<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the description of the existence of the Iqra' Method in Overcoming Al-Qur'an Illiteracy at the Lembang Village TPA, to find out the influence of the Iqra' Method in Overcoming Al-Qur'an Illiteracy at the Lembang Village TPA, to find out the challenges faced by Koran Recitation teachers. Iqra' in Overcoming Al-Qur'an Illiteracy at Lembang Village TPA. The type of research used was qualitative (Field Research) which was carried out at the Lembang Village TPA, Research approach: Qualitative Descriptive. Primary data sources (Qur'an teachers and students), secondary data (Documents). Research instruments: observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation guidelines. Data collection procedures: observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Research results: 1) The Iqra' Method in Overcoming Al-Qur'an Illiteracy, most of the students can read the Koran, 2) The Iqra' Method is effective in Overcoming Al-Qur'an Illiteracy in Lembang Village.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the current digital era demands a change in management in the world of education. Madrasas are one of the Islamic educational institutions that are required to be able to adapt to the times and meet the needs of society. Educational institutions that are unable to adapt to the times will stagnate, and may even go out of business. This paper aims to obtain an overview of the principal's strategy in increasing the competitive advantage of educational institutions at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pasuruan. By using descriptive qualitative methods through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation, which are then analyzed, this paper gets the results; (1) Competitive advantages targeted by madrasas are strategies for developing academic and non-academic curricula, developing human resources and implementing the ITS Productistic Excellence program; (2) The process of implementing the strategy in madrasas is carried out collaboratively, by describing the strategies that have been formulated in the form of activities that support the implementation of the determined strategy. As for the technical implementation, the institution cooperates with internal and external parties. This paper contributes to the fact that internal and external collaborative strategies for educational institutions are very urgent for improving the quality of education.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to reveal the future needs of Islamic education through the role of Artificial Intelligence. The approach in this research uses a qualitative approach by utilizing a literature review as a type of research that effectively facilitates the realization of the objectives of this research. Data collection stages are carried out systematically and structured through literature search studies that focus on the future needs of Islamic education through the role of Artificial Intelligence. Data analysis was carried out through modified analytical induction techniques to get a complete and structured picture so that the findings are accurate and avoid subjectivity bias. The results of this study can provide an understanding that there is a significant role of Artificial Intelligence in Islamic education in terms of teaching, learning, and administration as well as their respective impacts; there is a description of the educator paradigm in Islamic education through the role of Artificial Intelligence which boils down to the certainty of educators in achieving the goals of Islamic education, and describes the paradigm of learners in Islamic education through the role of Artificial Intelligence which boils down to the model of learners as recipients, collaborators, and leaders.]]>

<![CDATA[Complex conflict dynamics often occur in educational institutions. Good leadership and a supportiveorganizational culture can help manage conflict during the transformation process. The aim of thisresearch is to study how organizational culture and leadership play an important role in handlingconflict during the transformation process of educational organizations. In collecting data, thisresearch used in-depth interviews , document analysis, and participant observation. Schoolprincipals, teachers and education staff are respondents who are directly involved in the transformationprocess. The thematic method was used to analyze the data to find conflict patterns, leadershiproles, and the effects of culture on the organization. The research results show that leadership that isvisionary and focuses on problem solving, as well as building openness in communication has a veryimportant role in managing conflict. A culture in the educational environment that supports theprogress of educators and education personnel, as well as collaboration between all stakeholders cancreate a harmonious environment. Where conflict is considered a process that must be gonethrough in reaching a mutual agreement, not as a division that threatens the harmony of educationalinstitutions.]]>

<![CDATA[Teachers' mental health in building superior performance needs to be considered. This will affect teacher performance in the future. This research aims to strengthening teachers' mental well-being, which is considered essential for creating a superior work environment. The method used is qualitative by conducting a case study. With data analysis using data triangulation by looking for sources research information through reading scientific journals, reference books, news and related publication materials. The results of this research are, the importance of efforts to strengthen mental health, is a collaboration and must be integrated into the overall madrasa organizational culture. Providing good attention to teachers' mental health indirectly enables madrasas to create a positive and supportive educational environment for all parties involved. The aim of strengthening mental health in teachers is to motivate teachers psychologically to face busy work demands. The conclusion is that awareness of the importance of teacher mental health can also create a superior work environment, thereby having a positive impact on the quality of education in madrasas. By having a strong mentality, teachers can more easily synergize with fellow teachers, students and related parties in achieving the goals of madrasah education.