Abstract

Diyaul Azahar Middle School, East Lombok, Bagik Umbrella Village has the potential for local food in the form of cassava which is generally processed simply for personal consumption or sold as a home business. This simple processing causes the value and selling price of the product to be low. This community service activity aims to improve the ability of students from Benda Baru sub-district in processing cassava and innovate in making traditional cakes which can increase the selling value of processed cassava products as an effort to improve family welfare. This activity was attended by 19 participants who were housewives in Benda Baru sub-district which was carried out using lecture, demonstration and evaluation methods.

Abstract

One form of development of Information Technology (IT) in the world of education is the change in the order of the learning process from the conventional direction towards learning that can be carried out without geographical boundaries or what is known as E-learning. E-learning offers a learning concept that does not know place and time, where students can access it anytime and anywhere. This Community Service (PKM) aims to provide an E-Learning information system that can be used by all levels of schools.. The learning process at West Halmahera Muhammadiyah Vocational School is still conventional and the assignment collection process only uses email and WhatsApp so the assignment collection process is less effective. With E-Learning, it is hoped that it can become a medium for teachers and students to carry out a better learning process. Data collection methods were carried out by interviews, observations and literature reviews of related research. In building the e-learning system, the programming language used is PHP and MySQL as the database. With the e-system method. Learning can foster intensity between teachers and students and make it easier to obtain learning materials anywhere and without space and time limitations

Abstract

The abundance of information available in the digital world makes it difficult for students to sort out what is true and relevant. Many teenagers get information about reproductive health from unreliable sources or even myths. The lack of good role models can make teenagers lose their way. Equip students with the skills to evaluate information, think critically, and use technology responsibly. Grade XI students are at a critical stage of development. They are starting to form their identity, make more independent decisions, and prepare themselves for the future. Therefore, providing digital literacy and understanding of reproductive health at this age is very important to form a strong character. Students can understand how digital literacy and knowledge of reproductive health affect adolescent character, and can evaluate the effectiveness of character building programs that integrate digital literacy and reproductive health.

Abstract

This training program aims to improve the ability of Small and Medium Industries (SMEs) in Kendari City to develop food processing products. The method used in implementing the program is a participatory approach to the community, where training participants are actively involved in every stage of the activity, from identifying needs to implementation and evaluation. This approach ensures that training materials are tailored to the specific needs of participants, and encourages a sense of ownership of the training results. The results of this program indicate that the main objectives of the training have been achieved well. Participants showed significant improvements in food processing knowledge and skills. The products produced after the training showed improved quality, both in terms of product safety and market appeal. An important lesson learned is the importance of tailoring training content to the specific needs of participants, as well as providing post-training assistance to ensure effective application of knowledge in their businesses. As a follow-up, it is recommended to hold more in-depth follow-up training, especially in the areas of digital marketing strategies and modern packaging techniques. Additional support in the form of access to technology and production equipment is also needed to expand the impact of this training. With ongoing training and post-program support, SMEs in Kendari City are expected to continue to develop their products and increase competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market

Abstract

Sago waste is a significant environmental problem in sago-producing areas, including Seruawan Village. This waste is often burned or simply dumped, which has the potential to cause environmental pollution and reduce soil quality. Therefore, the utilization of sago waste into biochar can be a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution. Biochar is a carbon product resulting from the pyrolysis process of organic matter, which can improve soil fertility and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. By utilizing sago waste into biochar, the community in Seruawan Village can not only reduce waste, but also increase their agricultural productivity. The methodology used is through observation, interviews, technology utilization, and participatory action research. Through a systematic and participatory methodology, this service is expected to make a significant contribution to the management of sago waste into biochar, and improve the welfare of the community in Seruawan Village.
