Abstract

The purpose of this community service paper is to find the basic framework for the construction of Islamic economics for the development of civil society, an offer for government authorities, the Association of Islamic Economic Experts (IAEI), the National Islamic Economic Committee (KNEKS), Islamic boarding schools and Muslims. The economic system adopted by most people in this part of the world has failed to create a prosperous society and build harmony. However, has created economic pressure. They have failed to reduce poverty. This community service paper model is a proposal, socialization and advice for government authorities, Islamic institutions and boarding schools to implement Islamic Economic Construction towards civil society. This paper concludes that the construction of Islamic economics towards the development of civil society includes: 1. Tauhid, all economic resources are God's creation, and their arrangement and distribution must be by the rules. 2. Nubuwwah, all sources and economic policies must be guided by the Prophet, who has successfully created social welfare. 3. Adl (justice), the principle of justice, is the basis for building civil society and creating equal access to meeting needs. 4. The Khilafah government is essential for the sustainability of the Islamic economy, which aims at the welfare of society. Without the role of the government, implementing Islamic economics is impossible to materialize. 5. Maad, profit from Islamic economics is the goal of economics, especially the results that can later be taken in the hereafter, and has two dimensions, namely profit (economic) and success in the hereafter.

Abstract

Global changes and demands for scientific progress The background for this research, as a fiqh teacher should be we can create learning that produces quality Education. So teachers have to anticipate it in various ways various learning methods and models that can improve student exploration and contribution so as to improve results student learning using the discovery learning method. In this research we focus on two problem points: (1) how implementation of discovery learning learning methods in increase students' understanding of fiqh subjects in MA Nurul Jadid? (2) how will student learning outcomes improve after through discovery learning methods in subjects fiqh at MA Nurul Jadid. The aim of this research is to know the discovery learning method in fiqh subjects and to determine the development and effectiveness of the discovery method learning in fiqh subjects at MA Nurul Jadid. This research is a qualitative research. Approaches and types used is descriptive research. Descriptive research is a form of research intended to describe or describe phenomena well with make a description of the problems identified. Technique Data collection here is through interviews structured, observation, passive participants and documentation. Analysis data by collecting data, data reduction process, presentation data as well as withdrawal/verification or what is called a conclusion. The data checking technique uses degree criteria trust, transferability, luck and certainty. The results of research conducted by researchers include: The implementation of discovery learning begins with providing a stimulus and questions about the material on ijtihad and madzhab in the book In the second class XII fiqh lesson, student learning outcomes were higher than before using the discovery learning method.

Abstract

This journal discusses the professional development of school principals as the main key to quality schools/education. This research explores strategies for developing principal competencies, their impact on school performance, and their contribution to improving the quality of education. Research methods involve literature analysis, case studies, and surveys. The results provide indepth insight into the important role of school principals in improving the quality of education and provide recommendations for developing their professionalism. This study has significant implications for improving the education system as a whole.

Abstract

The issue to be addressed in this study is how economic policies and other outside variables affect the supply and consumption of energy, as well as how to develop efficient supply and consumption strategies for the economy. Simultaneous regression is used in the data analysis process. Green technology and green business have a good but not statistically significant association, according to the simultaneity research results. Green business and green investment are positively and significantly correlated. There is a strong and positive correlation between green building and green business. There is a strong and positive correlation between green business and the green economy. It is known from the simultaneity analysis results that emission and the green economy have a positive but not statistically significant link. There is a slight but favorable correlation between green finance and the green economy. There is a strong and positive correlation between energy usage and the green economy. There is a slight but positive correlation between green building and the green economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of implementing procedures and monitoring functions on vessel safety at Nunukan Port. This study uses a quantitative approach using the smart partial least squares (PLS) method. This method analyzes quantitative data and models the relationships between the variables involved in the study. The study results were obtained by analysis using the Smart PLS method. First, there is a positive correlation between the implementation of effective management procedures at Port Nunukan and the level of vessel safety. This means that the better the control procedures are implemented, the higher the level of vessel safety that can be achieved. In addition, the study found that proper training of port personnel has a positive impact on vessel safety. A port officer with sufficient knowledge and skills to carry out their supervisory duties can significantly improve the safety level of vessels in Nunukan Port. Furthermore, the study shows that coordination among the various actors involved in maritime management, such as authorities, port officials and ship owners, also has a positive impact on vessel safety. Proper cooperation of all involved will increase the effectiveness of supervision and reduce the risk of accidents.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the leadership of the madrasa principal improves the professional teacher work ethic at MA Nurul Amin. This research is qualitative (case study). Research instruments using observation guides and interview guidelines. Data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data verification. The results of the study showed (1) the leadership of the madrasa head affected the work ethic of teachers (2) the improvement of the work ethic of teachers at MA Nurul Amin was quite good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand about Social Media as a Means of Marketing Educational Institutions. Along with the development of technology, social media has become one of the means of communication and information of the community. Social media is also used as a promotional tool for an organization by utilizing existing features. Educational institutions that use social media as a means of promotion can show the advantages and programs that exist in educational institutions so that they can attract prospective students or guardians of students to study at the institution.  The role of social media in promoting educational institutions. The research method used is literature research. This research method is to collect information and data through scientific writing or the collection of information of a literary nature that is relevant to the research subject, or to study and solve problems in depth based on relevant library materials The result of this research is that social media can be used to promote educational institutions effectively and efficiently. Because in social media applications there are features that can be set according to the desired target, so that the messages contained in the promotional content are conveyed to people in need. In addition, promotion through social media can lead to education both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the right promotional strategy for introducing new tourist attractions to generate interest in visiting tourists to the Livestock Area of the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) Glugur Rimbun Village Sampe Cita Kutalimbaru District Deli Serdang Regency. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely literature study research methods sourced from previous research publications related to the title.  The results of this study explain that the use of social media is the most dominant means of communication with consumers in the selection of digital-based promotional strategies.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia today is very worrying. The poor quality of Indonesian education can be seen from the low quality of Indonesia's education and the low learning performance. The learning outcome is a measure in determining the success of a learning. Research on learning evaluation through HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills) is becoming more relevant and urgent to explore. Therefore, this study aims to describe the HOTS-based learning evaluation design to improve student learning outcomes. In order to obtain data from the research results, research is carried out with a qualitative approach and type of case study. The research was conducted at MI Raudlatul Ulum Jabung Wetan Paiton Probolinggo, from November-December 2023.  Data collection techniques with participant observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. While data analysis techniques using the Miles Huberman model include data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion withdrawal. The results of this research show that the design of HOTS-based learning evaluation in improving the learning outcomes of SKI at MI Raudlatul Ulum Jabung Wetan Paiton Probolinggo are: Graduate Competence Standards Training, HOTS Based Learning Evaluation Training, Hots Based Examination Questions Training and Evaluating Monitoring.

Abstract

Character education aims to continuously improve the individual's self and train their abilities in order to lead a better life. The demand for education to produce quality students today and in the future will be an awareness that must continue to be echoed. The aim of this research is to provide understanding in early childhood character education using the Role Play learning method. This research uses qualitative research with Mary W. George's (2008) theory, namely a library research method. The data in this research is secondary data that is relevant to the topic, namely character education, role play learning methods, as well as the Al-Qur'an and hadith. The research method uses literature research or library research which will be discussed and concluded.
