Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi industri pariwisata, yang memungkinkan promosi destinasi wisata dilakukan lebih luas dan efisien. Namun, banyak destinasi wisata di daerah terpencil masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengenalkan potensinya secara digital. Desa Kaudani, sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata bahari, belum memiliki sistem promosi optimal, sehingga diperlukan solusi berbasis teknologi untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi wisata dan kemudahan pemesanan layanan. Sebagai solusi, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem e-tourism berbasis web dengan metode Prototyping untuk mempermudah wisatawan mengakses informasi dan memesan layanan wisata di Desa Kaudani. Metode pengujian Blackbox, PageSpeed Insights, dan User Acceptance Test (UAT) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi utama sistem beroperasi dengan baik sesuai ekspektasi pengguna berdasarkan Blackbox Testing. Evaluasi performa dengan PageSpeed Insights memperoleh skor Performance 93. Pengujian UAT menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sebesar 86%, mengindikasikan bahwa sistem berada dalam kategori baik. Website ini terbukti menyediakan fitur yang memungkinkan pengunjung mengakses informasi, memesan, dan merencanakan perjalanan dengan lebih baik. Selain itu, integrasi teknologi ini dapat meningkatkan potensi pariwisata Buton Tengah, mempromosikan produk lokal, mendorong aktivitas bisnis dan ekonomi, serta memperkuat budaya dan lingkungan daerah The development of digital technology has driven transformation in the tourism industry, enabling broader and more efficient destination promotion. However, many remote tourist destinations still face challenges in digitally showcasing their potential. Kaudani Village, a marine tourism destination, lacks an optimal promotion system, requiring a technology-based solution to enhance tourism information accessibility and service booking convenience. As a solution, this study develops a web-based e-tourism system using the Prototyping method to facilitate tourists in accessing information and booking services in Kaudani Village. Blackbox Testing, PageSpeed Insights, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) methods were used to evaluate system performance and user satisfaction. The test results indicate that all core system functions operate well according to user expectations based on Blackbox Testing. Performance evaluation using PageSpeed Insights achieved a score of 93. The UAT results showed an 86% user satisfaction rate, indicating the system is in a good category. This website effectively provides features that allow visitors to access information, book services, and plan their trips better. Furthermore, this technology integration can enhance Buton Tengah’s tourism potential, promote local products, boost business and economic activities, and strengthen the region’s culture and environment

Abstract

Penentuan penduduk miskin di Desa Katobu, Kecamatan Wadaga, Kabupaten Muna Barat masih dilakukan secara manual dan kurang didukung oleh sistem yang objektif. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya akurasi dalam proses seleksi dan pemberian bantuan sosial, sehingga tidak jarang menimbulkan ketidakpuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu pemerintah desa dalam menentukan calon penerima bantuan dengan lebih tepat dan objektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini adalah Profile Matching, yaitu dengan membandingkan data kriteria calon penerima bantuan dengan profil ideal yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan standar kemiskinan. Metode ini mengukur kesesuaian antara nilai aktual dan nilai ideal dengan menghitung nilai GAP sebagai dasar perhitungan peringkat. Hasil yang  dari penelitian ini adalah tersedianya sistem berbasis komputer yang mampu memberikan rekomendasi calon penduduk miskin secara cepat, akurat, dan transparan. Manfaat dari sistem ini adalah membantu pemerintah desa dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih adil serta meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap proses penentuan penerima bantuan The determination of the poor population in Katobu Village, Wadaga District, West Muna Regency is still done manually and is not supported by an objective system. This causes a lack of accuracy in the selection process and provision of social assistance, so that it often causes public dissatisfaction. This study aims to build a decision support system that can help the village government in determining prospective aid recipients more precisely and objectively. The method used in this system is Profile Matching, which is by comparing the criteria data for prospective aid recipients with the ideal profile that has been determined based onpoverty standards. This method measures the suitability between actual values and ideal values by calculating the GAP value as the basis for calculating the ranking. The results of this study are the availability of a computer-based system that is able to provide recommendations for prospective poor residents quickly, accurately, and transparently. The benefits of this system are to help the village government in making fairer decisions and increasing public trust in the process of determining aid recipients.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketersediaan stok mata uang asing pada cabang PT. Haji La Tunrung AMC terhadap volume kebutuhan konsumen menggunakan metode K-Means. Penelitian didasarkan pada banyaknya kebutuhan mata uang asing untuk penukaran sehingga ada kelebihan dan kekurangan stok mata uang asing yang mengakibatkan penumpukan stok. Diperlukannya analisis data besar atas  ketersedian stok mata uang asing secara cepat dan akurat dalam memenuhi permintaan mata uang asing yang dibutuhkan. Peneliti menggunakan data primer dari PT Haji La Tunrung AMC periode 2019-2023  dengan akumulasi data terhadap penjualan 352.990 mata uang asing dan data sekunder dari literatur.  Terdapat hasil 5 klaster adalah yang terbaik berdasarkan Elbow Method dengan DBI terendah (0.2922) dan Silhouette Score tinggi (0.7913). Hasil ini menunjukan juga mata uang mana saja yang direkomendasi dengan skala preoritas sesuai kebutuhan stok, Cluster 0: "Kategori Tinggi" Cluster 1: "Kategori Menengah Tinggi" Cluster 2: "Kategori Menengah" Cluster 3: "Kategori Menengah Rendah" Cluster 4: "Kategori Rendah". This study aims to analyze the Availability of Foreign Currency Stock at PT. Haji La Tunrung AMC Branch Against the Volume of Consumer Needs Using the K-Means Method. The study is based on the large amount of foreign currency in circulation for exchange so that there is an excess and shortage of foreign currency stock which results in accumulation. It is necessary to analyze big data on the availability of Foreign Currency Stock quickly and accurately in meeting the demand for foreign currency needed. The researcher used primary data from PT Haji La Tunrung AMC for the period 2019-2023 with accumulated data on sales of 352,990 and secondary data from the literature. 5 clusters are the best based on the Elbow Method with the lowest DBI (0.2922) and high Silhouette Score (0.7913). These results also show which currencies are recommended with a priority scale according to stock needs, Cluster 0: "High Category" Cluster 1: "High Medium Category" Cluster 2: "Middle Category" Cluster 3: "Low Medium Category" Cluster 4: "Low Category".

