Abstract

E-Kinerja as a web-based innovation (E-Layanan) is very helpful for leaders in objectively assessing ASN or state civil apparatus’ performance, as well as to implement effective, efficient, transparent and accountable performance. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing E-Kinerja and work culture on the work productivity of ASN at the TVRI Gorontalo Station as a Public Broadcasting Institution (LPP). The research method utilized a design of quantitative approach, specifically deploying survey explanatory, which is a study that highlights the influence between the independent variables of the application of E-Kinerja (X1) and work culture (X2) with the dependent variable of work productivity (Y). The number of respondents included were all ASN either civil servants or government employees with employment agreement or PPPK, accumulating 43 people. The main data was collected via questionnaires, documentations, literature and observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of analysis, there is a positive and significant relationship, both partially between the E-Kinerja variable (X1) and Work Productivity (Y), Work Culture variable (X2) and Work Productivity (Y), or simultaneously between the E-Kinerja variable ( X1) and Work Culture (X2) with Work Productivity (Y). It is expected that the management of LPP TVRI Gorontalo Station will further intensify the application of E-Kinerja as a work culture that is able to increase organizational work productivity on an ongoing basis, focusing more on other variables that affect ASN work productivity that have not been detected in this study other than the application of E-Kinerja and work culture, and in human resource management (HRM) practices, it would also be able to shape capability and commitment in accordance to the characteristics of company or organization through both a soft and hard approach.

Abstract

The travel business, both for business travel, tourism, general, Hajj and Umrah is currently one of the sectors that has the most impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. With the policy of closing access in and out of the region both by air and land and sea, the travel business has received a big blow. One of them is PT Hijrah Madani Istiqomah Tour which must implement its marketing strategy and optimize its digital marketing in increasing the number of consumers. This research aims to 1). Analyzing the marketing strategy implemented by PT Hijrah Madani Istiqomah Tour in increasing the number of consumers 2). Analyzing the optimization of digital marketing carried out by PT Hijrah Madani Istiqomah Tour in increasing the number of consumers 3). Understand and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the digital marketing process in increasing the number of consumers of PT Hijrah Madani Istiqomah Tour. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive. The results of this study show that: 1) The implementation of marketing strategies through the process and stages of STP (Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning), where the strategy applied is adaptive strategy. 2) Optimization of digital marketing in increasing the number of prospective consumers of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims through planned and well-organized digital media management, and being able to be consistent in uploading content and being able to serve consemun in a friendly manner. 3) The inhibiting and supporting factors in increasing the number of consumers are as follows. a) The supporting factors, easy access to social media, and minimal promotional costs in the media. b) The inhibiting factors, the lack of human resources and the control are relatively weak.

Abstract

One of the keys to the change and progress of philanthropic institutions lies in human resources and digital infrastructure based on technology. This research intends to look at the impact of Work-life Balance and work engagement on Job Satisfaction and its implications on Amil's performance. This scientific work uses a quantitative approach, this research was carried out on all amil with a sample of 52 amil using the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses a probability sampling approach with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The analysis technique of this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) and the F SPSS test. From the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that 1. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, Work Engagement has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. 3 Work-life balance and work engagement together affect job satisfaction. The 4th Work-life Balance has a positive and significant effect on performance. 5. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on Performance. 6 Job satisfaction affects the performance of the amil. 7. Work life balance, work engagement affects performance simultaneously through job satisfaction. This research can be used as a reference to improve and maintain work-life balance, work engagement, job satisfaction, and performance.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are triangulation of data collection methods and triangulation of places. This study discusses the leadership of the head of SDIT ASSAMAN in improving teacher professional performance. The problem that occurs is that teachers as the driving force of education still do not master technology so that learning is often hampered and lagging behind other schools. This research involved 5 resource persons consisting of principals, teachers and staff. The results of the study show that teachers who do not master technological developments are not the only factor inhibiting education in school institutions. Because, what is the driving factor for improving the quality of education is the cooperation between principals, teachers, staff and guardians. All elements in the institution are integrated in realizing the school's mission and mission. The principal routinely supervises and coordinates so that teaching and learning activities run effectively

