Abstract

This study aims to prove that the administration of the ethyl acetate fraction sinom mixture of lime and honey (SCJM) can improve the histological structure of the kidney of Spraque Dawley rats (SD) diabetic were divided into six groups with four replications each. The K1 group as a positive control was not given a sample, the K2 group was given a sample dose of 50 mg/kg BW, the K3 group was given a sample dose of 100 mg/kg BW, and the K4 group was given a sample dose of 150 mg/kg BW, the K5 group was given an extract dose of 200 mg/kg BW, and positive control group K6 which was carried out for 21 days. The rats were then sacrificed and the kidney organs were taken for histopathological preparation with Hematoxylin Eosin (HE) staining. The results showed that there was fatty degeneration and necrosis of the kidneys. Kruskal Wallis test results from all treatments showed p = 0.001 for both fatty degeneration and necrosis (p<0.05).abstract is written along 100-200 words with a single space. Abstract

One of the traditional foods that have health-preserving properties is tape which can prevent an increase in cholesterol and prevent a shortage of red blood cells. Tape products are the result of the fermentation of processed raw materials that contain starch, that is, these food ingredients become simple forms such as sugar with the addition of microbes such as yeast or yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) which work to break down carbohydrate foods into alcohol and carbon dioxide by settling to form compounds. namely ethanol. The test was carried out to determine the fermentation time of the ethanol content in white sticky rice tape. The test used the gas chromatography method. The location of the testing carried out at the Pharmacy and Food Analysis Campus was obtained. The results obtained for the system suitability test analysis consisted of precision, column efficiency, and accompanying factors that met the requirements. Meanwhile, the ethanol content in samples carried out continuously for five days on days I, II, III, IV, and V respectively was 2.94%; 3.03%; 3.12%; 3.14%, and 3.28%. The greatest ethanol content obtained on day V was 3.28%, and the smallest content on day I was 2.94%. So it can be concluded that the ethanol content resulting from fermentation in white sticky rice tape increases every day and the quality of the tape decreases

Abstract

Okara is the waste produced during soybean tofu production. To reduce okara waste, it is converted into functional food. Okara yogurt is formulated as a functional food to prevent stunting. The problem in this study is how the okara yogurt formulation can produce protein levels, fat levels, carbohydrate levels, water levels, ash levels, and acidity for the nutritional fulfilment of stunting, how the lactic acid bacterial population in okara yoghurt, and how organoleptic testing of okara yogurt products. This study uses RAL with 6 treatments and 3 repetitions. The data was analyzed statistically using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with the tukey test. Organoleptic tests on selected formulas are Y5 color with value (3.47), Y3 texture with value (3.50), Y3 aroma with value (3.50), Y3 taste with value (3.67) and Y5 liking with value (3.67) per 100 grams. In making okara yogurt, it is recommended to use the selected formula, namely Y3

Abstract

Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Indonesia is still a target for intervention, especially after the Indonesian State launched a TB-free Indonesia program by 2030. This has had a lot of opposition, especially in the treatment process and there are still many TB patients who drop out and even have MDR (Multidrug Resistance TB) status. TB cases in Batang Regency in 2023 increased to 1332 cases, higher than in 2022 which was 1192 cases. This research aims to carry out Forecasting for Controlling drop-out pulmonary TB through the SWOT Program and Mapping of Risk Areas in Batang Regency. This research is a descriptive study with SWOT analysis and Forecasting for Controlling drop-out pulmonary TB, collecting initial data by mapping drop-out TB cases. The research subjects were TB program holders, Head of P2PM, and Technical Implementers at Community Health Centers and Hospitals as well as Triangulation informants, namely Drop Out TB patients. The research results showed that the number of pulmonary TB cases that dropped out in Batang Regency was 111 cases. Drop Pulmonary TB cases were dominant in the age range 51-60 years with 29 cases (26.1%), 72 cases (64.9%) of male gender and 106 drop-out TB sufferers who went to the hospital for treatment. (95.5%). The distribution of Drop Out Pulmonary TB Cases is in the Batang sub-district with 34 cases. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis, it was found that strategies for controlling pulmonary TB dropout in Batang Regency that could be implemented were adding TCM tools, adding network bandwidth to the system, carrying out Information and Education Communication (KIE) to patients, families and the community, ensuring the PMO carried out its duties well

Abstract

Flexibility is important for general health and fitness, athletic performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Sedentary behavior in students causes a decrease in physical fitness levels which affects flexibility. There is little research on flexibility in relation to BMI. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between gender, age, BMI with body flexibility. The method used was descriptive analytic of secondary data with a cross section approach and analyzed with univariate using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using chi square. The results of the study were 81 respondents. Women are more than male respondents, namely 71.6% or as many as 58 respondents. While the most age is teenage age (<25 years) of 67.9% or as many as 55% and most respondents have normal BMI, namely 61.7% or as many as 50 respondents. While the cross tabulation of age with flexibility shows a P-value> 0.05, namely 0.73, while the cross tabulation of gender and body flexibility shows a p-value> 0.05, namely 0.296, and for cross tabulation of the relationship between BMI and body flexibility is p-value> 0.05, namely 0.458. Conclusion There is no relationship between age, gender, BMI and flexibility

Age 60 and over as many as 1 respondent experienced body balance disorders, age 25-59 who experienced body balance disorders as many as 16 respondents and age less than 25 years as many as 14 respondents who experienced body balance disorders and chi-square analysis showed a p-value of less than 0.05, namely 0.001, for a history of illness as many as 13 people who also experienced body balance disorders and analysis using chi-square showed that the p-value was more than 0.05 or 0.973. A total of 31 respondents out of 83 respondents who were anemic experienced balance disorders and chi-square analysis showed that the p-value was more than 0.05 or 0.126. Conclusion There is no association between gender, Medical History, and anemia with impaired body balance, there is an association between age and impaired body balance

Abstract

Radiology quality assurance is an important method to ensure the quality of radiology services provided by hospitals. One of the processes used to assess and review quality assurance systems in hospitals, including radiology services, is hospital accreditation. This article intends to explore radiology quality assurance activities during the hospital accreditation process in Indonesia. In this article, a literature study is used to gather data from several highly reputable sources from scientific journals, accreditation standards, and government publications. Research findings show that hospital accreditation is critical for radiology quality assurance. Hospitals that follow accreditation procedures must meet certain standards applied by the Ministry of Health. This process ensures that the hospital adheres to best practices in surgery and radiology services and that the quality of these services is maintained regularly. Hospital accreditation is a successful technique in radiological quality assurance efforts. Hospitals can improve radiology service standards and provide higher quality assurance for patients and the public by following certification procedures. It is thought that this research will help hospitals and other stakeholders, including professional organizations determine a more effective radiology quality assurance system in the future
