Abstract

Post-Post-retirement family welfare is something that everyone wants after the completion of their retirement period. This is because a person's income at this time is different from their productive age when they were still working. To be able to realize retirement welfare, long preparation is needed, since a person is still at a productive working age. The driving factors include financial planning in old age, asset ownership, and economic pressure. This will have a better impact if it is reinforced with good financial management knowledge by a person in managing their finances. In this study, the researcher used three independent variables, one dependent variable, and one moderating variable. The data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires were tabulated and then tested using SPSS. The purpose of this study was to determine the determination of financial planning in old age, asset ownership, and economic pressure on post-retirement family welfare moderated by financial literacy

Abstract

This research aims to examine Self-Empowerment: Between Work Motivation, Time Management, and Responsibilities as a Student. The respondents in this study consisted of 11 university students who work part-time in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with criteria requiring respondents to be part-time students who have been working for at least three months. Data collection was conducted through interviews with respondents selected based on their relevance to the research objectives. The challenges faced by part-time student workers include time management, as they must balance dual roles as both students and employees. In addition, part-time student workers often experience stress due to workload or the dual roles they must perform. The findings of this study reveal that the participants generally have a positive self-evaluation regarding their performance, demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous growth, and successfully apply adaptive time management strategies and stress management techniques to cope with their dual responsibilities. It is recommended that companies provide adequate rest time and fair, transparent incentives for part-time workers. Future research is suggested to employ quantitative methods to measure the extent of the influence of work motivation, time management, and work stress variables on employee performance.

Abstract

The quantitative descriptive approach utilized in this research is derived from firsthand information collected fromfinancial authorities who are in charge of creating government financial reports via questionnaires. With the aid of SPSS software the information was examined employing multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The outcomes demonstrate that: (1) The quality of financial reports is positively impacted by civil servant competency, yet this effect is not statistically significant because the statistical importance level is 0.080, which exceeds 0.05; (2) With a statistical importance level of 0.000, which falls below0.05, the efficacy of SIPD results in a favorable and statistically significant impact on financial reporting standards; and (3) Additionally, they had a affirmative and considerable combined impact on the Jambi Provincial Government's fiscalreporting standards when examined simultaneously, with an F-statistic of 51.580 and a statistical importance level of 0.000. These findings suggest that a key factor in raising financial reporting standards is the efficacy of information systems. However, increasing public servant capability is still essential to making the most of SIPD.

Abstract

The modern retail industry faces challenges in human resource (HR) management, such as high turnover, low motivation, and ineffective training programs, especially with the dominance of millennials and Gen Z, who demand more adaptive HR strategies. This study aims to identify the main challenges in HR management, their impact on employee performance, and applicable strategies. The method used was descriptive qualitative with in-depth interviews and observations. The results showed that the main problems include high turnover, low motivation due to unfair compensation and reward systems, inconsistent training, and communication gaps across generations. These findings emphasize the importance of retention strategies, transparent reward systems, needs-based training, and a collaborative work culture to improve employee loyalty and performance. This study has practical implications for HR management in the retail sector and enriches academic studies. Future studies are recommended to involve a wider range of respondents and incorporate quantitative methods for more representative results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent of farmer participation in planning chili development extension programs in Sanapang Village, located in Binamu Subdistrict, Jeneponto Regency. The study was conducted using a survey method. The research sample was taken purposively in Sanapang Village. All farmers who were members of farmer groups were included in the research population. The selection of farmer samples was carried out using a simple random method using the Slovin formula, resulting in 250 farmers as samples, 25 of whom represented 10%. For data analysis, this study used quantitative descriptive analysis and calculated the mean and percentage using the Likert scale approach. The research findings revealed that the implementation of the agricultural extension program showed the following results: the participation of member farmers in extension activities in response to planning reached 2.49%, which indicates a less active category, while the response to the preparation of the agricultural extension program scored 2.41%, which also falls into the less active category. There are several factors that influence the low participation in the planning of the agricultural extension program. Among these factors are the lack of farmer involvement in the planning process, inadequate extension infrastructure, and the mismatch between the plan and farmers' needs. In addition, geographical conditions and economic factors also make it difficult for farmers to access existing programs. Internal factors related to extension workers, such as skills and experience, as well as a lack of coordination with various local parties

