Abstract

This article analyzes first language acquisition in children through four linguistic domains: phonology, morphosyntax, lexicon, and pragmatics. The study responds to the tendency of previous discussions to separate sound production, grammatical development, vocabulary growth, and communicative use, although these domains develop in a connected way during early childhood. This research uses a descriptive qualitative design with a psycholinguistic perspective and document analysis of two source texts on first language acquisition. Data were reduced, coded, and classified into phonological, morphosyntactic, lexical, and pragmatic categories, then interpreted through recent studies in child language development. The findings show that phonological acquisition appears first through dominant vowels [a], [i], and [e], early consonants [b], [p], [m], [n], and [t], and simple syllable patterns such as CV, CVC, and CVCV. Morphosyntactic acquisition develops from one-word and two-word utterances to simple sentences, while lexical acquisition expands through repeated exposure to people, objects, actions, and qualities in the child's environment. Pragmatic acquisition is reflected in requesting, rejecting, calling, informing, and adjusting speech to interlocutors. The study concludes that these four domains should be understood as an integrated developmental process strengthened by responsive family interaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of free cash flow and the size of the independent board of commissioners on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2022–2024 period. This study used a sample of 25 manufacturing companies selected using a purposive sampling method over three years of observation, resulting in 75 observations. Using multiple linear regression, the analysis showed that, partially, free cash flow had no effect on dividend policy because companies prioritized liquidity for post-pandemic recovery. The size of the independent board of commissioners was also found to have no effect, indicating that the agreement remains limited to administrative regulations. However, both variables simultaneously had a significant effect on dividend policy. These results suggest that companies maintain consistency in profit distribution, investors should pay more attention to capital expenditure plans than board composition, and future researchers should add other variables to broaden the scope of the analysis

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and evaluate the feasibility of the Pictorial Letter and Number Card (HABER) media in supporting the cognitive development of early childhood learners. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D model, which consists of the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The research was conducted at TK Khalifah III Makassar involving four kindergarten teachers as research participants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and expert validation sheets. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed product. The findings revealed that teachers needed innovative learning media and practical guidebooks to support cognitive learning activities. The HABER media developed in this study consists of letter cards, number cards, picture cards, and a user guidebook designed according to children’s developmental characteristics. Expert validation results indicated that the media met the criteria of validity. Furthermore, the practicality test showed a score of 92.86%, while the effectiveness test reached 94.9%, both categorized as very high. These findings demonstrate that HABER is a valid, practical, and effective learning medium that can facilitate cognitive development in early childhood. Therefore, HABER can be used as an alternative instructional medium to support meaningful and engaging learning experiences in early childhood education

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mathematics learning interests of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 40 Matang Segantar using the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach. The study used a descriptive approach with a two-cycle classroom action design. The research subjects were 30 students. Data were obtained through observation sheets of learning interests covering activeness, cooperation, and courage, then analyzed using percentages and descriptive interpretation. The PMRI principles were applied through the use of realistic problems, concrete media, group discussions, opportunities to explain strategies, and reflection. The results showed an increase in the good category in the activeness indicator from 45% in cycle I to 85% in cycle II. Cooperation increased from 55% to 90%, while courage increased from 60% to 90%. These findings indicate that mathematics learning that starts from real experiences, manipulation of concrete objects, and communication between students can strengthen learning engagement. PMRI provides space for students to see mathematics as an activity close to life, not just a formula to be memorized. This study recommends that elementary school teachers use PMRI systematically in materials on arithmetic operations and spatial figures.

