Abstract

The growth of hotels and apartments in Indonesia is increasing every year, this is driven by the increasing number of tourist visits in Indonesia. As a result, competition in the hotel sector is currently getting tighter, especially to get customers so that they can meet the target Occupancy Rate and business profit. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Promotion, and Location on the Decision to Use Via Alma Apartments in Cikarang. Via Alma Apartments was established in December 2018, with 148 rooms, equipped with a swimming pool, tennis court, futsal field, and other facilities. The research method is associative, data collection techniques using surveys, and data analysis using Multiple Regression, F Test and t Test. The population of the study were 270 consumers staying at Via Alma Apartments Cikarang and a sample of 90 respondents. The results of the study showed that Service Quality, Promotion, and Location simultaneously influenced Consumer Decisions to use apartment services. Partially, Service Quality and Location had a positive and significant effect on Consumer Decisions to use apartment services, while Promotion had a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Decisions to use apartment services. Apartment management should increase promotions, so that consumers become more interested in using Via Alma apartment services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of product innovation (X1), environmental sustainability (X2), and digital marketing (X3) on company financial performance (Y), focusing on Unilever Indonesia. Environmentally friendly and sustainable product innovation, optimal digital marketing strategies, and commitment to environmental sustainability are believed to significantly affect the improvement of the company’s financial performance. The data used in this study were obtained from the company's annual reports and internal surveys, covering relevant financial indicators. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for Unilever Indonesia in formulating long-term strategies that can improve the overall performance of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and the use of social media on the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector in West Medan District. In today's digital era, the ability of business actors to understand the concept of entrepreneurship and utilize social media effectively is an important factor in increasing competitiveness and business success. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to a number of culinary MSME actors in the area. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study indicate that both entrepreneurial knowledge and the use of social media have a positive and significant effect on the success of culinary MSMEs. This finding indicates that increasing entrepreneurial competence and optimal use of social media can support the growth and sustainability of small businesses amidst increasingly competitive competition. This study is expected to be a reference for MSME actors and related parties in formulating digital-based business development strategies.

Abstract

In every nation, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a top priority for development. This is because MSMEs have made significant contributions to the nation, particularly in the social and economic spheres. MSMEs are crucial for absorbing workers from the unorganized sector and balancing community income, particularly in the areas, in addition to boosting the nation's economic progress. Nevertheless, the Ministry of Trade (Kemendag) received concerns from the public about the trading cart support program. has not been delivered. After learning of this, it was discovered that commerce had engaged in corruption in the purchase of MSME carts. both in 2018 and 2019. Everyone should be concerned about corruption since it is a worldwide issue. The idea of a totalitarian government, which is a dictatorship in which a small number of people hold all the power, is typically associated with corrupt behaviors. A totalitarian power structure makes it difficult for the media and society to uncover such corrupt behaviors. A democratic style of governance offers the best chance to reveal corrupt practices. Because avaricious political and economic elites band together to take advantage of Indonesia's natural resources for their own benefit, corruption has a significant negative influence on the environment. It also continues to have a significant negative impact on other areas, including politics, democracy, education, and community life. The waste of money, time, and resources brought on by corrupt activities is referred to as inefficiency brought on by corruption. The declining quality of goods and services is one example of corruption-related inefficiency. In order to cut expenses and increase personal benefit, corruption frequently entails lowering requirements or fabricating reports. Infrastructure, public services, or subpar products are affected, leading to their rapid destruction or inefficiency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif peran strategis Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) dalam upaya organisasi meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di era transformasi digital yang ditandai dengan adopsi teknologi yang masif. Mengingat dorongan kuat dari perkembangan teknologi digital terhadap perubahan fundamental dalam cara organisasi beroperasi, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana implementasi SIM dapat menjadi pilar penting dalam mencapai keunggulan operasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yang sistematis, dengan menelusuri dan menganalisis berbagai jurnal ilmiah terkemuka dan laporan penelitian terkini yang relevan dengan topik SIM, efisiensi operasional, dan transformasi digital. Hasil sintesis dari tinjauan literatur menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIM yang efektif memiliki potensi signifikan untuk mempercepat alur kerja proses bisnis organisasi, secara substansial mengurangi biaya operasional melalui otomatisasi dan optimasi sumber daya, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan melalui penyediaan informasi yang relevan dan tepat waktu. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan-tantangan krusial yang perlu diperhatikan oleh organisasi dalam mengadopsi SIM, termasuk potensi resistensi terhadap perubahan dari anggota organisasi dan kebutuhan akan program pelatihan karyawan yang komprehensif untuk memastikan pemanfaatan sistem yang optimal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pemimpin organisasi dan praktisi teknologi informasi dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan SIM sebagai alat strategis untuk mencapai efisiensi operasional di era digital yang kompetitif ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategic role of the Dewan Dakwah Islamiah Indonesia (DDII) in strengthening the Islamic faith (aqidah) and improving the economic welfare of the Muslim community through its various da'wah programs. DDII is one of the Islamic missionary organizations that consistently provides religious guidance, especially in remote and underdeveloped areas where access to religious education and economic empowerment is still limited. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using techniques of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions systematically. The results of the study show that DDII implements several strategies to spread Islamic teachings that focus on reinforcing the community’s faith, particularly targeting individuals who are not yet reached by da'wah efforts or who live in areas with limited access to religious education. These strategies include deploying da’i (preachers) to rural and isolated regions, conducting regular religious guidance, and providing accessible educational materials for laypeople. In addition, DDII actively promotes economic empowerment through community-based programs such as entrepreneurship training, the development of Islamic cooperatives, and the strengthening of household economies. By integrating spiritual da'wah and economic development, DDII seeks to create a society that is not only strong in its religious beliefs but also economically self-reliant. This research highlights the crucial role of Islamic missionary organizations in balancing religious guidance and socio-economic welfare in Muslim communities, fostering holistic community development in line with Islamic values.

