Abstract

Research on desk collection and employee performance is a step taken to analyze and find problems that occur and to find solutions to the problems faced. This is a series of processes to determine and obtain effective model formulas that can be applied to Agent&Anco company employees in handling customers. and to improve the performance of company employees. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The participants in this research were employees of the desk collection division at the Agent&Anco Company Yogyakarta. This research used interviews, observation, documentation and literature study as data collection techniques. From the results of research that had been carried out, the work model had been running well. This could be seen from the increase in the smoothness of installments in the last two  years at the Agent&Anco Company and of course, this could also be achieved because it was supported by good procedure operation standards, efficient and effective methods.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of zillennial generation employees at the Ijen Resort and Villas Banyuwangi Hotel. The sample for this research consisted of 37 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection used a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained are F-count > F-table (23.583 > 2.891564) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that organizational culture, work motivation and emotional intelligence simultaneously have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) zillennial generation employee of the Ijen Hotel Resort and Villas Banyuwangi. And partially, the variables of organizational culture, work motivation and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable of the zillennial generation employees of the Ijen Hotel Resort and Villas Banyuwangi. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan generasi zillenial Hotel Ijen Resort and Villas Banyuwangi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 37 responden dengan metode pengambilan sampel teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert. Analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu F-hitung > F-tabel (23,583 > 2,891564) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya bahwa budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kecerdasan emosional secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan generasi zillenial hotel ijen resort and villas Banyuwangi. Dan secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Organization Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) karyawan generasi zillenial hotel ijen resort and villas Banyuwangi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work ability on employee performance at PT. Rajawali Jaya Express. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research methods which are carried out through data collection in the field. The population studied were employees of the courier delivery department,  totaling 37  employees.  The  sampling technique  used  was  the  saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and coefficient of determination (R2). This study obtained the results that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, while work ability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of courier employees at PT. Rajawali Jaya Express.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the significant effect of sales promotion on impulse buying with shopping emotion as an intermediary variable (study on marketplace users). The research uses an explanatory research method which is carried out through data collection in the field. The population is Jombang students with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis uses simple linear regression statistical 4 models methods, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of data analysis and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that sales promotion has a good contribution in influencing shopping emotion, so that the higher sales promotion, the higher shopping emotion of shopee marketplace consumers. Shopping emotion has a good contribution in influencing impulse buying, so the better the emotional shopping, the higher the impulse buying of consumers who use the shopee marketplace.

Abstract

Accounting Information Systems are very useful as a basis for decision-making for companies and external parties. The Accounting Information System can provide a variety of important company accounting information and can determine the company's sustainability. This research aims to determine the influence of understanding the EMKM accounting system and SAK on automotive small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Kasihan District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. Using quantitative research methods with primary data from the Automotive MSME population in Kasihan District. The sample selection used the Non-Random Sampling Technique with a quota determined to be a research sample of 33 SMEs. Data analysis used the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method with SPSS 20. The results of the study show that understanding of the accounting system influences the management of automotive SMEs. The results of simultaneous data analysis of the Understanding of the Accounting System and SAK EMKM have an effect on the Management of Automotive MSME. Meanwhile, SAK EMKM has no effect on MSME Management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of Privacy, Security and Consumer Trust in Purchases on the Lazada co.id Marketplace in Nganjuk Regency. The population in this study are Lazada co.id Marketplace consumers in Nganjuk Regency who have made purchases at Lazada. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire (questionnaire) which was distributed to 100 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. In the study using the SPSS 25 application. Methods in data analysis using Instrument Test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination (R2).  Based on testing on the F test it was concluded that there was a simultaneous effect between Privacy, Security and Trust on Purchase Decisions of Lazada co.id Marketplace and the results of the t test showed that Privacy, Security and Trust had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Lazada co.id Marketplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and investment experience on stock investment decision making at investment galleries in Kediri City. The population in this study are investors who invest in the capital market in the Kediri region at Investment Galleries, namely the Kadiri University Investment Gallery, the Kediri Islamic University Investment Gallery, the Nusantara PGRI University Investment Gallery and the PSDKU POLINEMA Investment Gallery. The data collection technique used in this study is by using a questionnaire distributed via google form, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing such as t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (R2) with the help of analytical tools IBM SPSS Version 26. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of the financial literacy variable on stock investment decision making, besides that the investment experience variable also has a significant influence on stock investment decision making.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Borneo Jaya Sakti di Kabupaten Nganjuk Provinsi Jawa Timur, serta untuk menganalisis signifikan dari variabel kompensasi, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas dengan menggunakan analisis data uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji hekteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2) menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 16.0 dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden yaitu karyawan yang berkerja lebih dari satu tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial kompensasi, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja masing-masing variabel mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta secara simultan kompensasi, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permalahan yang timbul oleh kinerja karyawan yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan teknologi informasi, kepercayaan, kesesuaian tugas dan efektifitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Data diperoleh dari karyawan di CV. Buana Mas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan yang bekerja di CV. Buana Mas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda untuk memperoleh gambaran yang menyeluruh mengenai hubungan antara variabel satu dengan variabel yang lain. Hasil penelitian uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel penggunaan teknologi informasi, kepercayaan, kesesuaian tugas dan efektifitas sistem informasi akuntansi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan diketahui bahwa variabel penggunaan teknologi informasi, kepercayaan, kesesuaian tugas dan efektifitas sistem informasi akuntansi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitiaan ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan bagi perusahaan untuk selalu mengawasi dan memperhatikan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan informasi terkait komunikasi organisasi serta solusi terhadap kasus yang terjadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi melalui tiga informan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi yang dominan terbentuk di Gramedia Kediri adalah arah komunikasi downward yang didasari oleh pengambilan keputusan yang lebih sering dilakukan oleh pihak manajemen yang nantinya disampaikan kepada karyawan dalam bentuk perintah, instruksi, petunjuk dan hal serupa lainnya, serta jarang terjalin komunikasi informal antar karyawan dan atasan. Komunikasi yang terbentuk dirasa kurang efektif dan menjadi salah satu  penyebab dari turunnya kinerja karyawan Gramedia Kediri. Implikasi komunikasi organisasi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan front-liner adalah dengan dilakukannya program kotak keluhan, program coaching and counseling, dan grup diskusi antar masing-masing wilayah.
