Abstract

Education has a clear object, namely humans. Understanding the nature of human nature, obtained an overview of the characteristics map about humans. The democratization of education can be realized, one of which is through community-based education in a national education organization. Communitybased in question is a local community with all the special characteristics it bears. By paying attention to the map of the characteristics of the local community, giving a foothold to the stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of education - which is expected to be right on target. Schools as formalized educational institutions cannot take their roles as a whole. Two environments should not be ignored from the calculation of determining the success of students: the family environment and social environment. To achieve synergy, concrete steps must be framed in the spirit of communication and dialogue. The dialogue will open the veil of misunderstanding caused as a result of differences in thinking and perspective. The approach most relevant to this study is the socio-cultural approach. The material taught maybe a package from the institution that holds the authority of the policy, but the method of how to deliver the material is the responsibility of the Educator. The success of the packaged material is about how the Educator's method of distributing, transferring knowledge so that it can be fully accepted by students.

Abstract

In adolescence is needed coaching to solve and overcome problems faced. A person's personality must be fostered through special education to fit the values in society and culture, especially the youth community. Teenagers also have many life problems, from personal problems, family, friends, and even other social problems. One of the urgent coaching in the era of globalization for adolescents is to conduct counseling based on national insight as a form of deradicalization. National-based counseling aims to increase and strengthen understanding of how to become good citizens. The research method in this article uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature. Qualitative research is expected to be able to facilitate and bridge.

Abstract

The ability of pesantren to always develop community education is proof of the existence of these institutions in the midst of a society that continues to experience change. Islamic boarding schools are able to mobilize resources, both energy and funds, to be able to play an active role as a stronghold against various cultures that have a negative impact. This fact also shows that pesantren are educational institutions that have the strength to survive in the midst of the community. The pesantren is also still able to show its contribution in the development of community education today.

Abstract

Saturation of learning can strike students if they have lost motivation and lose consolidation of one particular skill level before the student reaches the next skill level. In addition, saturation can also occur because the learning process of students has reached the limits of physical abilities, because of boredom (boring) and fatigue (fatigue). Students' fatigue can be categorized into three types, namely: 1) student's sensory fatigue; 2) students' physical fatigue; 3) students' mental fatigue. Among the three types of fatigue, mental fatigue was seen as the main factor causing the emergence of learning saturation. Motivation as anfactor inner functions to cause, underlie, direct the act of learning. Motivation is one of the spiritual factors of students who are generally seen as more essential which can affect the quantity and quality of student learning. This means that motivation can determine the good or not in achieving the goal so that the strong weakness of one's learning motivation also influences its success. A person who learns with strong motivation, will carry out all his learning activities seriously, full of passion or enthusiasm, actively trying to read books to improve his performance to solve his problem, seeming persistent not to give up. Conversely, learning with weak motivation, attention is not focused on the lesson, does not want to do tasks related to the lesson, indifferent, easily discouraged, lazy, like to disturb the class.

Abstract

Every human being has innate potential, which is both good and bad potential. However, this innate potential cannot develop by itself, meaning that it requires a well-organized system. In Indonesia the education system with good management in the form of educational institutions, such as formal, non-formal and informal educational institutions. This educational institution is a reflection of the implementation of Law Number 20 Year 2003 concerning the National Education System. The fact is that the government and all its efforts in improving the quality of educational institutions have not been able to optimally create superior products that can compete nationally and internationally. Not only that, the output produced is quite a lot that is not in accordance with the realm and goals of education itself, namely creating a true human being, a human being with a whole human personality. Abstract

The life of every student has a variety of different personal problems. The students' environment that provides examples in every behavior that can be recorded by students then to be followed in the lives of students. Internalization of Islamic has become a key factor in educating educator in their attitudesto get better. This study aims to explain the resilience of students. In this study using a naturalistic qualitative approach, with a location in Mansyaul Huda Vocational high School which is under the Mansyaul Huda Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Kedungasri Village, Tegaldlimo Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency. To collect data the method of observation and document analysis are used. In testing the validity of the data measured using triangulation techniques sources, methods, extending the time of observation, checking with colleagues through discussion, and member-check. Data analysis was carried out with steps of data reduction, data display and conclusion making. The diversity of students' problems wichwas balanced with the internalization of Islamic values ​​in education had a significant role in increasing student resilience. Students who gain knowledge about Islamic values ​​are increasingly aware that every problem faced by students has a way that can be done to increase resilience to overcome any problem that he faces. The result of the introduction of Islamic values applied at Mansyaul Huda Vocational high School is experiencing an increase in resilience for students.

Abstract

The understanding of plurality and diversity is a necessity that must be carried out and followed up deeper, especially in the scope of community, nation and state. One of the portraits of Islamic education that the author describes is the role of Islamic boarding schools located on the coast, because in this coast there is generally a multi-cultural and religious side by side. As we know that coastal communities have a form of community patterns with their cultural context and the ability to preserve it in the midst of various waves of change through the process of acculturation and syncretization. This paper is intended to explain descriptively the analysis of what and how the patterns were formed. In short, that coastal Islamic education is one of the conditioning icons amid the multidimensional warming temperatures caused by the domain of the majority community - borrowing the term Geertz is - abangan.

Abstract

The Indonesian nation is facing a dangerous situation at the moment due to character building whose effectiveness is not yet maximal and applicable. Information technology may develop rapidly, but the identity that is explored from the history of the origins of the nation which includes super culture must be preserved. This paper is intended to inspire enthusiasm, preserve character development with educational applicative tips through the synergy of the role of teachers and parents. With this synergy, the fulfillment of balanced needs is expected to optimize student growth and development in line with the nature of events that have been pinned to him as a human being. This is necessary because teachers and parents have a common mission of providing students with a thorough education both physically and spiritually. Thus teachers and parents have good opportunities to work together, work together to optimize the potential of students.

Abstract

The purpose of education is the main thing in education, because a clear concept of the formulation of educational goals, will significantly influence the success of the implementation of education. The subject and object of education are humans themselves which contain complexity and multi aspects. Therefore the limits and content of the meaning of education - as seen in the definition of the interpretation of education and Islamic education - made by experts also vary. The difference is not separated from its orientation, basic framework, pressure points, and philosophical history. Islamic education and education both have a noble goal of striving for optimal student formation in accordance with the nature of the event. To obtain noble dignity and dignity, it is necessary to have strong educational foundations that are constantly being developed to be better. The foundation of education and Islamic education is very important to develop a dignified education for individuals, families, communities, nations, and countries. Furthermore, education experts and practitioners in Indonesia have the challenge of continuing to work towards the integration of the two education systems by eliminating the dichotomy of general and religious studies.

Abstract

Moral education is very necessary to be applied in life to face the challenges of an increasingly advanced era like now. Moral education can be obtained by applying Islamic education whose orientation is not only for the needs of the world but also for the afterlife. Islamic education as an effort to shape people must be based on where all activities and all formulations of Islamic education goals are linked, namely the Koran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which can be developed with ijtihad. The basic concept of Islamic education in general is education in the context of shaping Muslim personality. The purpose of Islamic education is to form humans worshiping God based on the conditions of the place by considering geography, economics, and others in that place.