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis efektivitas manajemen pembiayaan pada koperasi syariah, khususnya Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah atau Baitul Maal wat Tamwil, dalam mendukung aktivitas ekonomi anggota dan sektor riil. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan studi literatur sistematis, analisis isi, dan telaah data sekunder tentang kualitas pembiayaan syariah periode 2020-2024. Data menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pembiayaan tidak cukup dinilai dari jumlah pencairan dana, tetapi perlu dilihat dari kemampuan lembaga mengendalikan pembiayaan bermasalah, menekan biaya operasional, menjaga kepatuhan syariah, serta meningkatkan kapasitas usaha anggota. Indikator NPF dan BOPO pada ekosistem perbankan syariah menunjukkan perbaikan setelah pandemi, sedangkan pertumbuhan PDB Indonesia kembali stabil di atas lima persen pada 2022-2024. Temuan artikel menegaskan bahwa koperasi syariah efektif ketika mampu menghubungkan akad, mitigasi risiko, pendampingan usaha, literasi keuangan, dan digitalisasi layanan. Kendala utama terletak pada rendahnya pencatatan keuangan anggota, risiko moral hazard, keterbatasan inovasi produk, dan kapasitas monitoring. Artikel ini merekomendasikan penguatan standar operasional pembiayaan, diversifikasi akad produktif, sistem peringatan dini, pendampingan UMKM, serta pelaporan dampak sosial agar koperasi syariah berfungsi sebagai lembaga keuangan mikro yang amanah, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis implementasi prinsip syariah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada perhotelan syariah. Kajian disusun melalui analisis kualitatif-deskriptif atas dua data sekunder, yaitu penelitian Hotel Saudara Syariah Medan dan artikel MJ Hotel Syariah Mojokerto. Analisis menggunakan perspektif kepatuhan syariah, SERVQUAL, CARTER, dan maqasid syariah untuk membaca hubungan antara standar syariah dan pengalaman layanan tamu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip syariah memperkuat kualitas pelayanan melalui seleksi tamu, penyediaan fasilitas ibadah, jaminan makanan halal, peniadaan fasilitas maksiat, sopan santun karyawan, dan tata kelola yang terukur. Namun, kedua kasus memperlihatkan kesenjangan implementasi. Hotel Saudara Syariah Medan masih lemah pada aspek musholla, konsistensi busana karyawan, dan keramahan pelayanan. MJ Hotel Syariah Mojokerto masih lemah pada aspek DPS, SOP tertulis, sertifikasi usaha syariah, fasilitas musholla, informasi waktu shalat, serta integrasi keuangan syariah. Artikel ini menawarkan model penguatan layanan yang menempatkan kepatuhan syariah sebagai standar operasional, budaya kerja, dan alat evaluasi mutu layanan

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis kepemimpinan etis dalam organisasi bisnis syariah dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-deskriptif melalui studi pustaka dan analisis komparatif tematik atas variabel gaya kepemimpinan Islam, karakter persona Islami, etika kerja Islam, kepemimpinan etis, motivasi intrinsik, dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan etis memengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui keteladanan moral, kepercayaan, keadilan, akuntabilitas, dan motivasi intrinsik. Data perbankan syariah menunjukkan karakter persona Islami berpengaruh paling kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan etika kerja Islam cenderung positif secara marginal dan gaya kepemimpinan Islam tidak signifikan apabila hanya dipahami sebagai gaya formal. Data lembaga zakat menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta motivasi intrinsik, sedangkan motivasi intrinsik memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap kinerja. Artikel menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan etis dalam organisasi bisnis syariah perlu dioperasionalkan sebagai perilaku moral yang konsisten, pengambilan keputusan transparan, pengawasan adil, dan pemberdayaan karyawan, bukan sekadar simbol religiusitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen kelas dan kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel moderator di SD Baiturahman Jember . Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi nilai hasil belajar siswa. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kelas (β = 0,35; p < 0,05) dan kompetensi guru (β = 0,42; p < 0,05) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPAS. Motivasi belajar terbukti memoderasi hubungan tersebut, ditunjukkan oleh interaksi manajemen kelas dan motivasi (β = 0,21; p = 0,015) serta kompetensi guru dan motivasi (β = 0,25; p = 0,009). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,58 menunjukkan bahwa 58% variasi hasil belajar dapat dijelaskan oleh model penelitian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar memperkuat pengaruh manajemen kelas dan kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar, sehingga peningkatan mutu pembelajaran perlu dilakukan secara simultan pada aspek eksternal dan internal siswa