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze and explore the role of superior strategies in improving the educational management of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Hasanuddin in Satrean Maron Probolinggo. The main focus of the research is continuous evaluation as a critical element that can stimulate progress in educational management at MI Hasanuddin. This research analyzes sustainable evaluation practices implemented and involves a contextual approach to local dynamics in Satrean Maron Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative case study type method by conducting research aimed at describing problems and analyzing the issues that occur. Researchers collected data through several stages, such as observation and direct observation at the research site. Interview interviewing several informants at the research location. Observation, visiting research locations. Documentation study, analyzing documents related to research. The research was conducted at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Hasanuddin institution in Satrean Maron Probolinggo. Based on the results of the research undertaken show that several innovations have been adopted by MI Tarbiyatul Islam, including (1) MI Hasanuddin in Satrean Maron has become a research center as a representative of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in that environment. The continuous evaluation method here is an assessment tool and a dynamic process that focuses on continuous monitoring and improvement that is responsive to change. This aims to achieve adaptive and quality-oriented educational management. (2) Implementation of continuous evaluation as the main instrument in improving madrasa education management. In addition, this research explores the potential of technology integration as a support for continuous evaluation processes.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the legal status of the Samarinda Port Authority (KSOP) Class II Samarinda Office and service users' satisfaction with the effectiveness and efficiency of the Vessel Certification Department's services. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to service users who used the KSOP Samarinda Legal Status and Vessel Certification Division services. Respondents were asked to rate each variable using a Likert scale. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and factor analysis. The survey results indicate that service users are generally delighted with the effectiveness and efficiency of the KSOP Class II vessel Samarinda's legal status and certification services. Based on the survey results, service users are generally satisfied with the legal status of KSOP Class II Samarinda and the effectiveness and efficiency of the Vessel Certification Department's services. However, efforts should be made to continuously improve service quality, especially regarding system reliability. The results of this study will help KSOP Samarinda identify areas for improvement to meet the needs and expectations of service users, thereby improving the satisfaction of future service users]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze online learning management during the Covid-19 pandemic at MA Al-Barokah Probolinggo. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. How to collect data with interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of the head of the madrasa, the vice head of the madrasa, teachers and students. The results of the study show that learning management includes planning (planning) by preparing learning tools that are adapted to pandemic conditions, implementing (actuating) learning activities carried out by distance learning (pjj) online, and evaluating (evaluating) to increase learning effectiveness during the covid-19 pandemic. <![CDATA[This research activity aims to improve the ability and skills of a teacher in compiling and implementing Classroom Action Research (PTK) and Popular Scientific Work. Participants in this national webinar activity came from PAI teachers throughout Indonesia. This webinar activity was held in three stages: the first stage began with the opening of the webinar event as well as the presentation of material on the basic concepts of PTK, the second stage continued with the concept of Popular Scientific Work, and in the third stage this was assistance with the draft PTK proposal. This webinar activity has been running in accordance with the event schedule and can make a positive contribution to all PAI teachers throughout Indonesia regarding the preparation of PTK proposals and Popular Scientific Works. Apart from that, this webinar activity can increase teachers' knowledge and insight into what are the basic thoughts that must be conceptualized in the background of PTK research, but there are a few points of thought that have not been developed into detailed paragraphs and tips and tricks for writing Popular Scientific Works. With great hope after this national webinar activity, PAI teachers can explore the competencies they already have.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is an effort to continue to increase prayer for the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the hope of obtaining intercession in the afterlife and also to strive to seek the pleasure of the Prophet Muhammad SAW after the pleasure of Allah SWT. Praying to the Prophet can provide many benefits, including reassuring the heart and eliminating sadness. This research is qualitative research using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The subjects of this research were all residents of the MI Nurul Mun'im school. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that reciting prayers through the art of hadrah makes the soul feel calmer, the spirit of prayer returns because it uses modern tones, and increases our devotion to Rasulullah SAW. However, there are some students who are less enthusiastic about reading the prayers that have been sung.]]>
