The objective of this research is to ascertain the factors that influence religiosity and familial traditions of altruistic benevolent in Indonesia. This investigation exploits a quantitative approach by utilizing the simple equation method in conjunction with SmartPLS. This study deployed primary data gathered from questionnaires conducted to individuals residing in numerous cities in Indonesia. Approximately 1.016 respondents from significant ethnic and religious backgrounds participated in the online survey, utilized simple random sampling. The findings of this research demonstrate that altruistic behavior is positively influenced by intrinsic religiosity. The influence of family tradition on giving, whether through institutions or directly, is mediated by altruistic behavior. While compared, the influence of family tradition on altruistic manners is stronger than that of religiosity. This study offers insights for scholars and practitioners on the key elements that motivate Indonesian individuals to engage in extensive charitable activities, both through direct means and philanthropic organizations. Abstract

The advancement of information technology, particularly blockchain technology, has had a significant impact on the financial sector. Blockchain, which underpins cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, offers characteristics of decentralization, security, transparency, and efficiency that have the potential to transform how financial transactions are conducted. This research aims to summarize and analyze the application of blockchain technology in the financial sector, focusing on security mechanisms and block levels. The research method used is a literature review, which includes analysis from various sources such as journals, books, and related documents. The findings indicate that blockchain technology has the potential to enhance security and transparency in financial transactions, reduce fraud risks, and accelerate transaction settlement processes. In the context of Islamic banking, blockchain can strengthen security and transparency as well as improve operational efficiency. However, challenges such as scalability, immature regulation, and the integration of Sharia principles need to be addressed. The study also identifies that while blockchain offers significant potential, there are risks related to anonymity and misuse that require stringent regulation. By understanding the existing challenges and potentials, it is hoped that blockchain technology can be effectively optimized in the financial sector, both to enhance financial inclusion and improve financial reporting infrastructure.

This research uses an associative quantitative research design to look for causal relationships between independent and dependent variables. The respondents for this research were 43 employees of the Bima Regency Social Service. The research instrument is a questionnaire developed from each research variable. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The research results show that employee work compensation is relatively high, as well as high employee work motivation, but there are several aspects that need to be improved. Employee work stress is relatively low, however, several employees experienced work stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. Employee job satisfaction is also high, which has an impact on high performance. Hypothesis testing shows that compensation, motivation, work stress and job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on employee performance. Utilizing a quantitative associative research paradigm, the study sampled 108 teachers from a population of 381 using probabilistic random sampling. Data were analyzed through classical assumption testing, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25. Results indicate that transformational leadership significantly enhances teacher performance, characterized by leaders with clear vision, creativity encouragement, and individual support. Work discipline also positively affects performance, ensuring order and optimal task execution. Job satisfaction similarly has a significant positive impact, with higher satisfaction leading to improved performance. Combined, transformational leadership, work discipline, and job satisfaction account for a significant portion of the variance in teacher performance. The findings confirm that effective leadership, robust discipline, and job satisfaction are critical for enhancing teacher performance, emphasizing a multidimensional approach in educational management. This research contributes to the literature by integrating these three variables, highlighting their combined impact in the educational context of Bima City. Future research should explore additional factors influencing performance to further optimize educational outcomes.

Abstract

The use of mobile payments has experienced rapid growth, particularly in adopting GoPay as a transactional tool. This study aims to investigate the relationship between perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), and behavioral intention (BI) among GoPay users in Indonesia. Using a quantitative research method with descriptive analysis and snowball sampling techniques, data were collected from 104 GoPay users across Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) program version 4.0. The findings indicate that both perceived ease of use and behavioral intention have a positive and significant impact on perceived usefulness. Additionally, perceived ease of use positively and significantly influences behavioral intention. The interaction between perceived ease of use and behavioral intention further moderates and strengthens the relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. These results suggest that the ease of use of GoPay encourages users to have a stronger intention to use the application, which, in turn, enhances their perception of its usefulness.