Abstract

Olahraga memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesehatan fisik dan mental serta mencegah risiko penyakit kronis. Namun, berdasarkan laporan World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2022 menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 1,4 miliar orang dewasa di dunia masih mengalami kurangnya aktivitas fisik, yang meningkatkan risiko penyakit kronis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan chatbot asistensi olahraga untuk membantu individu menjaga rutinitas olahraga yang konsisten. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model iterative incremental, sedangkan Natural Language Processing (NLP) berbasis spaCy digunakan sebagai metode pemrosesan teks untuk memahami input pengguna. Selain itu, chatbot diintegrasikan dengan API Large Language Model (LLM) Gemini untuk menghasilkan respons berdasarkan basis pengetahuan chatbot. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan kinerja chatbot yang baik, dengan akurasi 79%, presisi 85%, recall 79%, dan F1-score 77%. Pengujian black-box mencatat tingkat keberhasilan 91,67% dari 12 skenario. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa chatbot asistensi olahraga ini efektif dalam mendukung pola hidup sehat dan dapat menjadi pendekatan teknologi untuk membantu meningkatkan aktivitas fisik secara mandiri Exercise plays an important role in improving both physical and mental health while also preventing the risk of chronic diseases. However, according to the 2022 World Health Organization (WHO) report, approximately 1.4 billion adults worldwide still experience physical inactivity, which increases the risk of chronic diseases. This research aims to develop an exercise assistance chatbot to help individuals maintain a consistent workout routine. The system development process follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) iterative incremental model, while Natural Language Processing (NLP) using spaCy is employed for text processing to understand user input. Additionally, the chatbot is integrated with Gemini’s Large Language Model (LLM) API to generate responses based on its knowledge base. Evaluation results indicate good chatbot performance, with an accuracy of 79%, precision of 85%, recall of 79%, and an F1-score of 77%. Black-box testing recorded a 91.67% success rate across 12 test scenarios. These results suggest that the exercise assistance chatbot is effective in promoting a healthy lifestyle and serves as a technological solution to encourage independent physical activity.

Abstract

Desa Penatahan merupakan desa wisata yang menawarkan potensi destinasi unggul bagi Wisatawan, seperti pemandian air panas alami dan keindahan alam yang memukau. Pengelolaan informasi destinasi wisata desa ini masih mempunyai masalah akan kurangnya penyebaran informasi destinasi wisata di desa penatahan, sehingga menyulitkan wisatawan memperoleh informasi yang akurat dan terkini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pengelolaan destinasi wisata berbasis web menggunakan Metode User Centered Design (UCD). Metode User Centered Design diterapkan untuk memfokuskan pada kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem yang dihasilkan mencakup fitur-fitur seperti data destinasi wisata, transaksi, dan informasi dasboard guna meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Dari hasil pengujian Usability didapatkan keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memenuhi fungsionalitas mempunyai tingkat kegunaan yang cukup baik dan efektif dengan nilai 94,29%. Hasil Blackbox Testing juga menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi pariwisata ini telah berfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional yang diinginkan. Penalahan Village is a tourist village that offers potential superior destinations for tourists, such as natural hot springs and stunning natural beauty. However, the management of information on tourist destinations in this village still lacks knowledge about tourist destinations in Penetahan Village, especially hot springs, making it difficult for tourists to obtain accurate and up-to-date information. This research aims to design and build a web-based tourist destination management information system using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. The User Centered Design method is applied to focus on user needs. The resulting system includes features such as tourist destination data, transactions and dashboard information. to improve user experience. From the results of the usability test, it was found that the system fulfills the functionality and has a fairly good and effective level of usability with a value of 94.29%. The results of Blackbox Testing also show that this tourism information system has functioned in accordance with the desired functional requirements

Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya kebutuhan akan layanan transportasi yang efisien, di mana rental mobil menjadi solusi praktis bagi individu dan perusahaan. Namun, perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola armada dan menentukan keputusan pembelian kendaraan yang tepat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelompokkan unit kendaraan berdasarkan data penyewaan yang dikumpulkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah K-Means Clustering, yang memungkinkan pengelompokan data berdasarkan karakteristik serupa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat cluster optimal berhasil diidentifikasi, dengan Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) terendah sebesar 0,834135. Setiap cluster mewakili kategori unit berdasarkan lama sewa dan anggaran, memberikan wawasan berharga bagi perusahaan dalam manajemen pengelolaan armada kendaraan secara efektif dalam memberikan rekomendasi unit yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan metode K-Means sebagai alat bantu untuk perusahaan dalam menentukan jenis mobil yang banyak tersewa sehingga memudahkan dalam pengecekkan perawatan armada. Selain itu penerapan metode K-Means juga membantu dalam memberikan rekomendasi unit kepada pelanggan sesuai dengan anggaran yang diinginkan This research is motivated by the increasing need for efficient transportation services, where car rentals have become a practical solution for individuals and companies. However, companies face challenges in managing their fleet and making appropriate vehicle purchase decisions. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the grouping of vehicle units based on collected rental data. The method used is K-Means Clustering, which allows data grouping based on similar characteristics. The research results indicate that four optimal clusters were successfully identified, with the lowest Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) of 0.834135. Each cluster represents a unit category based on rental duration and budget, providing valuable insights for companies in effectively managing their vehicle fleet and providing unit recommendations that suit customer needs. This study emphasizes the importance of applying the K-Means method as a tool for companies in determining the types of cars that are in high demand, making it easier to check fleet maintenance. In addition, the application of the K-Means method also helps in providing unit recommendations to customers according to their desired budget

Abstract

Meningkatnya keluhan dan pujian pelanggan terhadap layanan internet menunjukkan pentingnya memahami opini publik secara menyeluruh. Jika hal ini tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik, perusahaan provider internet dapat kehilangan peluang untuk memperbaiki layanan secara tepat sasaran, yang pada akhirnya menurunkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sentimen pelanggan terhadap perusahaan penyedia layanan internet Biznet menggunakan Text Mining dengan algoritma Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Data diambil dari X.com (Twitter) menggunakan Tweepy, lalu diproses melalui pembersihan, normalisasi, tokenisasi, pelabelan sentimen dengan VADER, serta ekstraksi fitur menggunakan TF-IDF (Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency) untuk mengubah teks menjadi data numerik yang relevan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa SVM dengan kernel Sigmoid memberikan akurasi tertinggi (94,29%), diikuti oleh SVM Linear (93,92%) dan Naïve Bayes Bernoulli (88,21%).  Berdasarkan akurasi, precision, recall, dan F1-score, SVM dengan kernel Sigmoid menjadi metode terbaik untuk analisis sentimen layanan perusahaan penyedia internet Biznet. Analisis sentimen ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan memahami opini pelanggan secara lebih mendalam, sehingga perusahaan provider internet dapat menyusun strategi peningkatan layanan yang tepat sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. The increasing number of customer complaints and compliments regarding internet services highlights the importance of thoroughly understanding public opinion. If not properly leveraged, Biznet company may miss opportunities to improve their services effectively, ultimately reducing customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze customer sentiment toward Biznet using Text Mining techniques with the Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. Data was collected from X.com (Twitter) using Tweepy, then processed through cleaning, normalization, tokenization, sentiment labeling using VADER, and feature extraction using TF-IDF (Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency) to convert text into relevant numerical data. The results show that the SVM with a Sigmoid kernel achieved the highest accuracy (94.29%), followed by the Linear SVM (93.92%) and Bernoulli Naïve Bayes (88.21%). Based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score, the SVM with a Sigmoid kernel is the best method for sentiment analysis of internet provider company’s services. This sentiment analysis is expected to help the company gain deeper insights into customer opinions, enabling the development of targeted strategies for service improvement that align with user needs.

