Abstract

The research context includes the opening of general study programs at religious-based universities or under the Ministry of Religion, especially the Social Studies Tadris study program, the open opportunity to pursue general education in the Ministry of Religion universities for all genders (men and women), especially in the Social Studies Tadris study program, and community support in the implementation of the Social Studies Tadris study program. This type of research is in the form of exploratory research that focuses more on finding explanations about the truth of the level of attention of students choosing the Tadris IPS study program from a gender perspective. Data retrieval through 2 techniques. First, through the study of documents in the form of photographs, graphs, sheets, and tables. Second, the data from the interview is in the form of a description from the source's review. The analysis using an interactive model emphasizes data that is directly related to research themes related to the level of attention of students choosing the Social Studies Tradis study program from a gender perspective. The validity of the data in the form of a dependability test, researchers conducted an audit of the initial to final process related to the level of attention of students choosing the Social Studies Tradis study program from a gender perspective. There are 3 researchers' findings. First, equal rights of education of women and men. Every student has the same right in education without any cultural, gender, social, or ethnic distingencies. Second, the escalation of women's attention in the field of social sciences. Every year the attention of women in the field of social sciences has escalated consistently until 2020. In 2021, there was a reduction of 2 students. Then in 2022 it has escalated to reach 4 students. Third, the reduction of male attention in the field of social sciences. The lack of annual attention of men in the field of social sciences. This can be seen through the comparison of the total attention of all women and men in the field of social sciences listed in the table. The purpose of the researcher is to analyze and find the level of attention of students choosing the Tadris IPS study program from a gender perspective. Keywords: Attention, Tadris IPS, Gender.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the influence of school-based management on the quality of the implementation of Mandarin language learning at Mambaul Ulum Bata-bata Putri Middle School and how much influence school-based management has on the quality of the implementation of Mandarin language learning at Mambaul Ulum Bata-bata Putri Middle School. This research method used a quantitative approach, the population of this study were all teachers at SMP Mambaul Ulum Bata-bata Putri, namely 11 teachers, considering that the total population was less than 100, the researchers took all teachers at SMP Mambaul Ulum Bata-bata Putri. The instruments used in data collection are questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is product moment statistical analysis. The results showed that first, there was no significant influence between school-based management on the quality of the implementation of Mandarin language learning at SMP Mambaul Ulum Bata-bata Putri by comparing the amount of work obtained in the calculation (r work 0.021 and the amount of r table 5% 0.666 and the amount of r table 1% 0.798) then we know that r work is smaller than r table namely: (0.666> 0.021 <0.798). secondly by calculating (ʳxy=0.021 and 5% interval 0.666, 1% 0.798) it can be seen that r work is smaller than r table (0.666>0.021<0.798) so the effect of school-based management on the quality of the implementation of Mandarin language learning in junior high school Mambaul Ulum Bata-bata Putri is classified as very low

Abstract

Marketing Management is one of the core activities conducted by companies to sustain their existence, grow, and generate profits. Nowadays, educational institutions have also engaged in marketing activities with the aim of emerging as winners in the competition among other educational institutions. In the marketing of educational services, it is essential to consider the needs of users and customers of educational services by offering products that align with the needs of the community. This is achieved through the processing of educational services marketing. Creating attraction among users (customers) in a madrasah indicates that the management of the madrasah can demonstrate its existence by offering and marketing its institution with appealing methods that capture the hearts of the community, making them interested in the institution. Through this research, it is hoped that concrete and sustainable solutions can be found to enhance the appeal of Kangean Islands Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren Kepulauan Kangean). The use of appropriate marketing management strategies will not only have a positive impact on the development of the boarding school itself but will also make a significant contribution to Islamic education in Indonesia. The research object is Pondok Pesantren Zainul Huda Kangean. This study is a case study with data collection techniques involving field observations at Pondok Pesantren Zainul Huda Kangean. From the statements above, it can be concluded that building trust in the community is crucial, supported by promising results and the school's support for all student activities without discrimination. Furthermore, the visible benefits will be advantageous for Pondok Pesantren Zainul Huda Kangean, even though this pesantren is categorized as an old boarding school in the Kangean Islands. Marketing management is one of the fundamental activities conducted by educational institutions to maintain their sustainability, foster growth, and achieve profitability. Therefore, it is clear that marketing is a process that must be undertaken by schools or madrasahs to provide satisfaction to stakeholders and the community

