Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of social media in promoting religious values at Darul Arifin Islamic Boarding School 2 Mangli Jember. In the midst of developments in information technology and globalization, Social media has become an important means of disseminating information and influence the thinking of the younger generation. In the context of religious diversity and complex culture, understanding religious moderation is crucial, especially for the younger generation as agents of social change. This research using a qualitative approach with case studies in Islamic boarding schools Darul Arifin 2 Mangli Jember. Qualitative data was analyzed using an approach thematic analysis. The sample was selected taking into account diversity and Islamic boarding school experience in using social media. Method data collection involves interviews, observation, and literature study.Results research shows that social media plays a key role in introduce and strengthen religious values. Islamic boarding school using various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to live streaming of recitations, short videos, and promotional activities religious. The interactive role of social media enables direct dialogue with the audience, creating a deeper understanding of the teachings Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of students' mastery of nahwu and shorrof material on mastery of insya' writing skills. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative method that uses the entire population to be sampled at the Fathimatuzzahro Special Study Group Institute (KSK), because the population is very small. Collecting data in this study using tests, observation and documentation. The analysis technique to determine the validity of the results uses product moment correlation and determines the influence between variable X and variable Y using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the average score for mastery of nahwu and shorrof material was 78.42, the median was 75 mode 75 and based on the data generated through the test. The results of the study showed that the average score for mastery of writing skills insya' was 82.5, the median was 82.5, the mode was 70 and based on the data generated through the test. And there is an influence of mastery of nahwu and shorrof learning on students' writing skills, insya' based on the significant value generated through hypothesis testing, namely 0.000 <0.05 and based on a significant test on the coefficient table of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that there is a significant influence between mastery of nahwu mastery and shorof on the ability to write essays insya' students (KSK) fathimatuzzahro.

Abstract

This article aims to find out 1. What is the role of Islamic boarding schools in shaping the akhlakul karimah of their students. 2. Management of Islamic boarding schools in shaping the morals of santri. It is known that many educational institutions in Indonesia, especially Islamic boarding schools, have their strategy for forming the akhlakul karimah students. The formation of the akhlakul karimah santri will later impact the alumni produced. Many alumni from Islamic boarding schools have become figures with good morals who have provided many benefits and uswah for the community. So we were moved to write this article to learn more about how Islamic boarding schools form the akhlakul karimah students. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type. The data collection techniques used observation and interviews. The data taken is in the form of interview results. The results of this study indicate that the role of Islamic boarding schools in the formation of akhlakul karimah students at the Miftahul Midad Islamic boarding school is to instil values through reciting the book of morals, through the management of the Islamic boarding school, carrying out habituation activities, escorting, exemplary and Islamic boarding school rules. For the sake of forming students who have good morals, Islamic boarding schools do not only provide partial learning. Instead, it provides education for the provision of life as a whole and involves himself with the provision of faith, knowledge, charity, morality, communication/interaction and good intentions. So that students are born who have good morals, always take much initiative, do not wait to be ordered, can create jobs and become uswah for the community. Abstract

Standing and developing in the environment of the Miftahul Ulum Lumajang Islamic boarding school which still maintains its salafism based on teachings in the Islamic Salaf book Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jamaah An-Nahdliyah demands a leadership model that transforms the vision, mission and values of the pesantren into a source of energy in realizing campus vision and motivating the entire academic community of Miftahul Ulum Lumajang Islamic College (STAIM). This study aims to describe and analyze transformational leadership on a campus based on a salaf Islamic boarding school. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach to reality which is collected using various techniques of in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results showed that the transformational leadership model applied was the transformational leadership model at Miftahul Ulum Lumajang Islamic High School based on and integrated with the values and culture of the Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Banyuputih Kidul Kidul Lumajang and has been able to effectively and efficiently improve the strengthening and development of institutions STAIM Lumajang campus.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the integration of programming (coding) and artificial intelligence (AI) in the management of Islamic education curriculum, with a focus on maintaining traditional Islamic values. This paper uses a conceptual approach to develop a theoretical understanding of how technology can be applied in Islamic education without ignoring religious principles. The results of the study indicate that coding and AI have great potential in improving the quality of teaching, accessibility of education, and supporting independent learning. In the context of Islamic education, this technology can be used to enrich the learning experience, such as the development of AI-based Al-Quran learning applications and coding-based interactive teaching applications. The integration of coding and AI in the Islamic education curriculum should be carried out through a holistic planning process, which includes identifying needs, integrating technology into curriculum content, and designing lessons that are in line with Islamic values. Therefore, technology not only increases the effectiveness of learning but also helps shape students' character in accordance with Islamic teachings. This paper provides recommendations for developing a curriculum that combines technology with Islamic principles, making it relevant to the development of the times while maintaining the spiritual aspect of education.Keywords: Artificial Intelligent, Coding, Curriculum Management, Islamic Education

