Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the relationship between peace, employee engagement, and organizational performance. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are The relationship between peace, employee engagement, and organizational performance is very important in the world of work. Because the desire to be able to increase employee engagement, employees who feel motivated tend to be more committed and involved. Engaged employees are more motivated to work hard in helping to achieve organizational goals, which in turn will improve organizational performance. Therefore, to achieve the best results, a balance is needed between peace, employee engagement, and organizational performance. Because the three elements influence each other in creating a productive and successful work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the application of sharia principles in Hasanah Card products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Cemara Asri. The background of the study includes the increasing market demand for banking products that comply with sharia principles. The research questions focus on the extent to which Bank Syariah Indonesia implements sharia principles in Hasanah Card products and how the market responds to its implementation. The research method uses a qualitative approach with interviews and document analysis. The provisional hypothesis shows that the implementation of sharia principles in Hasanah Card includes aspects of transparency, fairness, and sharia compliance. However, the adoption of this product still faces some challenges in terms of public understanding and acceptance of sharia features. The author concludes that while Bank Syariah Indonesia has taken sharia principles into account in the development of the Hasanah Card product, further efforts are needed to improve public understanding and acceptance and strengthen overall sharia compliance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of the Poverty Severity Index, Number of Poor Population, PDRB per Capita, and Number of Aid Recipients on the Human Development Index in West Java in 2018-2022. The research carried out is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The research tool used is panel data regression analysis with the selected Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Based on the panel data regression, it is explained that the Poverty Severity Index and the Number of Poor People have a negative effect on the Human Development Index, while PDRB per Capita and the Number of Aid Recipients have a positive effect on the Human Development Index in West Java Province in 2018-2022.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing, brand position, and brand equity on the effectiveness of digital marketing in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) food sector in Pakem District. In the ever-evolving digital era, MSMEs face challenges in utilizing technology in their marketing strategies. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires distributed to MSME actors in the area. The results of the analysis show that social media marketing has a significant positive effect on brand awareness and product sales, while a strong brand position and high brand equity also contribute to increasing customer loyalty and perceptions of product quality. These findings emphasize the importance of utilizing social media as a tool not only for promotion but also to build closer relationships with consumers. Thus, this study provides insight for MSME actors to optimize their digital marketing strategies in order to increase competitiveness and business growth, as well as being a reference for the government in formulating policies that support the development of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

This project aims to manage organic waste in Sambikerep District, Surabaya, through the cultivation of maggots and oyster mushrooms as part of a circular economy concept. The activity is conducted by Master of Management students from Universitas Airlangga in a Creating Shared Value (CSV) program to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 1 (No Poverty) and SDG 13 (Climate Action). This program provides economic opportunities for low-income communities, especially housewives, and promotes climate change adaptation and mitigation. The program’s success indicators include the number of participants, participant feedback, and the availability of supporting facilities, all of which were achieved successfully. A Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis was also conducted to assess the program's impact on stakeholders, including students, local residents, and partners. The program results provide various skills and benefits, such as leadership, communication, and community relations, measured in monetary terms as a proxy for the training and resources provided.

Abstract

                   This study aims to analyze the impact of Bank Service Quality (BSQ) and digital technology utilization on customer satisfaction at Bank BCA. This research is conducted due to the importance of enhancing service quality and digital technology in the banking industry. The study subjects are customers using new savings account services at the Surakarta branch of Bank BCA, with a sample of 120 randomly selected respondents. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that BSQ and digital technology utilization significantly affect customer satisfaction, with an R Square value of 0.956, meaning 95.6% of the variability in customer satisfaction can be explained by these two variables. The t-test shows that both variables have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, both individually and simultaneously. The study's limitations include a sample restricted to a single bank and limited variables, which may not capture all factors influencing customer satisfaction. Future research is advised to expand the scope and variables and to use more diverse research methods. This study recommends improving service quality and digital technology to enhance customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The service of entrusting foreign products is a business phenomenon that is growing rapidly in Indonesia, but still causes problems, including losses experienced by consumers. Due to the confiscation of overseas entrusted service products by the Immigration authorities. This research aims to analyze liability for consumer losses in overseas product entrustment services in terms of statutory regulations and the DSN-MUI Fatwa. This type of research is normative juridical with a conceptual approach and statutory regulations, data is collected through document study, data is processed and analyzed qualitatively. The results of this research show that liability for consumer losses according to the Consumer Protection Law requires jastipers to provide compensation to consumers. Regulation of entrusted services can refer to the Trade Law, ITE Law, Government Regulations on Trade Through Electronic Systems and the Consumer Protection Law. Meanwhile, in the perspective of the DSN-MUI fatwa regarding the Ijarah contract, responsibility for consumer losses refers to the provisions on rental benefits in compensation if Al-Ta'addi, Al-Taqshir and Mukhalafat al-Syuruth are carried out. Integration between statutory regulations and fatwas is needed to increase consumer protection and encourage responsible business practices in the foreign product delivery service industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the role of the creative economy through MSMEs in realizing sustainable tourism. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that the creative economy through MSMEs has a very important role in realizing sustainable tourism. There are several ways for the creative economy through MSMEs to realize sustainable tourism including the advancement of local culture, development of local products and services, innovation and collaboration, increasing local community participation, homestays and local investment, and environmental preservation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of digital marketing strategies on the growth of startup businesses. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that there are several positive impacts of digital marketing on the growth of startup businesses, namely first, digital marketing allows startup businesses to reach a wider audience globally, not limited to geographical boundaries. By using tools such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and content marketing. Second, it allows startup businesses to interact directly with potential customers through various online communication channels such as social media, email, and direct conversations. Third, it helps startup businesses to achieve their marketing goals, increase revenue, build brand awareness, and strengthen relationships with customers.

Abstract

Economic growth describes an increase in the standard of living as measured by real output per person. Economic growth is often associated with the process of increasing the production capacity of an economy which is manifested in the form of an increase in national income. In this study, this study uses a quantitative research type. Quantitative research is conducted by analyzing numbers that are measured and calculated using mathematical or statistical tools. Data in the form of numbers will be processed using mathematical or statistical tools to obtain information behind the numbers. The data used in this study were obtained from statistical reports from BPS, BAZNAS and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs on the official websites of each institution. The results of this study found that zakat and MSMEs have an effect on economic growth in Indonesia, while inflation has no effect in this study.