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement of students' learning abilities through the implementation of the Accelerated Learning model. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach with a library research study type. The results of this research show that in the learning activities, students face differences in their abilities to grasp the lesson materials. The characteristics of students vary, with some having above-average abilities in receiving lesson materials, some having average abilities, and some below-average in receiving lessons. Therefore, there is a need for innovative learning methods to enhance students' learning abilities. Accelerated Learning emerges as a model to create enjoyable learning activities. The Accelerated Learning model aims to establish a pleasant learning environment without the pressure felt by students, and it occurs rapidly, effectively, and efficiently.

Abstract

Islam as a religion touches every aspect of man’s life such that the past, present and future occurrences have been scripted in the Qur’an. Hence, the advancement in technology globally which has generated the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, religion, economy, health, socio-cultural and a host of others can never be underestimated. AI has now become a veritable tool used in tackling any societal problems without stress. It is against this background that this paper examines the Islamic views on AI integration for addressing Nigeria’s societal issues. In an attempt to do justice to this paper, secondary data were sourced from textbooks, journal articles, seminar papers, and newspapers, among others on the subject matter. The finding of this study shows that Islam supports the integration of AI as one of the technical methods for tackling education, religion and economic issues in Nigeria. The paper concludes that more awareness should be made of the significance and effective integration of AI in addressing the challenges facing the nations.

Abstract

This study aims to find out vlog media in developing religious character in early childhood in the era of society 5.0. which was carried out at the Raudlatul Athfal Al-Iman Kraksaan institution, Probolinggo, using qualitative methods of case study types. The informants in the study were the principal and the teacher council. The results of this study show that in the process of learning religious character in early childhood based on Vlog media as follows: first, analyze the needs of Vlog media in religious character education in early childhood. Second, create the right learning design by using Vlog media. Third, create Vlog content that contains religious character values. Fourth, publish Vlogs so that they are easily accessible. Fifth, conduct an evaluation.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the influence of budget participation, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and environmental uncertainty on budget slack in the Langkat Regency Government. The type of data used in this research is primary data using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees of the Langkat Regency Government. The sample in the research consisted of 89 respondents who were involved in budget preparation. The method used to determine the sample is the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is the multiple linear regression method. The research results show that environmental uncertainty has a significant positive effect on the budget slack. Meanwhile, budget participation, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and environmental uncertainty do not affect the budget slack in the Langkat Regency Government.

Abstract

Barcode-based student pick-up digitalization service management is services to improve the quality of education in the form of digitalization implemented at MI Puti Bungsu Al-Muhajirin Denpasar with the aim of provide security and comfort to students' parents. Digitization services This barcode-based student pickup uses three applications, namely Google drive, google forms and google spreadsheets. This research uses qualitative approach. The results of qualitative research seek to understand and interpret the meaning of events interacting with human behavior using descriptive research and using analysis. Research result This shows that the digitalization of student pick-up services is based barcodes as a service to improve the quality of education, especially in the security at MI Puti Bungsu Al-Muhajirin Denpasar. Barcode creation and Implementation is very easy, just use Google Forms and Google spreadsheets. The Google form contains student information and information about being picked up then generate a link from each response, and copy the link that you have obtained in Microsoft Excel, use the formula and generate a link automatically uses the URL so it becomes a barcode. Use The barcode is simply pasted on the monitor screen

Abstract

Sampe Cita is one of the villages in Kutalimbaru sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra province, Indonesia. With its natural resources, there are vegetable and fruit crops that become household business opportunities. This study discusses several types of household businesses from the existing village potential so that it becomes an opportunity for business income. This is important to be considered by village officials to support the development of household enterprises in Sampe Cita village.