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of professionalism and work discipline on the quality of education at SD TPI Gedangan. The research method used in this study is Descriptive Associative with a quantitative approach. The population is 40 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study is 40 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Professionalism has a positive and significant effect on the quality of education at SD TPI Gedangan, with a ttable > tcount value of 5,656 > 2,026 with significance = 0.000 which is below 0.05. (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the quality of education at SD TPI Gedangan, with a ttable > tcount value of 3,962 > 2,026 with significance = 0.000 which is below 0.05. (3) Professionalism and Work Discipline together have a positive and significant effect on the quality of education at SD TPI Gedangan, with a value of Fcal > a value of Ftable which is 16,128 > 3.25, with a significance = 0.000 which is below 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Private Vocational School Teachers in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. The hypotheses tested include: (1) Transformational Leadership Style has a significant direct influence on Teacher Performance, (2) Organizational Culture has a significant direct influence on Teacher Performance, (3) Transformational Leadership Style has a significant direct influence on Organizational Culture in Private Vocational Schools, and (4) Transformational Leadership Style has a significant indirect influence on Teacher Performance through Organizational Culture. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 14 private vocational schools and a sample of 220 teachers in Pesanggrahan District. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling, with primary data obtained through questionnaires. To test the hypothesis, a statistical test with Path Analysis was used. The results show that: (1) Transformational Leadership Style has a significant direct influence on Organizational Culture (Sig = 0.000 < 0.05), (2) Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a significant direct influence on Teacher Performance (Sig = 0.000 < 0.05), (3) Organizational Culture has a significant direct influence on Teacher Performance (Sig = 0.000 < 0.05), and (4) Transformational Leadership Style has an indirect influence significant on Teacher Performance through Organizational Culture at Private Vocational Schools in Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Influence of Supervision and Motivation on Productivity at Al-Hidayah Lestari Vocational School Jakarta. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population is 43 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study is 43 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the Supervision variable on Productivity at SMK Al-Hidayah Lestari Jakarta. This is evidenced by the ttable > tcount value, which is 6,484 > 2,021 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of the Motivation variable on Productivity at SMK Al-Hidayah Lestari Jakarta. This is evidenced by the t-valueof t-calculation > ttable, which is 8.771 > 2.021 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of Supervision and Motivation variables on Productivity at SMK Al-Hidayah Lestari Jakarta This is evidenced by the value of Fcalculating>F table which is 51,620 > 3.23.

Abstract

Kompensasi berupa adanya hasil dari jasa yang diberikan atas sesuatu yang diselesaikannya. Pada pandangan lain mengatakan mengenai kompensasi bisa berpengaruh negatif jika berupa imbalan yang bisa diperuntukkan bagi semua usaha yang telah diberikan, contohnya waktu, pikiran dan usaha tidak sesuai dengan aturan. Dari berbagai macam sudut pandang sebuah masalah, dapat saya rumuskan masalah utama pada penelitian ini yaitu, bagaimana sebuah imbalan bisa mempengaruhi bagi performa kinerja. Tujuan kenapa dari artikel ini supaya kita agar mendapatkan sebuah pengetahuan tentang mengenai dampak kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif diharapkan dapat menganalisis secara menyeluruh fenomena yang diteliti tanpa memerlukan hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebuah data sekunder yang dimana memanfaatkan data dan telah dikumpulkan, dianalisis oleh orang lain atau yang tersedia dalam sumber seperti buku, jurnal, laporan, atau dataset dari penelitian sebelumnya. Dan dianalisis menggunakan meta-analisis metode analisis data yang menggunakan penelitian terdahulu sebagai sumber data.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang eksponensial mengharuskan organisasi untuk terus memperbarui kemampuan karyawannya melalui program pelatihan yang efektif dan terstruktur. Pelatihan karyawan menjadi investasi strategis yang krusial bagi organisasi modern. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh program pelatihan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan dalam konteks era digital yang dinamis. Di tengah transformasi digital yang pesat, organisasi menghadapi tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan program pelatihan untuk memenuhi tuntutan kompetensi yang terus berevolusi. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai literatur akademis, laporan industri, dan dokumen kebijakan yang dipublikasikan dalam kurun waktu 2019-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan yang dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan konteks digital mencatatkan peningkatan produktivitas karyawan rata-rata sebesar 34%, dibandingkan 21% pada metode konvensional. Faktor-faktor kritis yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan program pelatihan mencakup kematangan infrastruktur digital, kompetensi digital fasilitator dan peserta, serta desain pembelajaran yang adaptif. Implementasi teknologi seperti AI, VR, dan AR dalam program pelatihan terbukti meningkatkan retensi pengetahuan hingga 65% dibandingkan metode tradisional. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka konseptual untuk optimalisasi program pelatihan di era digital, sekaligus menyediakan rekomendasi praktis bagi organisasi dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan yang efektif

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi yang semakin kompetitif, sumber daya manusia memegang peranan vital sebagai penggerak utama organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat bergantung pada kualitas dan kinerja karyawannya. Penelitian ini menghadirkan perspektif baru dalam menganalisis hubungan antara sistem evaluasi kinerja dan motivasi karyawan di era transformasi digital, dengan fokus khusus pada integrasi teknologi dalam proses evaluasi kinerja. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif bagaimana implementasi sistem evaluasi kinerja yang efektif dapat meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci dalam proses evaluasi yang mempengaruhi motivasi, serta mengeksplorasi peran feedback dalam optimalisasi sistem evaluasi. Menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai literatur akademik, laporan industri, dan studi kasus organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organisasi yang mengimplementasikan sistem evaluasi kinerja terintegrasi mengalami peningkatan produktivitas karyawan hingga 28%, dengan tingkat engagement meningkat 45% pada organisasi yang menerapkan sistem evaluasi transparan. Lebih lanjut, ditemukan korelasi positif antara kualitas feedback dengan motivasi karyawan, di mana sistem feedback dua arah meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan sebesar 56%. Temuan ini berimplikasi pada pentingnya pengembangan sistem evaluasi kinerja yang holistik, mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dengan aspek human touch, serta menyelaraskan sistem evaluasi dengan program pengembangan karyawan untuk menciptakan motivasi berkelanjutan dalam organisasi modern