Abstract

Management Information System (MIS) is an integral part of data and information management that supports strategic decision-making processes within organizations. In today’s digital era, MIS functions not only as an administrative tool but also as a catalyst for business transformation. This study aims to analyze the general application of MIS and examine a case study of its implementation at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method through literature studies and documentation. The results indicate that an integrated MIS improves operational efficiency, accelerates information flow, and supports service innovation. The case study of Telkom Indonesia emphasizes that MIS is a key foundation in enabling digitalization, efficiency, and competitiveness in the telecommunications industry.

Abstract

Grocery stores have an important role in supporting the local economy and meeting the basic needs of the community. This study aims to analyze the role and challenges of Toko Sembako Suci in facing market competition in the East Cikarang area through a SWOT analysis approach. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case study techniques, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that this store has several strengths such as strategic location, lower prices, personalized service, and QRIS digital payment. However, the store also faces weaknesses in manual stock management, limited capital, and lack of digital marketing. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, a development strategy was formulated in the form of operational digitalization, development of delivery services, access to training programs and capital from the government, and cooperation with local suppliers. This research provides strategic recommendations to improve the competitiveness of similar MSMEs in facing modern market competition..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) faced by PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) and formulate cost management optimization strategies to enhance the company’s financial performance. As Indonesia’s national gas subholding, PGN plays a vital role in national energy security through its extensive gas infrastructure and operational efficiency programs. The method used in this study is a qualitative-descriptive approach based on secondary data from financial reports, annual reports, official publications, and academic sources. The findings reveal that PGN's strong infrastructure and efficiency measures are key strengths, though the company faces significant threats from energy price volatility, regulatory changes, and internal control limitations. Strategies formulated include supply diversification, internal monitoring reinforcement, gas price reform, and collaboration with government stakeholders. This research contributes to the formulation of sustainable business strategies through SWOT-based analysis, supporting national energy resilience.

Abstract

Islamic banking in Indonesia has experienced significant development as an alternative financial system that complies with Islamic Sharia principles. The distribution of funds or financing is a core activity that determines the effectiveness and sustainability of Islamic banks. This study aims to analyze the funding distribution model, effectiveness, and challenges faced by Islamic banks in Indonesia. The method used is mixed methods, combining qualitative analysis through document and regulatory studies, and quantitative analysis of the performance data of the Islamic banking industry over the past five years. The results show the dominance of the Murabahah contract in the financing portfolio, which, although providing profit margin certainty and low risk, potentially hinders product diversification and innovation. Following the merger of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), there has been a significant increase in the efficiency of fund distribution, supported by operational synergy and resource optimization. However, challenges such as low Islamic financial literacy, limited human resources, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic remain major obstacles. Recommendations include increasing diversification of financing contracts, strengthening regulations, enhancing public literacy, and accelerating digital transformation to expand the reach and effectiveness of Islamic bank fund distribution. This study is expected to serve as a strategic policy foundation to support Sharia financial inclusion and sustainable national economic growth.
