Abstract

In order to realize the achievement of ideal and professional Islamic Religious Education teachers, a managerial approach is needed in order to increase the competence of these teachers, which includes aspects of planning, organizing, supervising. The Madrasah-based management approach is very appropriate to use as an analytical knife in order to increase the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This study aims to analyze and understand about increasing the competence of optimizing teacher competence through a madrasah-based management approach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Principal's Strategy in the Implementation ofSchoolOperationalAssistanceFunding(Bos)FundinginOvercomingFundingCommunicationDistortionsinStateSeniorHighSchool3Prabumulih, South Sumatra Province. Abstract

This research is a qualitative study that examines the role of the Principal's leadership style in increasing teacher work commitment at MTS Al-Islamiyah, an Islamic boarding school-based educational institution. Through an in-depth interview approach with School Principals, Senior Teachers, and Administrative Staff, this research explores the impact of participative leadership styles and Islamic boarding school values on teachers' work commitment. The research results highlight the importance of teacher participation in decision making as a key element in creating a supportive work environment. In addition, the harmony between Islamic boarding school values and leadership practices shows a positive impact in building strong work commitment among teachers. These findings contribute to an in-depth understanding of how the principal's leadership style interacts with the Islamic boarding school context in strengthening teachers' work commitment at the secondary education level. The conclusions of this research provide valuable insight into understanding how the leadership style of the Principal can be a determining factor in building teacher work commitment in Islamic boarding school-based educational institutions.

Abstract

Competitive educational quality is the key to the success of an educational institution in producing graduates who are able to compete in the era of globalization. The role of the principal is very important in directing and improving the quality of education in schools. School principals must be able to manage school administration well so that educational goals are achieved, as stated by Edward Sallis that the element of leadership is an important aspect of Total Quality Management in the world of education. Therefore, every principal in an educational institution, from primary to secondary level. The principal has an important role in directing as a leader, but does not designate and strengthen the level of leadership integrity. Each educational institution has a different leadership style. Of course, the principal at Al Khairiyah Vocational School has its own leadership style in managing Al Khairiyah Vocational School in order to improve the quality of competitive education. The research method used was a qualitative method by directly interviewing the Principal of Al Khairiyah Vocational School.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of religious extracurricular activities in increasing students' practice of Islamic teachings at MA Negeri 1 Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study type. The research subjects were students of MA Negeri 1 Probolinggo who took part in religious extracurricular activities. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that religious extracurricular activities at MA Negeri 1 Probolinggo are effective in increasing students' practice of Islamic teachings. This is demonstrated by increasing students' knowledge, attitudes and skills in practicing Islamic teachings. Increased student knowledge is demonstrated by students' ability to explain and understand Islamic teachings. Improving student attitudes is shown by increasing student awareness to implement Islamic teachings in everyday life. Increasing student skills is demonstrated by students' ability to apply Islamic teachings in everyday life.

Abstract

The growth of religious thought with a radical character has developed rapidly in Indonesia and has become a serious threat to religious harmony. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the role of Bhabinkamtibmas is active, passive and participatory in anticipating radicalism symptoms in community empowerment in order to create inter-religious harmony in the city of Bandar Lampung. This research method is descriptive qualitative which collects primary and secondary data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Then the role of Bhabinkamibmas is the spearhead of the police at the lower level with 3 functions, namely an active role, a passive role and a participatory role.

Abstract

In learning the character of discipline as one of the characters in Core Competence (KI)-2, social attitudes show honest, disciplined, polite, confident, caring, and responsible behavior in interacting with family, friends, teachers, neighbors, and the country. Based on this, the classroom teacher becomes the main actor in shaping the disciplined character of students in online and offline learning. This research method is qualitative with the type of case study, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the formation of student discipline character in online and offline learning in class II SD Pls Sunan Ampel City Kediri includes example giving gifts, giving sanctions, connecting books, and habituation. Contraints and solutions for the formation of disciplinary character in online and offline learning include the limitations of class II teachers in appling the method of formation and there are different student characters. The solution given is to give reprimand, advice, motivation, and cofirm collaboration with parents. Keywords : Discipline Character, Online and Offline Learning.

Abstract

The principal as the leader of the education unit has an important role in realizing a school atmosphere that is in accordance with the needs of the times where digital literacy is an inseparable thing.  This research reveals how the role of principals in creating a culture of digital literacy in schools. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, where data collection is carried out through a process of interviews, observations and documentation studies. Interviews were conducted with the principal, teachers and parents of the students. The data obtained are then grouped and analyzed until the final conclusion of the study is drawn. This research reveals how 3 indicators of digital literacy in schools, namely: class-based indicators, school culture-based indicators, and community-based indicators are met in ALIES and how the role of the principal in supporting the digital literacy movement. The results of the study revealed that the principal's digital literacy is quite good which is described through the ability to use technology and digital information implemented in carrying out their duties. The role of the principal in building an atmosphere of digital literacy is illustrated through his function as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. Digital literacy is a skill that must be possessed by all education stakeholders in order to achieve educational goals, therefore the principal needs to maximize his leadership role in realizing a digital literacy culture in schools by making various innovations that are adapted to the conditions of each school.

Abstract

Green Marketing is defined as a marketing strategy that emphasizes environmental and sustainability aspects in products, promotions, and business practices. Pematang Serai Village was chosen as the research location because it is an area with MSME potential involving the local economic sector and the natural environment. Through a field researsch approach involving 50 MSME business with various types of businesses in Pematang Serai Village. The results showed that the implementation of Green Marketing had a positive impact on the competitiveness of MSMEs in Pematang Serai Village. MSMEs that implement sustainable marketing practices can differentiate themselves, attract environmentally conscious consumers, and gain a competitive advantage. Supporting factors include awareness of MSME owners about sustainable practices, government support, and access to resources and information that support Green Marketing. Barriers include limited resources, limited understanding of Green Marketing, and challenges in changing consumer behavior. This research is important to expand the understanding of the implementation of Green Marketing in MSMEs in rural areas. The implication is the importance of government and stakeholder support in facilitating sustainable MSME development and encouraging the adoption of environmentally friendly marketing practices

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of leadership transformation in efforts to achieve superior educational quality through the implementation of an independent curriculum. The focus of the research is on changes in leadership style, managerial strategies, and adaptation to the independent curriculum at Darul Hikmah Vocational School. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with school leaders, teachers and educational staff. The research results show that leadership transformation has a crucial role in forming an organizational culture that supports the implementation of the independent curriculum. innovative learning environment. In addition, it was found that collaboration between leaders and educational staff was the key to success in implementing the independent curriculum. The implications of these findings stimulate the need for leadership development that is adaptive and responsive to contextual changes, especially in facing the dynamics of an independent curriculum. The place of research was carried out at the Darul Hikmah Paiton Vocational School, Probolinggo. Based on the research results, several results show, including (1) Changes in Leadership Style: School leaders experienced changes in their leadership style, switching from a traditional model to a transformational model. (2) Adaptation to the Independent Curriculum: Identify leaders' strategies for integrating independent curriculum principles in planning and teaching. This research contributes to the understanding of how leadership transformation can be a driver of superior educational quality in the era of the independent curriculum.