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality, Service Quality, Perceived Price, and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in the supermarket retail industry in Indonesia. This study is based on the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory, which explains how external stimuli such as product quality, service, and price can influence consumers' internal responses in the form of satisfaction, which ultimately affects loyalty. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal research type. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 276 respondents who are supermarket consumers in various regions of Indonesia. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results showed that Product Quality, Service Quality, and Perceived Price had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, while Customer Satisfaction did not have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. These findings indicate that consumer loyalty is more influenced by product quality, service, and price than by satisfaction alone. The managerial implications of this study emphasize the importance of supermarket management to improve product and service quality, set competitive pricing policies, and build long-term relationships with customers through loyalty programs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of internal financial variables—namely liquidity, solvency, and profitability—and external factors in the form of inflation on stock prices (Hrg_Shm) using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results of the path analysis indicate that the three internal variables have a positive influence on stock prices, but do not reach a statistically significant level (p-value > 0.05), indicating that a company's internal financial performance has a limited contribution in determining stock market valuations in the Indonesian economic context. Conversely, inflation is proven to have a positive and statistically significant impact (t-statistic > 1.96; p-value < 0.05), reflecting the role of moderate inflation as an indicator of economic growth expectations that drive stock price increases. The developed model has an R² value of 0.028, which indicates low explanatory capacity, underscoring the limitations of the variables used in explaining stock price fluctuations. The implication is that financial market practitioners are asked to consider macroeconomic factors—especially inflation stability—as a primary consideration in making investment decisions. As a direction for further research, it is recommended to use time-series data to strengthen the validity of the model and analyze the long-term dynamics of stock price movements in more depth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structure and dynamics of Makassar City's economy in comparison to South Sulawesi Province over the 2020–2024 period. Using a sectoral quantitative approach, the study applies four regional economic analysis tools: Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), Klassen Typology, and Shift Share Analysis (SSA). The results indicate that several sectors in Makassar, such as Wholesale and Retail Trade, Manufacturing, and Information and Communication, are base sectors with high average LQ values. However, DLQ analysis reveals that only the Accommodation and Food Services sector and the Public Administration sector show promising prospects. Klassen Typology categorizes most sectors as “developed but depressed,” indicating strong contributions with underwhelming growth. Shift Share analysis reveals that while many sectors grew positively during the study period, much of this growth is attributed to national trends and sectoral structures, rather than local competitive advantages. Only a few sectors, such as Accommodation and Food Services, Health, and Transportation, exhibit positive competitive shifts. These findings underscore the need for Makassar's development policy to strengthen internal sectoral competitiveness for more sustainable regional growth.

Abstract

The growing pressures of a knowledge-based economy have made digital transformation increasingly essential for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Responding to this need, the present study reviews existing literature on how MSMEs implement digital marketing and e-commerce, with attention to their strategic approaches, the obstacles they encounter, and the performance outcomes associated with digital adoption. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of fifteen peer-reviewed publications from 2020 to 2025—most of which examine MSMEs in developing nations, especially Indonesia—the study identifies clear benefits of digital tools in enhancing competitiveness, innovation, and organizational resilience. However, these gains depend heavily on adequate digital literacy, capable human resources, and institutional preparedness. Persistent challenges include financial limitations, weak technological understanding, and insufficient skills development, though government initiatives, training programs, and ecosystem collaborations offer partial solutions. Evidence from Bangladesh and Jordan further supports the view that e-commerce, when paired with innovation capacity and strategic orientation, can improve MSME performance beyond domestic markets. Overall, the review emphasizes that narrowing the digital divide requires more than simply adopting new technologies; it entails fostering an innovation mindset, aligning multi-sector policies, and ensuring sustained capacity building to strengthen MSME competitiveness in the digital era.