Abstract

Jurusan Teknik Elektro Politeknik Negeri Manado, saat ini masih menggunakan verifikasi dan validasi dokumen secara manual. Tentu hal ini menyebabkan dokumen yang di verifikasi berantakan, tidak teratur serta terlambat sehingga banyak mahasiswa yang memerlukan waktu untuk menunggu dan banyak menimbulkaan mahasiswa yang tidak jujur karena telah memalsukan dokumen yang akan di verifikasi Dosen demi mempercepat waktu pengurusan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi pengesahan verifikasi dan validasi keabsahaan dokumen Kartu Hasil Studi dengan menerapkan qr-code sebagai tanda tangan elektronik. Bentuk tanda tangan digital yang dihasilkan adalah dalam Quick Response Code (QR Code) menggunakan metode enkripsi MD5. Dengan adanya aplikasi pengesahan verifikasi dan validasi keabsahan dokumen digital ini dapat mengatasi masalah keabsahaan dokumen KHS dan tidak akan menimbulkan lagi kecurangan yang merugikan mahasiswa dan dosen. Hasil pengujian dengan black-box menunjukkan sistem dapat dioperasikan 100% dan hasil pengujian angket atau kuesioner kepada responden mendapatkan presentase nilai 88.94% dan masuk ke dalam kategori Sangat baik pada skala Likert. The Department of Electrical Engineering, Manado State Polytechnic, still uses manual document verification and validation. Of course, this causes the documents being verified to be messy, disorganized, and late so that many students need time to wait and many students are dishonest because they have falsified documents that will be verified by lecturers to speed up the processing time. Therefore, this research aims to create an application for verification and validation of the validity of the Study Results Card document by applying a QR code as an electronic signature. The digital signature is produced using a Quick Response Code (QR Code) using the MD5 encryption method. The application for verification and validation of the validity of digital documents can overcome the problem of the validity of KHS documents and will no longer give rise to fraud that is detrimental to students and lecturers. The results of black-box testing show that the system can be operated 100% and the results of questionnaire testing for respondents get a percentage score of 88.94% and are in the Very Good category on Likert Scale.

Abstract

 Sustainable village development requires a data-driven approach to enhance transparency and the effectiveness of public services. However, one of the challenges faced by the Babakanmulya village government is the inability to make well-informed decisions due to the available data being in raw form and not yet processed into meaningful information. This study aims to design and implement a Business Intelligence dashboard using Google Looker Studio by integrating the DIKW (Data, Information, Knowledge, Wisdom) framework in managing village community data. By collecting demographic, economic, educational, and health data, this research transforms raw data into relevant and easily understandable information. The analysis of this information provides deep insights into the community's social and economic conditions as well as their participation in government programs. Consequently, village authorities can make more informed and data-driven decisions to formulate more effective policies that enhance community welfare. The implementation of automated reporting using Google Apps Script also ensures that up-to-date information can be delivered to stakeholders in a timely manner. This study demonstrates that applying the DIKW framework in a Business Intelligence dashboard can improve the planning and execution of village development in a more responsive and inclusive manner while assisting the village government in overcoming data-driven decision-making challenges.

Abstract

Sistem e-voting konvensional masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan krusial seperti manipulasi data, kurangnya transparansi, dan kerahasiaan pemilih yang tidak terjamin. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem e-voting berbasis blockchain dengan memanfaatkan smart contract guna menjamin validitas suara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melaui metode kualitatif, sedangkan pengembangan sistem mengikuti pendekatan Agile. Sistem diimplementasikan pada jaringan Ethereum testnet (Base Sepolia) menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Solidity dan framework Next.js. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode blackbox untuk memverifikasi fungsi sistem, serta User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk mengevaluasi tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap kemudahan penggunaan dan kepercayaan terhadap sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memfasilitasi proses pemilihan digital yang aman, terdesentralisasi, dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Solusi ini berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi dan kepercayaan dalam pemilihan organisasi mahasiswa secara daring. Conventional e-voting systems continue to face critical issues such as data manipulation, lack of transparency, and insufficient voter confidentiality. To address these challenges, this study develops a blockchain-based e-voting system utilizing smart contracts to ensure vote authenticity. A qualitative method was used for data collection, and the system was developed using an Agile approach. The system was implemented on the Ethereum testnet blockchain (Base Sepolia) using Solidity and the Next.js framework. Testing was conducted using blackbox methods to verify system functionality, as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to evaluate user perceptions regarding usability and trust in the system. The results indicate that the system can facilitate a secure, decentralized digital voting process that is well-received by users. This solution has the potential to enhance both efficiency and trust in student organization elections conducted online.
