Abstract

International Direct Call is a method of shipping containers directly from domestic ports to foreign ports of destination without making any stops at domestic ports. The East Kalimantan region now has an international connection thanks to the International Direct Call from Kariangau Port, managed by PT Pelindo IV and PT Kaltim Kariangau Terminal (KKT). The introduction of direct calls through the Port of Balikpapan has boosted the economy of East Kalimantan and its environs on a broader scale. One is lessening planned operations expenses for USD 300-500 for each compartment and decreasing the span of ware shipments to various commodity objective nations. This research focuses on the development and management of international direct calls, as well as the threats and roles of related institutions at the Kariangau port in Balikpapan. Using qualitative descriptive analysis, the researchers collected data through in-depth interviews and direct field observations. It is known from this research that: It has been demonstrated that Pelindo IV's International Direct Call program improves the time and cost efficiency of export activities. For instance, exports to China now take just 16 days instead of the previous 24 days, exports to Japan now take 18 days instead of the previous 28 days, and exports to Korea now take 17 days instead of the previous 26 days. Additionally, the expense per holder has been diminished radically, from arriving at IDR 4 million for each compartment to just around IDR 792 thousand for every compartment. According to Pelindo IV's calculations, the export time to Shanghai, China, will be reduced from 25 to 30 days for direct calls from Balikpapan to 9 days. The port of Kariangau, Balikpapan, has become a world-class pioneer in the New Capital Region thanks to this remarkable achievement.

Abstract

The topic of climate change has evolved over time from being a global concern to a national strategic one. A nation should pay extra attention to the issue of climate change because it may affect its socio-environmental perspective. The third IPCC report states that climate change might intensify conflict or war; also, because it affects people's livelihoods, it can lessen the perspective of environmental sociology. This study, which employed a descriptive methodology, aims to clarify the problem of climate change and its relationship to the sociological environmental perspective, as well as the effects of climate change from the perspective of environmental sociology and potential solutions. According to the findings of the study Climate Change Impacts and Solutions: An Environmental Sociological Perspective, security may be indirectly impacted by climate change because it may have an impact on human livelihoods. In this scenario, the setting that is transformed into a field or a place where people work won't fully generate natural products, which can result in poverty. even make poverty worse. The government of Indonesia is taking action to address climate issues in order to reduce the level of climate change and reduce emissions by developing a strategy for implementing the Trans-Agency Programme in the National Medium-Term Development Planning (RPJMN) 2015-2019 with the National Action Plan - Climate Change Adaptation (RAN-API). Climate change can also worsen political stability. The NAP covers 17 technical entities with a focus on the economy, finance, human resources, environment, specific fields, and the legal system.

Abstract

The theory of multiple intelligences was first introduced by Howard Gardner in 1983 in his book Frames of Mind: The Theory of Multiple Intelligences. This theory proposes that intelligence cannot only be measured by one IQ test but that there are many different types of intelligence. As an educator or parent, it is important to recognize what intelligence is dominant in AUD and provide learning experiences that suit the child's intelligence. This will help AUD develop optimally in various aspects of his intelligence. Curriculum development is a cyclical process that never has a starting point or an endpoint because curriculum development is a process that relies on elements in the curriculum, which include objectives, methods and materials, assessment and feedback. The stages of curriculum development include goal setting, material selection, curriculum writing, curriculum implementation, and evaluation of ongoing implementation. This research was conducted at the Jember Regency PAUD institution. The approach used is qualitative with a case study type of research. The techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that curriculum development begins with characteristics analysis and needs analysis. This is done to formulate a vision, mission and goals. Next, strategies are prepared to achieve the goals. Organize the Intracurricular, Extracurricular and P5 PPRA curriculum in the foundation phase curriculum. From organizing the learning, the learning outcomes are described into topics, sub-topics and sub-subtopics. From the results of the translation into sub-topics, learning plans and teaching modules are then prepared. The learning plan that will be implemented will be based on multiple intelligences and integrated with technology content and local wisdom. The final stage is an evaluation carried out reflectively.
