Abstract

The rapid growth of the automotive industry and ongoing digital transformation have significantly increased the demand for vocational high school graduates who possess not only strong technical expertise but also technopreneurship competencies. Despite this need, vocational education continues to focus primarily on technical skills, while entrepreneurial competencies remain underemphasized. This community service program aimed to strengthen students' technopreneurship by integrating vehicle servicing training with workshop business management. The program involved 58 students from the Automotive Engineering Department of SMK Negeri 8 Purworejo. Learning activities included lectures, demonstrations, hands-on vehicle maintenance practice, workshop management simulations, group discussions, and evaluation sessions. The implementation improved students' knowledge of vehicle maintenance, workshop operations, customer service, marketing strategies, and technology-based business opportunities. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm, active engagement, and increased confidence in applying entrepreneurial concepts within the automotive sector. Overall, the program successfully integrated technical competencies with entrepreneurial knowledge, equipping students with practical skills, business insight, and greater readiness for future employment or independent automotive entrepreneurship in an increasingly competitive industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen risiko kredit untuk produk Kredit Umum Karyawan (KUPEG) dan Kredit Umum Pensiun (KUPEN) di Cabang Jember Bank Woori Saudara, yang meliputi identifikasi, pengendalian, dan mitigasi risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode tinjauan pustaka dan penelitian partisipatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan staf operasional, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tinjauan pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko yang terkait dengan KUPEG terutama berasal dari perpindahan anggota ke unit tanpa Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) dan pemutusan hubungan kerja yang tidak terhormat, yang dapat mengganggu sumber pembayaran pinjaman. Sementara itu, risiko dalam program KUPEN meliputi pengurangan tunjangan pensiun, kegagalan memenuhi persyaratan kehadiran bulanan atau tahunan, dan perubahan tempat tinggal debitur. Mitigasi risiko untuk KUPEG dilakukan melalui pemilihan unit yang akan diajak bekerja sama, verifikasi dokumen, dan koordinasi dengan komandan atau bendahara. Adapun produk KUPEN, mitigasi risiko dilakukan melalui pemotongan dana pensiun, penangguhan penerbitan surat keputusan pensiun dan kartu identitas, penggunaan retensi, dan penanganan tunggakan secara bertahap. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen risiko telah disesuaikan dengan karakteristik masing-masing produk; namun, penguatan pemantauan pasca-pencairan dan pembaruan data peminjam sangat penting untuk menjaga kualitas kredit.

Abstract

Kendel Village did not yet have an active village profile website as an official digital information medium, resulting in limited dissemination of information about the village's profile, potential, and economic institutions particularly for migrant residents. This community service activity aimed to develop a profile website for Kendel Village and to strengthen village officials' capacity to manage it independently and sustainably, in line with the strengthening of village economic institutions. The method used was participatory action research (PAR), positioning village officials as active partners, carried out through five stages: needs observation and identification, participatory planning, technical training and mentoring, provision of sustainability support media (a manual and tutorial videos), and final evaluation and handover. The results show that the Kendel Village website was successfully rebuilt from scratch, with content covering the village profile, activity photo gallery, village potential, official announcements, and village news. The mentoring process encouraged the formation of clearer role distribution in content management, more orderly documentation practices among village officials, and the emergence of a local leader who became a point of reference for colleagues. The resulting social change reflects growing awareness among village officials of the importance of transparency and digital information openness as a bridge between the village and its residents, including migrants, while strengthening the sustainability of website management independent of the service team.

Abstract

Organic waste in Kendel Village, Kemusu Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency particularly waste originating from the Kendel Village Market is still managed conventionally through open burning and unsorted disposal, due to limited public awareness and inadequate local waste management facilities. This community service activity aims to improve public understanding and self-reliance in managing household waste through the application of rocket stove technology as an environmentally friendly fuel alternative. The method employed was Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving PKK women's groups, Karang Taruna youth organizations, and RT/RW administrators, carried out through six stages: field observation, socialization and focus group discussion, collaborative action planning, tool-making practice, implementation and usage guidance, and joint monitoring and evaluation with residents. The results show that the rocket stove was successfully constructed and officially inaugurated on 15 August 2026 by a village official, accompanied by a usage demonstration that encouraged community acceptance of the innovation. The activity also produced a clear division of roles among the PKK, Karang Taruna, and RT/RW in waste management, and contributed to a shift in residents' perception of waste, from an environmental burden toward a reusable resource. Nevertheless, the physical construction of the tool was carried out entirely by the KKN team without direct community involvement, meaning that the sustainability of its future use will largely depend on the intensity of post-program mentoring and the strengthening of local institutions.

Abstract

Kedungmulyo Village in Kemusu Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency, faces agroecological constraints in conventional vegetable farming, including hot air temperatures during the dry season, limited clean water, hard and unsuitable soil, and some residents' reluctance to replant former food-crop land. Aeroponics is a soil-less A growing technique where plant roots hang in the air and are intermittently sprayed with a recirculating nutrient solution, enhancing water efficiency, alleviating the effects of poor soil, and eliminating the requirement for land preparation. This community service activity aimed to train the PKK women's group of Kedungmulyo Village in aeroponic vegetable cultivation as a solution to the temperature, water, soil, and social barriers, and to support household food security. The method covered a preparation stage, outreach through presentation and discussion, hands-on technical training (seeding, mixing and adjusting the nutrient solution, and plant care) on an existing aeroponic installation, follow-up mentoring, and assessment. Findings indicated a boost in participants' understanding and abilities, assessed via pre-test and post-test scores, along with notable enthusiasm reflected in their active involvement during the hands-on sessions. This activity is expected to encourage household-scale aeroponic units as a water-efficient, soil-preparation-free, and socially acceptable cultivation option.
