Jurnal Ekonomi Bisnis Digital adalah Jurnal Nasional dalam bidang ilmu ekonomi bisnis digital. Jurnal Ekonomi Bisnis Digital JEBIDI terbit tiga kali setahun, yaitu pada bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. JEBIDI bertujuan untuk mempromosikan hasil penelitian di bidang ekonomi bisnis digital yang berfokus pada penerbitan makalah berkualitas. Artikel yang diserahkan akan ditinjau oleh komite teknis Jurnal. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus berupa laporan asli atau hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, eksperimental atau teoritis, dan akan direview oleh reviewer. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and perceived desirability on interest in entrepreneurship partially and to find out whether gender moderates the effect of attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and perceived desirability on interest in entrepreneurship partially. The total population in this study amounted to 100 people using population research techniques. The analytical technique used is MRA. The results showed that attitude toward behavior had no effect on interest in entrepreneurship, subjective norms had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, perceived behavioral control had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, perceived desirability had no effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Gender moderates the influence of attitude toward behavior on interest in entrepreneurship, gender moderates the influence of subjective norms on interest in entrepreneurship, gender moderates the effect of perceived behavioral control on interest in entrepreneurship and gender moderates the effect of perceived desirability on interest in entrepreneurship in Management Study Program FEB students.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of organizational commitment to performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Graha Mandiri Barata Medan. The population in this study amounted to 300 people with a sample number of 171 people. The sampling method is randome sampling.The data obtained is then processed using spss statistics tool version 22. Data analysis techniques in this study include reliability tests, validity tests, classical assumption tests (multicollinearity tests, normality tests, and heteroskedasticity tests), statistical tests (determination coefficient tests (R2), individual parameter significance tests (t tests), simultaneous significance tests (f tests), and path analysis.The results showed that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate between variables of an organization's commitment to employee performance.

Abstract

This Study aims to determine the effect of Network Behavior on Venture Performance with Tacit Knowledge as variable mediating on small business in Percut Sei Tuan district. The methods analysis using regression analysis and kausal step methods used to know the effect between variable independent and variable dependent with mediating by variable mediating. The type of data used in this research is assosiative with paradigm quantitative. The population and sample in this study is the all of small business in Percut Sei Tuan district amount 295 business with 170 business as sample.The Results showed that variable Network Behavior has a positive and significant effect on variable Venture Performance. Variable Social Capital has a significant effect on variableVenture Performance, also variable Tacit knowledge has a significant effect on variable Venture Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance measurement and rewardsystems on employee performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. In this study using the associative method with a quantitative approach. The total population in the study was 368 people and a sample of 79 respondents using proportional random sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results showed that the variables of the performance measurement system, rewards, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The performance measurement system and rewards has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui pengaruh variabel Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Dan Modal Sendiri terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil Dan Menengah (UMKM) pada para pelaku usaha di Kabupaten Halmahera – Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuntitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Halmahera – Selatan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari responden yang mengisi kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Alat yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil Uji t menunjukan bahwa Kredit Usaha Rakyat tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Pendapatan UMKM dengan nilai signifikan 0,76 Dan Modal Sendiri berpengaruh positif terhadap Pendapatan UMKM dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. Hasil dari koefisien determinasi diperoleh dari R2 sebesar 0,150 atau 15%. Dapat diartikan bahwa 15% pendapatan UMKM dipengaruhi oleh kredit usaha rakyat dan modal sendiri sedangkan sisahnya 85% disebabkan oleh faktor lain yang diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Non-performing loans are one of the risks that will be faced by financial institutions, including at PT BPR nbp 9 Pangururan. This risk arises because of the inability of borrowing customers to pay part or all of the loan agreements that have been mutuallyagreed upon, there are many ways that can be done in overcoming non-performing loans, in this case the role of the Account Officer is very much needed, because from the beginning of the loan application process to the strategy to resolve if something happens. non-performing loans are resolved by the Account officer. In addition, good loan management and Account officers who are involved in monitoring the business run by customers can also reduce at least the risk of non-performing loans. The role of the Account Officer is needed in resolving non-performing loans in financial institutions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the accountant officer in suppressing non-performing loans at PT BPR nbp 9 Pangururan. Abstract

This research is associative in nature and uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of 400 respondents, with a sample of 80 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The respondents were employees from Mitra Medika Medan Hospital. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, with a contribution of 0.427. This means that work discipline plays an important role and can increase work productivity by 42.70%. Leader–member exchange also has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, with a contribution of 0.151, indicating that good leader–member relationships can improve work productivity by 15.10%.In addition, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, with a contribution of 0.333, meaning that work motivation can enhance productivity by 33.30%.

Abstract

The procedure for granting credit is important in determining eligibility and benchmarks in making a decision whether the debtor is eligible or not to receive credit provided by the Bank. Not only that, the procedure for granting credit is also a system and procedure that has been established by banks to facilitate banks in carrying out their work as distributors of funds to the public in the form of loans in a systematic and neat and structured manner so as to make it easier for banks to assess prospects in offering credit. The purpose of this discussion is to find out the procedure for providing multipurpose loans, both fixed loans and credit Usaha Rakyat(KUR) at PT BANK BRI (Persero) Tbk Simalingkar Unit. The data collection technique used is qualitative data obtained from interviews with several staff and customers at Bank BRI Simalingkar unit. Data was collected by observation and interviews. The results showed that PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Simalingkar unit had implemented a credit granting procedure system in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP); credit stage, credit examination/analysis stage, credit decision granting stage, credit card first stage, and credit development stage.

Abstract

Taxpayer compliance is very important in the country's economic development which has an influence on the welfare of the community, so there needs to be motivation and encouragement fromthe tax authorities who can improve taxpayer compliance. This study aims to determine the factors that affect taxpayer compliance. The population used in this study were all individual taxpayers who were registered as mandatory SPT at KPP Pratama Medan Timur as many as 51,191, with the slovin method.The results of this study indicate that religiosity and taxation socialization have no significant effect on Taxpayer Awareness, while Tax Service Quality has a significant effect on Taxpayer Awareness. Religiosity has no significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance, while Tax Socialization, Tax Service Quality, Taxpayer Awareness have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. Taxpayer awareness cannot mediate the influence of religiosity, tax socialization and tax service quality on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Medan Timur.

Abstract

Bank is a financial institution that generally established with the authority to accept deposits, lend money and issue promissory notes. Delivering high quality services is not easy. Service quality focuses on customer satisfaction in meeting the wants and needs to be able to achieve customer expectations. Banks must try to improve services so that banks are able to provide the needs or desires of customers. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. The location of this research was carried out at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Simalingkar Medan. The procedure for obtaining information uses observation and interview techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the quality implementation that has occurred at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Simalingkar Medan has been carried out in accordance with applicable standards and procedures and strategies that can be used to increase customer savings are promotional strategies, pick up the ball and maintain relationships good with customers.
