methods by distributing questionnaires to the sample. The study was conducted from May 2020 to July 2020. The research population was the Regional Apparatus Organization of Pematangsiantar City. The flow of activities carried out in this study was carried out with an interactive cycle process. The reduced data were presented in the form of descriptions in accordance with the aspects of the study, which aimed to make it easier for researchers to interpret data and draw conclusions. Based on the results of the study that has been conducted, it is concluded that the effectiveness of the implementation of the government internal control system carried out by the Pematangsiantar City Government could improve the quality of the financial statements issued.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini mengelompokkan persediaan produk santapan hewan yang dijual memakai metode ABC, yang berikutnya memastikan besar Safety Stock serta reorder poin, untuk produk yang masuk kelas A. Toko Queen berupaya meminimalkan tiap biaya yang hendak dikeluarkan, semacam item Cost, Ordering Cost serta Stockout Cost. Riset ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil observasi dari periset, bahwa pengendalian persediaan santapan hewan pada Toko Queen belum dikelola dengan efisien. Perihal ini kerap terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman barang serta kehabisan stok barang. Hasil dari riset ini menampilkan produk santapan hewan yang masuk dalam klasifikasi kelas A sebanyak 26 produk, kelas B sebanyak 15 produk serta kelas C sebanyak 14 produk, serta Safety Stock produk kelas A yang sangat besar merupakan produk Bolt Tuna 1, 2 kilogram dan terendah pada produk Cat Dry Cat Food Meo Salmon Segar Pack 7 kilogram. Reorder Point produk kelas A, paling tinggi pada produk Bolt Tuna 1. 2kg serta terendah pada produk Ori Cat 2kg.
