Abstract

Factors that influence employee efficiency in completing tasks can be caused by individual factors and organizational environmental factors. A good work environment and discipline make work easier for employees. In this research the author uses quantitative data that can be measured or calculated directly expressed in numbers or numerical form or formulas. data collection techniques using Likert Scale Questionnaires. Based on the research results, the work environment does not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Falah Innovation Technology. Based on the regression results, the calculated t value is 1,572 t table 2,011. Work Discipline has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Falah Innovation Technology, based on the regression results, the calculated t value is 3,586 t table 2,011. There is a positive influence between the Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance together, because F count is 20.127 (greater than) F table 3.20, meaning that the higher the value of the two independent variables, the higher the Employee Performance at PT. Falah Innovation. Technology.

Abstract

This article reviews literature on implementing Porter’s generic strategies – cost leadership, differentiation, and focus – and their combinations in startup companies. The aim is to assess the alignment of the article’s content with the focus on combinational strategies. The study employs a systematic qualitative literature review, collecting and analyzing recent (2015–2025) academic articles and case studies related to startup business strategies. The findings indicate that differentiation and focus strategies are generally more effective at driving competitive advantage for startups than a lone cost-leadership approach. Integrating differentiation with cost leadership can create synergies of added value and operational efficiency. For example, some culinary ventures combine unique product attributes with cost control to attract customers. In conclusion, startups are advised to align their strategic choices with market characteristics and consider hybrid strategies to build sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

Coffee is an agricultural commodity that plays an important role in the Indonesian economy and culture. This study aims to determine the influence of lifestyle and servicescape on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 114 respondents who are active consumers of Semesta Coffee and Space in Pringsewu, Lampung. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS version 24 software. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis indicate that lifestyle and servicescape partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Lifestyle dimensions including Activities, Interests, Opinions (AIO) and servicescape dimensions including ambient conditions, spatial layout and functionality, and signs, symbols, and artifacts are proven to contribute to positive consumer decisions in making purchases. These findings indicate that consumer lifestyle and good physical environment management (servicescape) are important factors in improving purchase decisions in the coffee shop sector

Abstract

Consumer perception is a process in the senses owned by consumers until a certain impression is formed subjectively. Each consumer has a unique perception value and is different from one another. In addition to consumer perception factors, companies also need to consider brand positioning to increase the buying decision. Brand positioning is the extent to which a brand is perceived to occupy a beneficial, different, unique, and credible position in the minds of consumers. Kapal Api was established to provide various types of coffee consumed by the community. Toko Tujuh Empat is one of the stores that provide products from Kopi Kapal Api. This study aims to find out how much influence consumer perception and brand positioning have on buying decision in Kapal Api Coffee products at Toko Tujuh Empat Malang City. This study used quantitative research with consumer perception variables. brand positioning, and buying decision. The purposive sampling technique was used as a data collection technique through a questionnaire and as many as 100 people as respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing both proportionally and simultaneously, it showed that consumer perception and brand positioning have a positive and significant influence on the buying interest of Kapal Api Coffee products at the Tujuh Empat store in Malang City. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that consumer perception and brand positioning are one of the reasons to influence purchasing decisions. Good consumer perception and brand positioning will improve purchasing decisions. Therefore, it is recommended that Kopi Kapal Api continue to improve the quality of its products in order to create purchasing decisions from consumers.

Abstract

This study examines how entrepreneurs innovate in an era of disruption when technology is rapidly changing the business landscape. The study identified three key success factors: the ability to adapt quickly to change, a customer-focused approach, and strategic partnerships. Entrepreneurs who view disruption as an opportunity rather than a threat have a success rate three times higher than others. The findings suggest that modern entrepreneurial innovation extends beyond product development to business model transformation, digital technology adoption, and stakeholder relationship building. The study concludes that entrepreneurs who succeed in a disruptive environment must be able to embrace change, maintain a customer focus, and develop flexible strategies to navigate current market volatility.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influences of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on profitability. The population in this study are all of companies in consumer goods industry sector. The final sample in this study ware 35 consumer goods industrial companies which obtained by using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is secondary data. The analytical model used to solve the problem in this study is multiple linear regression with a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of the analysis, showed that cash turnover, receivables turnover, and inventory turnover have positive effect on the profitability of the consumer goods industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2022.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing, discounts, and brand awareness on purchase decisions for Barenbliss cosmetic products on Shopee. The study uses a quantitative approach with data collected from 100 respondents through a structured questionnaire. The analysis employed multiple linear regression to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables. The results show that social media marketing, discounts, and brand awareness significantly influence purchasing decisions, both individually and simultaneously. These findings suggest that strengthening digital marketing strategies and brand engagement can enhance consumer purchasing behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Customer Experience and Social Media Content on Customer Loyalty toward Glad2Glow skincare products. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study consists of undergraduate students in the Management Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dharma Andalas University. The sample size is 203 respondents, obtained using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS 25 software through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests (partial), F-tests (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²). The results of the study indicate that Customer Experience has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, while Social Media Content does not have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. However, simultaneously, Customer Experience and Social Media Content have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image, and Consumer Trust on purchasing decisions for Azarine skincare products on Shopee. The data used are quantitative data obtained from questionnaires. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 25 through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that partially, Celebrity Endorser has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Consumer Trust also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, these three variables influence purchasing decisions for Azarine skincare products on Shopee.

Abstract

In the business world, proper inventory management plays a vital role in sustaining operations and ensuring the profitability of trading companies. This study examines the effect of implementing a perpetual inventory system on stock management efficiency and profit growth. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method, with multiple linear regression analysis based on financial statement data collected over a five-year period. The findings reveal a positive and significant influence, where a regression coefficient of 0.35 indicates improved inventory efficiency, while a coefficient of 0.45 reflects increased profitability. The system enables real-time stock monitoring, minimizes the risk of overstocking or stockouts, and facilitates timely purchasing adjustments in line with market demand. Based on these results, the perpetual inventory system is recommended as a management strategy capable of enhancing both operational efficiency and the profitability of trading companies..
