The City of Kediri is one of the leading exporters of commodities. The largest Betta fish producing area is in the Pesantren District, Kediri City. The role of the regional and central government is given as an effort to develop the betta fish business. This study aims to analyze the role of the government in developing the betta fish business in Kediri City with qualitative methods. One of the efforts made by the local government of the city of Kediri is to designate the Ketami village as the Harmoni Betta Village. Meanwhile, the central government has designated Kediri City as an aquaculture village. The government's role is in the form of activities and the provision of infrastructure for betta fish cultivators. Synergy is needed between programs from each agency so that the betta fish business development can run optimally.

Musabaqah activities at the Dayah Markaz Al-Ishlah Al-Aziziyah Lueng Bata City of Banda Aceh for the younger generation can influence the personality of the younger generation. Personality includes all thoughts, feelings and behavior, conscious and unconscious. Personality guides people to adjust to the social and physical environment. From the beginning of life, the personality is a unit or has the potential to form a unit. When developing personality, one should try to maintain unity and harmony among all the elements of personality. Personality development at Dayah Markaz Al-Ishlah Al-Aziziyah Lueng Bata Banda Aceh City is carried out regularly and is directed so that students can develop and practice it in everyday life. To achieve this goal is certainly inseparable from several supporting factors that are available and implemented properly, such as good teaching staff and other factors that influence the process of personality development as a whole. Optimizing the role of the administrators of Dayah Markaz Al-Ishlah Al-Aziziyah Lueng Bata Banda Aceh City in developing the personality of the younger generation is very important, in line with the demands of the times. Dayah Markaz Al-Ishlah Al-Aziziyah Lueng Bata Banda Aceh City should also understand the institution's position in society, recognize community agencies and institutions that support education, recognize social and economic changes, all of which must be accompanied by IMTAQ and Science and Technology, in order to realize the morals, behavior and personality of the nation's children as potential successors to our nation.

Abstract: Inheritance is the inheritance of an heir who has passed away to his heirs with sababiyah and nasabiyah relationships. Whereas a grant is a gift to someone for the assets they own, either to children or other relatives during their lifetime. The purpose of this research is to find out the theoretical review of inheritance and grants to children in the perspective of Islamic law, with this type of qualitative research and using a normative method. As a result of research that inheritance to children is an absolute right that is obtained by a child as a legal heir, while grants to children are gifts that provide the initial inheritance from their parents. So that it is categorized as inherited property and can be withdrawn. Keywords: Inheritance; Grant; Children; Islamic Law.

Abstract: The conflict that occurs between reason and revelation has had a huge impact on the history of the development of Islamic law. And this should be a valuable lesson for Muslims now and in the future. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this research is to find out how reason and revelation go hand in hand in the formation of Islamic law. the results of the research prove that reason and revelation both mean the basis for giving birth to Islamic law. This study also analyzes that there is no contradiction between reason and revelation. Factually the position between reason and revelation can be equal, but theologically revelation is the source of ideas for reason so that revelation (as a subject) has a higher position. conversely, reason cannot be a source of revelation, because reason is a creation while revelation is the word of God. The conclusion of this research is that modern Islamic law must be able to maximize its scientific reasoning (reason) in order to find meanings that are still hidden in the texts of the Qur'an and Hadith in answering the problems of life in the world without neglecting the benefits of the hereafter. Marriage is oriented towards happiness with the concepts of sakinah, mawaddah and mercy, but in fact there is a lot of disharmony that ends in divorce and fasakh. As happened in Aceh, especially in Bireun, in 2022 cases of fasakh marriage by wives reached 419 cases. This study is focused on answering how the concept of fasakh marriage according to the perspective of Syafi'iyyah fiqh and how it is applied at the Syar'iyah Court of Bireuen. This research is a field research. This research is a qualitative research that is descriptive-analytical with a regulatory approach. The data sources are divided into primary sources, namely all references that are directly related to the problem, and secondary sources, namely all references that are not directly related to the problem but support the perfection of this research. The results of the study concluded that the concept of fasakh nikah according to the perspective of Syafi'iyyah fiqh is (1) fasakh due to disability, can be used to perform marriages such as (crazy, leprosy, supak, impotent, genital mutilation, al-qarn, al-ritq), (2) reasons of subsistence, can be submitted for fasakh marriage because it can cause dharar for the wife, (3) fasakh because the husband is unseen, cannot be used as an excuse to perform a marriage and the wife is required to wait for her husband to hear about the husband died, (4) fasakh because the husband is apostate, the act of apostasy in marriage can cancel the contract. As for the fasakh nikah fiqh decisions at the Syar'iyah Court of Bireuen, some are relevant to the concept of fasakh according to Syafi'iyah and some are different from the concept of syafi'iyah.

