Jurnal Ekonomi Bisnis Digital adalah Jurnal Nasional dalam bidang ilmu ekonomi bisnis digital. Jurnal Ekonomi Bisnis Digital JEBIDI terbit tiga kali setahun, yaitu pada bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. JEBIDI bertujuan untuk mempromosikan hasil penelitian di bidang ekonomi bisnis digital yang berfokus pada penerbitan makalah berkualitas. Artikel yang diserahkan akan ditinjau oleh komite teknis Jurnal. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus berupa laporan asli atau hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, eksperimental atau teoritis, dan akan direview oleh reviewer. Abstract

This research was done in DBD Powder Medan, which was a company engaged in the sale of fast food powder. The purpose of this study was to determined the effected of Brand Image and Product Quality on Brand Loyalty in the mediation of Brand Trust in Depok Bubble Drink users in Medan City. The population were consumers who came and bought the company's products with an average of 3,250 consumers per month, sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples were 100 respondents. Sources of data using primary data and data collection techniques were literature study, observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques consist of data quality test, classical assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing.Based on the results of the study, it partially shows that brand image has a significant effect on brand loyalty, product quality has a significant effect on brand trust. Meanwhile, brand image has no significant effect on brand trust, and product quality has no significant effect on brand loyalty. Simultaneously showed that brand image, product quality and brand trust together have positive and significant effected on brand loyalty in DBD Powder Medan. The correlation between brand image, product quality and brand trust could be said to be strong on brand loyalty at DBD Powder Medan. While the percentage of the ability of brand image, product quality and brand trust to explained brand loyalty was 36.7% and the others amount of 63.3% could be explained by other variables did not examined such as promotion, price, service and so on.

Abstract

This study intends to examine the effect of person job fit on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and see the effect of person organization fit on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The researcher conducted a research at the Ministry of PUPR, Directorate General of Water Resources, Sumatra II River Basin Center. The number of population in the company is around 400 people, while the sample used by the researcher is 200 people using the Slovin formula method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The results of this test indicate that person job fit has a positive and significant relationship to organizational commitment and organization citizenship behavior (OCB), while person organization fit does not have a positive and significant relationship to organizational commitment and organization citizenship behavior (OCB). The purpose of this research is to help organizations recruit, screen and place workers who want to join the organization carefully, so that the organization has quality human resources so that it can achieve the main goals of an organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether work stress, communication and work involvement affect employee job satisfaction at Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa Hotel. The research design of multiple linear regression analysis wa used to find out how the influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable was. This research uses quantitative research in the form of associative. The population in this study used a saturated sample, therefore the sample of this study was 115 employees, which included all employees at Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa Hotel. The results of this study indicate that the work stress variable has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the communication variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work involvement has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and work stress, communication and work involvement have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa Hotel.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant direct effect on Organizational Commitment. Transformational Leadership has a direct and significant negative effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Transformational Leadership has a negative effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour through organizational commitment. The results of the R2 value obtained by the coefficient of determination of 0.118, meaning that the effect of the variable Transformational Leadership on Organizational Commitment is 11.8% while the rest is influenced by other variables. The results of the coefficient of determination is 0.040, meaning that the influence of the variables of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour is 04.0% while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether work-life balance, work loyality and organizational commitment affect organizational citizenship behavior at Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa Hotel. Multiple linear regression analysis research design is used to determine how the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. In this research is used in associative. The population in this study were 115 employees. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, therefore the sample of this study was 115 employees which included all employees at Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa Hotel.The results of this study indicate that the ork-life Balance variable is positive and has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the work loyalty variable has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the Organizational commitment variable has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Bihavior.

Abstract

his research aims to find out the influence of competence and organizational communication on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in KPP Pratama Banda Aceh. The population and sample used in the study totaled 108 employees. Sample withdrawal technique uses saturated samples. Data analysis techniques use path analysis with sobel tests. The results of this study showsthat competence has no effect on employee performance. Communication has an effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. Competence affects job satisfaction. Communication has an effect on job satisfaction. Competence affects employee performance intervenedby job satisfaction. Communication affects employee performanceintervenedby job satisfaction at KPP Pratama Banda Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust on eWOM referrals through purchasing decisions. The population in this study were 100 respondents from Safa Salon Hair Style and Body Spa in Medan City. The analytical technique used is path analysis. The results showed that brand trust had a positive and significant effect on eWOM referrals mediated by purchasing decisions. The findings of this study demonstrate that brand trust has a direct and beneficial effect on buying decisions. Brand trust has a direct and beneficial effect on EWOM Referrals. EWOM Referral is positively correlatedwith purchase decision. Additionally, brand trust has a substantial favorable effect on EWOM Referrals via purchase decisions On The Beauty Salon Industry In Medan City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significant influence of organizational climate, employee engagement, work palcement and organizational commitment on the organizational citizenship behavior of PT.CentralSumatera Bank Medan. The totalpopulation in this studyamounted to 531 employee and use 84 employee as a sample. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that organizational climate, work placement and organizational commitment had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior andemployee engagement had a not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Central Sumatera Bank Medan. As simultan effect the organizational climate, employee engagement, work placement and organizational commitment had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Central Sumatera Bank.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship development on increasing household economic literacy, to determine the effect of community empowerment on increasing household economic literacy, to find out whether the ABG-C strategy moderates the effect of entrepreneurship development on increasing household economic literacy and to determine whether the ABG-C strategy moderates the effect of community empowerment on increasing household economic literacy. The total population in the study was 110 people, so the saturated sampling technique was used. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and MRA.The resultsshowed that the development of entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on increasing household economic literacy, community empowerment has a positive and significant effect on increasing household economic literacy, the ABG-C strategy does not moderate the effect of entrepreneurship development on increasing household economic literacy, the ABG-C strategy does not moderate the effect of entrepreneurship development on increasing household economic literacy. ABG-C strategy does not moderates the effect of community empowerment on increasing household economic literacy.

The total population in this study amounted to 531 employee and use 84 employee as a sample. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that competence, organisational culture, soft skills and career development had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Central Sumatera Bank Medan. As simultan effect the competence, organizational culture, soft skill and career development had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Central Sumatera Bank.