Abstract

Islamic religious education teachers or PAI have a very strategic role in shaping the character and personality of students in accordance with the goals of national education, especially in fostering interest in learning and increasing self-confidence. The purpose of this study is to (1). Describe how the role of PAI teachers in increasing student interest in learning and building student self-confidence through creative teaching methods (2). Describe the influence of creative teaching methods applied by PAI teachers on changes in students both in terms of interest in learning and self-confidence to express themselves during the learning process. The research method used is a qualitative approach, namely research that produces descriptive data in the form of words with the type of field research. While data collection is through interviews and observations. The analysis method used is descriptive reflective thinking in presenting data, namely by drawing a conclusion.

Abstract

Public Relations (PR) in educational institutions plays an important role in building a positive image, strengthening relationships with the community, and supporting educational goals. PR serves as a communication bridge between educational institutions and external and internal parties, including parents, the community, and the government. With the principles of openness, clarity of communication, and collaboration, PR helps improve the quality of education and create more inclusive and responsive relationships to developments in the era. This study uses a library method to analyze theories, concepts, and research results related to the role of public relations in educational leadership. Researchers collect literature on public relations, educational leadership, and case studies of its application. The aim is to understand how public relations improves communication, image management, and transparency in internal-external relations of educational institutions, as well as the challenges faced by educational leaders. This study identifies the principles of public relations communication in educational leadership, including openness, accommodation, negotiation, proactivity, and partnership. The findings show that principals actively apply these principles, building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The application of these principles increases trust, accountability, and quality of education and creates beneficial collaboration in achieving educational goals. This study shows that the application of public relations communication principles in educational leadership has a significant impact on managerial effectiveness and goal achievement. Three main principles: openness, accommodation and negotiation, and proactivity help build effective communication between leaders and stakeholders. Suggestions include developing communication skills, increasing transparency, and strengthening partnerships with external parties to create an inclusive and supportive educational environment.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the integration of technology within the pesantren ecosystem, focusing on the opportunities and challenges faced. A qualitative method was employed, utilizing interviews and observations at several pesantren in Indonesia. The findings indicate that the use of applications such as E-Santren and digital learning platforms enhances management efficiency and educational quality. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and resistance to change remain significant barriers. Recommendations for future research include exploring the long-term impacts of technology integration and developing more inclusive models. This research provides important insights into how pesantren can adapt to technological advancements while maintaining traditional values.

Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, the role of public relations in educational institutions has become very strategic, especially in building and maintaining a positive reputation on an ongoing basis. This research focuses on the role of public relations management at the Ulul Albab Islamic Education Foundation in building a positive image in the digital era. As an educational institution based on Islamic values, this foundation is responsible for producing a generation with knowledge and morals, while maintaining good relations with stakeholders such as students, parents, alumni and the community. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to analyze the strategies, challenges and effectiveness of public relations programs in conveying positive messages and strengthening public trust. The research results show that effective public relations management can introduce the foundation's superior programs and values through appropriate communication, while managing the challenges of the digital era such as the flow of information on social media which quickly influences public opinion. By utilizing technology and digital communication strategies, public relations is expected to be able to expand the reach of communication, improve the positive image of the foundation, and create better relationships with various parties. This research provides an overview of the strategic steps that have been taken by the Ulul Albab Islamic Education Foundation to maintain its reputation amidst the changing dynamics of digital communication.