This research aimed to identify the conjunction of lan ‘and’ Balinese syntactic construction. Specifically, the connector of “and” was analyzed on its syntactic and semantic roles. The results show that the syntactical conjunction of “and” belongs to the coordinative connector, its relationship closely to the conjuncts or the constituents being connected; hence it cannot stand alone. This conjunction links two or more conjuncts such as words, phrases, clauses, and sentences. Its position is generally in front of the last conjunct that is being connected. “And” can correspond to several conjunctive adverbs in linking conjuncts. Semantically, the conjunction of “and” has semantic roles of the combination consisting of combination roles of sequence, collective, distributive, emphatic, terminative, and continuative. The conjuncts connected by “and” have semantic roles, such as the combination of pure, sequential, contrastive, evaluative, amplificative, pharasfrative, parallel, consequential, cause-effect, and leniency-result.

Panorama Alam Tropika is an agribusiness company that exports ornamental coral. The purpose of this research is to determine the international marketing strategy at PT. Panorama, to identify the obstacles faced by PT. Panorama Alam Tropika in increasing sales turnover, and also to determine the efforts made by PT. Panorama Alam Tropika in increasing sales turnover. Descriptive research can provide an overview of a problem, phenomenon, fact, event, and reality in a broad and deep way so that a new understanding is obtained, then the qualitative method will be more appropriate. For the development of international marketing strategies, the STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) model and 4P Strategy (Production, Promotion, Place, and Price) are used. This marketing mix is used for both the domestic and international markets. PT. Panorama uses a 4P marketing strategy that is good enough except for promotion where the company still focuses on advertising exported ornamental coral products only. Then the price of PT. Panorama's products is adjusted to the cost of raw materials needed, labor, promotion costs, product distribution costs, estimated profits that can be taken from the economic conditions of the market. The price of products for the international market is adjusted to the exchange rate of the destination country. Furthermore, PT. Panorama determines the location by finding a crowded location, a location with easy access, and the company also determines the business location by calculating in a representative location.

This research intends to examine the social aspects of the implementation and enforcement of Islamic law in Indonesia. This research is qualitative in character and was conducted at a library. The study's findings demonstrate the reciprocal link between Islamic law and patterns of society behavior, with sociology serving as one method of comprehending it. In essence, Indonesian law is based on Islamic principles that evolved and changed as Indonesian society did throughout the course of its history. There are four different schools of thought that may be used to explain how Islamic law is applied in Indonesia: formalistic-legalistic, structuralistic, culturalistic, and sustainable-applicative.

This study specifically look at, analyze, and describe the viewpoint of beginner voters at SMAN 3 Takalar with regard to political participation in advance of the 2024 election. It will also look at how much knowledge first-time voters have about exercising their voting rights in advance of the 2024 election and how that knowledge relates to what factors encourage and discourage political participation. The research method utilized in this study to explore the issues is a sort of normative legal research This study is descriptive-analytical in nature. This research is descriptive in nature since it takes the form of an explanation and seeks to fully describe the legal situation. The statutory approach and the case approach were utilized as the research methods in this study. The results of the study show that: 1) still many students in SMAN 3 Takalar who still do not know the meaning of political participation and what to do in exercising and using the right to vote due to lack of socialization and information related to his position as a beginner voter. 2) Factors that can influence the involvement of a novice voter in expressing himself in the election are: awareness of the importance of the right to vote and his obligation to give the best representative to represent himself, then there is an incentive for a newbie voter to use his right of vote either from the mass media and others, and lastly political factors and the environment in which he lives. The Conclusion is Views on political engagement among first-time voters at SMAN 3 Takalar are thought to be lacking as a result of a lack of knowledge and socialization regarding the significance of exercising one's right to vote and taking part in the success of political contestation prior to the 2024 election. This is due to a lack of awareness and stimulation of the desire to engage in democratic parties as well as a lack of knowledge regarding the repercussions of failing to exercise one's right to vote

Feelings are a condition that exists in human consciousness which is influenced by the knowledge possessed and is assessed as a negative and positive state. At the age of 11 years, children should be able to manage emotions and respond well to the expression of their emotions to others, know what is good and bad and the norms that are in force. This study aims to see an increase in the ability to channel feelings in fifth grade students at SD IT Qurthuba through journaling techniques. This research uses quantitative methods. This study has a subject of 20 people. Data collection techniques used in this activity were pretest and posttest questionnaires. The results of the study show that journaling techniques can improve the ability to channel feelings in fifth grade students.
