Abstract

Environmental issues are currently a social being highlighted by the community. Many environmental damage cases have occurred in Indonesia. It shows that the company's attention to the environment is still relatively low. The implementation of green accounting will minimize environmental issues. This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental performance, environmental disclosure, and environmental costs on company performance. This quantitative research uses secondary data in annual and sustainability reports. The population of this research is companies in basic material, energy, and consumer non-cyclicals sector that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2020 and 2021 periods. There were 49 samples obtained by purposive sampling. The data were processed using multiple linear regression models. The results showed that environmental costs had a significant positive effect on company performance. However, environmental performance and environmental disclosure had no effect on company performance.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the decline in employee morale at PT Kebon Agung Sugar Factory Trangkil Pati. This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal based on key performance indicators, welfare and work motivation on employee morale at PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory. This study uses quantitative research methods. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. This research uses probability sampling techniques and simple random sampling techniques. The samples in this study are permanent employees of PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Gula Pati Factory in 2023 with a total of 250 respondents. The measurement of this study used a Likert scale which was then processed using the IMB SPSS Statistics Version 26 analysis tool. Data analysis consisted of validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, and coefficient of determination of variables. Key performance indicators have a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory, of 33,7% significance value of 0.000. The welfare variable influences employee job satisfaction at PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory, with a significance value of 0.014. The variable of work motivation influences the morale of employees at PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory amounted to a significance of 0.010. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the key performance indicator variables, welfare and work motivation affect the morale of the employees of PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory, indicating that 34.6% of the variable morale is influenced by key performance indicator variables, welfare and work motivation and 65.4% is influenced by other variables not present in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of production costs and selling prices on the income of shallot farmers. Nganjuk Regency was chosen as the research location because it is one of the national shallot stock areas. The influence you want to know is direct or indirect influence. This type of research is quantitative research which is an empirical research approach where the data is in the form of something that can be calculated/numbered. The respondents in this research were 91 POKTAN Sumber Rejeki farmers in Rejoso Village, Nganjuk Regency. Research data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. From the results of this test it can be concluded that production costs have a significant influence on farmer income. Meanwhile, the selling price has an insignificant influence on farmer income. The test results also show that production costs and selling prices have a simultaneous and joint influence on farmer income.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation, workload, and work stress on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sampling technique in this research used the total sample.The results of this research show that compensation affects employee performance with a P-value value (0.000). workload does not affect employee performance with a P-value value (0.563). Work stress does not affect employee performance with a P-value value of (0.468). Compensation influences job satisfaction with a P-value (0.004). Workload has no effect on job satisfaction with a P-value value (0.058). Job stress influences job satisfaction with a P-value (0.013). Job satisfaction influences employee performance with a P-value (0.001). Compensation affects employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction with a P-value value (0.039). Workload does not affect employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction with a P-Value value (0.072). Job stress affects employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction with a P-value value (0.046).

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and explain the influence of   Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership Style on Work Motivation, and the mediating role of Work Motivation in the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance. Sample of 47 employees at the Department of Trade and Industry of Jombang Regency. Research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) with the help of the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership Style can increase employee performance, Transformational Leadership Style can increase work motivation, work motivation can increase employee performance, and work motivation can partially mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research examines the effect of workload on desire to change mediated by work stress in nurses at a one of the private hospital in Kediri. The population in this study were all nurses in one of the private hospitals in Kediri. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach where data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 126 respondents. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results show that workload and work stress have a significant effect on turnover intention. Likewise, workload has a significant effect on work stress. The results of this study also show that work stress has a significant influence on turnover intention. Furthermore, job stress partially mediates the influence of job insecurity and workload on intention to leave. The results of this research indicate that one of the private hospitals in Kediri can improve its strategy to retain and retain its nurses so they remain in their jobs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, motivation and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior of teachers (Non PNS) SMKN 1 Banyuwangi. This type of quantitative descriptive research with explanatory research design. The number of respondents in this study were 35 teachers. Sampling technique Nonprobability sampling, Saturated Sampling sampling method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The data processing tool uses SPSS Version 25 software. he results of this study indicate that the variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior while motivation has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Evidenced by the calculated F value of 28.972 greater than the F table of 2.911, the t count for job satisfaction is 3.569 greater than the t table of 1.695 with a significant (0.01 <0.05), so that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, The calculated t for motivation of -0.801 is greater than the t table of -1.695 significantly (0.429 > 0.05), so Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, and the calculated t for organizational commitment of 6.318 is significantly greater than the t table of 1.695 ( 0.00 < 0.05) so that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted

Abstract

CV. Familie is a company engaged in the service sector, more precisely is hotel services, which has four hotel branches spread across the Banyuwangi area. The research is motivated by high employee loyalty to the CV. Familie companies. So, this research purpose to describe the implementation of internal relations strategy carried out by the management CV. Familie companies in increasing the loyalty and work motivation of its employees. The focus of the research is the implementation of internal relations strategy in increasing the loyalty and work motivations of CV. Familie companies. This research used is a descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection methods in this research is participatory observations, in-depth interviews, and documentations. While the data analysis technique used is an interactive data analysis model consisting of four paths, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is the implementation of internal relations strategy in CV. Familie companies includes providing a good work environment, providing training, supervising, providing rewards, and providing motivation to move forward in order to create loyalty and work motivation for CV. Familie employees. The strategy for providing training for employees hasn’t been implemented optimally. This happens because it’s constrained by human resources that are still low. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Personality, Family Environment, and Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Interest in Management Students at Kadiri University. The research approach was quantitative with 92 respondents from a total population of 1,241 selected randomly. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that Personality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, with a calculated T value of 5.945 and a significance of 0.000. Likewise, Family Environment (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Entrepreneurship, with a calculated T value of 4.262 and a significance of 0.000. However, Entrepreneurship Education (X3) does not have a significant influence, with a calculated T value of 1.350 and a significance of 0.180. Simultaneously, these three factors have a positive and significant influence on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Kadiri University Management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of four variables, namely asset structure, profitability (ROA & ROE), liquidity (CR & QR), and sales growth on capital structure. This type of research uses a quantitative research method. The population in this study used Manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 30 companies. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with predetermined criteria and obtained a sample of 30 companies. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear analysis. Testing the hypothesis using the t-test and F-test. The research results obtained in this study show that Asset Structure has a significant negative effect on capital structure. Profitability (ROA) has no significant effect on capital structure. Profitability (ROE) has a significant positive effect on capital structure. Liquidity (CR) has a significant negative effect on capital structure. Liquidity (QR) has no significant effect on capital structure. Sales growth has no significant effect on capital structure. And, Asset Structure, Profitability (ROA & ROE), Liquidity (CR & QR), and Sales Distribution together influence the capital structure.
