Humans in living their lives will experience a span of life, one of which is middle adulthood. Middle adulthood is a transitional period between early adulthood to late adulthood, which is in the age range of 40 to 60 years. Middle adulthood is marked by physical changes due to biological changes such as decreased fertility and health. This condition causes middle-aged adults to worry about death. The fear of death at this age is even higher compared to other age groups. An effective strategy for dealing with the fear of death is to increase religion. The aim of this study is to clarify the relationship between religion and fear of death in middle adulthood. The data collection method is the qualitative research method. Collecting data by means of interviews with research subjects. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the research subjects felt unprepared to face death by feeling anxious, helpless, and wanting to be in the position of other people who had better religious behavior. Abstract

The main problem in this research is how to review war in fiqh and humanitarian law, how to determine the reasons for the permissibility of war in jurisprudence and humanitarian law, and how to post-war rehabilitation and reconstruction. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative and normative research. This research is a literature study. Sources of data come from legal materials that are primary, secondary and tertiary. The approach used is historical, normative theological and juridical approaches. Processing of legal materials using data analysis techniques with critical analysis. This study concludes that war in the view of fiqh is jihad fi sabilillah. However, the term jihad does not represent all forms of warfare in Islam. The principle of war in fiqh is an attempt to uphold dienul haq by risking wealth and life. Enforcement is intended to be carried out against disbelievers who hinder and make enemies of their adherents. The principle of fiqh sets limits (ethics) in war by not exceeding the limit. In humanitarian law there is the principle of military necessity, the principle of chivalry and the principle of humanity. The reason for war in fiqh is because it eliminates barbarity and tyranny, not because it is for imperialism. Another reason is because of self-defense or defending the homeland of the Muslims, or preventing from the dangers and threats of the infidels. In humanitarian law there is no provision for reasons of war. However, humanitarian law does not prohibit fighting. It only regulates hospitality which includes provisions for the use of means and methods of war, as well as protection for victims of war. Post-war reconstruction and rehabilitation were realized when the war ended through an absence of war (peaceful) phase. This phase is indicated by the end of the war.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the various factors affecting the export of angel pyama angel fish in South Sulawesi and to analyse the various factors affecting the supply of angel pyama fish. The types and sources of data needed in this study consist of Primary Data and Secondary Data. Local price and cost of production of angel pyama and batman fish have a significant positive effect on the amount of production/supply of angel pyama fish and the local price of angel batman fish has a significant negative effect on the amount of angel pyama fish production. The export price of angel pyama fish has a significant negative effect on the amount of export demand for angel pyama fish while the export price of angel batman fish has a significant positive effect on the amount of export demand for angel pyama fish. The exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar has no significant effect on the amount of export demand for angel pyama fish while the export price of angel pyama fish and the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar has a significant effect on the amount of export demand for angel pyama fish.

Abstract

The study aims to (1) analyse the technical characters of ship (design, principal dimension, and hydrostatic parameters) and the characteristics of wave (wave length) in connection with heaving motion, and (2) heaving amplitude and encounter frequency that influence the convenience of the ship's crew, its speed and safety. The study was conducted from April to June 2021 at Papandangan Island of Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi. The data were analysed with numeric analysis, Attwood's formula and Lewis from based on Strip Theory. The study indicates that ships with larger number of characters and ships with a ratio of Lw/Ls = 1.0 (16.75 m, 16.85 m, and 16.95 m) or the wavelength that occurs equals to the length of the ships, the potential of the heaving motion to occur is feeble. Heaving amplitude and encounter frequency with a ratio of Lw/Ls = 1.5 (25.75 m, 25.85 m, and 25.95 m) or the wavelength is larger than the length of the ship. Will influence the convinience of the ship crews, the speed and safety of the ship.
