Abstract

The process of unifying values within a person through appreciating, understanding, instilling and cultivating values, attitudes, teachings or beliefs from the surrounding environment which then unite and become knowledge that influences a person's life and is then reflected in daily behavior which is carried out intensively and continuously with the aim of to always maintain Islamic teachings, especially for students and graduates. The aim of this research article is to present information related to the internalization of PAI values in forming religious character in students at SD Negeri 1 Tiris Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative, descriptive approach that focuses on PAI learning in efforts and efforts to shape the religious character of students at SD Negeri 1 Tiris Probolinggo, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation which are analyzed descriptively. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy for improving the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Zainul Anwar Alassumur Kulon, Kraksaan, Probolinggo, East Java. To find out these objectives, a qualitative research approach is used with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. While the data analysis procedure is done by Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Data Verification. From this research activity, an overview was obtained: (1) the madrasah head in improving the quality of madrasah education first planned a program by analyzing the needs of the activities needed by students, educators and education staff to be carried out, planning the curriculum to be implemented, planning policies for adding learning activities; (2) create an organizational structure that involves madrasah stakeholders and complete the required infrastructure; (3) Leaders set a good example at work, motivate and reward personnel both morally and materially, improve welfare, involve educators and education staff in training and education and motivate teachers to have a high enthusiasm for learning; (4) supervising output, PBM, and students in the process of activities in madrasas. (5) the obstacles experienced are personnel who are still not disciplined and consistent with joint decisions, lack of facilities and infrastructure to support activities, there are teachers who do not make use of existing media, weak institutional economics, stakeholders in fulfilling facilities and infrastructure have not been able to help

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on lecturer performance at UNUJA. The performance of lecturers in Indonesia, especially at UNUJA, still needs to be improved compared to lecturers at State Universities (PTN). It is suspected that the main factor causing this is compensation, which is still considered low. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample for this research was lecturers at UNUJA, totalling 33 people. The technique used is Interview and Questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that compensation has a significant effect on the performance of lecturers at UNUJA. The factors that influence lecturer performance are compensation. The results of this study provide input for the improvement of UNUJA in Probolinggo Regency because, if seen from the income of permanent lecturers at UNUJA in Probolinggo Regency, it is still below the average decent income of a lecturer.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the attributes of the E-Bekal application for students to determine the level of satisfaction of students and guardians of students using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. This research uses a qualitative approach through interviews and observations to obtain technical parameter data. Furthermore, the information data on the attributes of the E-Bekal service obtained from the students and the students' guardians was analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) model and the House of Quality (HOQ) matrix. The results of this research explain that there are priorities for developing and improving E-Bekal, namely: 1. Integration with Islamic boarding school financial systems, 2. Detailed and accurate transaction recording, 3. Implementation of strong security protocols, 4. Real-Time Transaction Notifications and Confirmations, 5. Using various commonly used payment methods. 6. Development of the NJ santri e-supply application. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atribut-atribut aplikasi E-Bekal santri untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan santri dan wali santri dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi untuk mendapatkan data parameter Teknik. Selanjutnya data informasi atribut pelayanan E-Bekal yang diperoleh dari santri dan wali santri dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan matrix House of Quality (HOQ). Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat prioritas pengembangan dan perbaikan E-bekal adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Integrasi dengan sistem keuangan pesantren, 2. Pencatatan transaksi secara rinci dan akurat, 3. Implementasi Protokol keamanan yang kuat, 4. Notifikasi dan Konfirmasi Transaksi secara Real-Time, 5. Abstract

The problem in this study is the development and development of human resources for teaching staff at SMP IT Nurul Iman Purworejo, Pesawaran Regency; in terms of their professionalism as educators, it can be seen from the excellent performance and achievements of the teachers they have. The teacher's performance and achievements must be developed through various development strategies in the form of education and training as well as activities other than education and training that are followed. Therefore this research is to find out how to develop human resources for teaching staff at SMP IT Nurul Iman Purworejo, Pesawaran Regency. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data sources were obtained from subjects (school principals, curricula deputy's heads, teachers and school partners) and objects (development of human resources for teaching staff at SMP IT Nurul Iman Purworejo, Pesawaran District). Data collection techniques used by researchers were observation, interviews and documentation. At the same time, the data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation (data display), and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the development of human resources for teaching staff at SMP IT Nurul Iman Purworejo, Pesawaran Regency, has been reasonably good because a lot of coaching and development has been carried out to improve the performance and professionalism of teaching staff through strategies in the form of 1) Education and training, including In- house training, school partnerships, distance learning, tiered training and special training, short courses at universities or other educational institutions, internal coaching by schools, and further education. 2) Activities other than education and training include: Discussion of educational issues, seminars, workshops, research, writing books/teaching materials, making learning media, and making technology/artworks. These developments will likely improve the performance and professionalism of teachers in transferring knowledge to students so that national education can be realized.

Abstract

This research aimed to reveal on how to reinforce and sustain higher education students’ English skills in Miftahul Midad Islamic Boarding School Lumajang. It used descriptive qualitative method to analyze the teaching and learning strategy and students’ expectation of English teaching and learning process. In order to collect the data, the researchers used observation and semi structure interview. Observation was carried out to investigate lecturer’s and students’ activities in the classroom, while interview was used to examine students’ expectation related to learning style in English classroom. The findings showed that; first, the lecturer tend to use traditional instruction, that is teacher-centered-approach. In this case, the lecturer used several strategies that promote active learning and students’ engagement in order to improve the effectiveness of the teacher-centered-approach such as using various instructional methods, using technology, asking questions, using small groups and giving students a choice, and second, all students expect that they would learn all English skills as well as grammar and pronunciation with their own learning styles. The students had several assumptions about the English classroom activities. For instance, applying group work to create relaxed and communicative classroom atmosphere, involving game-based-learning to make fun learning, practicing English directly outside the classroom, enganging interesting media in teaching and learning process, and learning English grammar with quick tricks. Abstract

This research delves into the role of Islamic Education teachers in the process of forming students' characters at MI Negeri 2 Probolinggo. The research methodology involves classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and the analysis of documents related to the Islamic Education curriculum. The results indicate that Islamic Education teachers at MI Negeri 2 Probolinggo implement various strategies, including the use of interactive teaching methods, personalized approaches, and the instillation of moral values and Islamic ethics in daily life. Teachers are actively involved in guiding students, providing positive role models, and addressing character issues through pedagogical approaches.The effectiveness of the role of Islamic Education teachers is evident in the increased moral awareness of students and the cultivation of values such as honesty, discipline, and empathy. However, challenges such as limited learning time and the diversity of students' backgrounds influence the optimal implementation of the teacher's role.This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the significant role of Islamic Education teachers in shaping the characters of MI students. The implications of this research provide a foundation for the development of educational policies that better support the role of teachers and a clearer understanding of achieving character formation goals in the context of Islamic Education at the elementary level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of moral values through Balinese folklore. This study was conducted on children aged 5-6 years. The type and approach used are qualitative discriptive. Data analysis uses interactive descriptive analysis models such as data reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that there are several stories of local wisdom of Balinese people can be used as examples of moral values in children through the attitudes of characters in Balinese folklore. Exemplary behavior such as being honest, helpful, courteous, respectful, can distinguish good and bad attitudes.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze critical aspects of Geography Education that can be applied to early childhood. The main focus of this research involves the concepts of location, human interaction, movement and area as the main pillars of geography learning for early childhood based on exploration of the environment around the school as the first introduction and interaction with the real (natural) environment. The literature review research method was used to investigate theories related to geography education, characteristics of early childhood, and relevant geographic skills. Through literature analysis, this research details the importance of understanding home location, place identity, and human interactions as a basis for the development of early childhood characteristics. The conclusions of this study include a synthesis of literature findings, identifying knowledge gaps that need further exploration, and suggesting further research directions. The results of this research contribute to an in-depth understanding of how to develop geography learning methods that suit the needs and characteristics of young children. The practical implications of these findings can help educators and educational practitioners in designing interesting and effective teaching strategies, creating a strong foundation for the development of geographical understanding in the early stages of children's development.

Abstract

The era of digitalization is a very real effort that will be faced by educational institutions are now marked by technological advances on the demand side of ongoing quality developments, so that the achievements of social and cultural changes in the school community is significant. So that from this problem education must be in managerial education that is able to respond to the direction of change. So that management education based on digitalization is an important effort that must be encouraged as the future strength of the institution and sufficient quality human resources. The development of science and technology covers all aspects, including aspects of education. Along with these conditions, various opportunities and challenges emerged, especially for the world of education. Therefore, to be able to seize opportunities as well as answer the challenges of society in the digital era, education must really be adapted to the conditions of society in general. The digital era cannot only be faced with technological development without involving social dynamics in it. In addition to preparing superior competitiveness, it is necessary to build public awareness and maturity in responding to current world developments, especially in the post truth era, when information flows profusely without clarity of truth. It is necessary to formulate a national strategic policy through awareness and maturity of thought as well as community education which needs to be adapted to meet the need for expertise in this era. From this research, there are several things that are suggested in facing the digital era, namely the need to change the application of the system in Islamic educational institutions towards digital transformation.
