Abstract

Digital transformation in education has been rapidly advancing, particularly in online exam systems implemented at SMP Swasta Ir. H. Djuanda Tebing Tinggi. One of the main challenges in online exams is the potential for cheating, which can arise due to the identical order of questions among participants. To address this issue, this research implements the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm, aimed at randomizing the order of questions and answers in a fair and consistent manner. The results show that the implementation of this algorithm reduces the possibility of collusion and cheating among students. The online exam system developed using PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP successfully enhances fairness in the exam, ensuring that each student receives a different question order. This study contributes to the development of a fairer and more efficient online exam system, while also improving the student user experience.

Abstract

Kajian ini menganalisis kepemimpinan teknokratis Xi Jinping dalam memobilisasi riset, teknologi, industri pertahanan, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia unggul sebagai fondasi modernisasi militer Tiongkok, serta relevansinya bagi Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari fenomena kebangkitan Tiongkok sebagai kekuatan global, di mana Xi memadukan visi politik dengan pendekatan teknokratis untuk memperkuat ekosistem pertahanan nasional berbasis inovasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami secara mendalam model kepemimpinan Xi serta menggali pelajaran strategis yang dapat diterapkan Indonesia dalam reformulasi pertahanan dan digitalisasi TNI. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, didukung analisis literatur, dokumen resmi, dan kebijakan terkait civil-military fusion. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa Xi mengintegrasikan riset dan teknologi melalui strategi innovation-driven development, mempercepat industrialisasi pertahanan dengan konsep civil-military fusion, serta membangun SDM unggul melalui reformasi pendidikan tinggi dan nasionalisme ilmiah. Karakter teknokratis Xi tercermin dari orientasi pada efisiensi, keberlanjutan, dan orkestrasi sumber daya nasional secara terukur. Bagi Indonesia, pengalaman Tiongkok memberikan pelajaran penting untuk memperkuat riset pertahanan, mengembangkan industri dalam negeri, membangun SDM adaptif terhadap teknologi militer mutakhir, serta mempercepat digitalisasi TNI guna menghadapi ancaman hibrida dan persaingan global. Kontribusi kajian ini terletak pada perluasan perspektif komparatif dalam studi pertahanan modern, sekaligus memberikan rekomendasi aplikatif bagi strategi pertahanan Indonesia.

Abstract

Delay in patient treatment in hospitals often occurs due to the limitations of conventional emergency communication systems such as manual bells or hard buttons, which are difficult for patients with physical disabilities to use. This study aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based emergency alarm system using an ESP32 microcontroller with a capacitive touch sensor as input, and realtime notification via the Telegram application. The research method applied is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with a prototyping approach. The designed system activates a local buzzer and automatically sends notifications to nurses through a Telegram Bot. Test results indicate that the system works properly, sends notifications quickly, and is easy to operate without special technical training. This system is expected to improve medical staff responsiveness to patient emergencies and enhance healthcare service quality.

Abstract

Kenyataan yang di peroleh penelitian di Ssb Elang Sakti Fc U 13-15 Kerinci diketahui latihan dodging run terbukti efektif dalam mengasah kemampuan pemain dalam dribbling bola secara lincah, cepat, dan terkontrol ,yang merupakan aspek penting dalam teknik dasar sepakbola. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dodging run terhadap keterampilan dribbling permainan sepakbola Ssb Elang Sakti FC U 13-14 Kerinci. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dodging run terhadap keterampilan dribbling permainan sepakbola Ssb Elang Sakti FC U 13-14 Kerinci. Jumlah sampel yaitu 25 pemain Ssb Elang Sakti FC dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil dari tes awal (pretest) yaitu 60% ketegori kurang sekali dan tes akhir (posttest) yaitu 90 % kategori Baik, dengan jumlah rata-rata 46% baik. Sehingga terjadi perubahan dari tes awal (pretest) ke tes akhir (Posttest).  Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai-nilai t hitung (72,714) > t tabel (1,708) bahwa nilai signifikansinya adalah 0,000 berarti < 0,05. Berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada dodging run terhadap keterampilan dribbling pada permain sepakbola Ssb Elang Sakti FC U 13-15 Kerinci. Kesimpulan yaitu terdapat pengaruh dodging run terhadap keterampilan dribbling pada pemain sepakbola Ssb Elang Sakti FC U 13-15 Kerinci.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty at CV Galaxy Maju Bersama car workshop in Bekasi City. The research employed a quantitative approach with 200 respondents, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25. A series of statistical tests were carried out, including data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the t-test show that both service quality and price variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, the F-test results indicate that these two variables simultaneously exert a significant influence on customer loyalty. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that service quality and affordable pricing play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer loyalty, particularly at car workshops located in Bekasi City. These findings emphasize the importance of excellent service strategies and competitive pricing policies in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Marriage dispensation is a legal mechanism that allows for exceptions to the minimum age of marriage under certain conditions. This study examines the granting of marriage dispensations at the Jombang Religious Court and their relationship with early marriage and divorce patterns. A juridical-empirical method was applied, including analysis of court administrative data, interviews with judges, and literature review. The findings indicate that, although the number of dispensation requests has declined, the predominant reason remains pregnancy outside of marriage, alongside economic, educational, and cultural factors. Granting these dispensations has significant implications, including increased vulnerability of young couples to school dropout, reproductive health issues, and economic burdens on families. From a legal perspective, the findings highlight a gap between the objectives of Law No. 16/2019 and its implementation in practice. These results provide important insights for policymakers, legal practitioners, and social institutions aiming to reduce child marriage and its adverse consequences

Abstract

The rapid development of telecommunications technology drives the need for faster and more stable internet networks. One solution that is widely implemented is the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) network with Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) technology. This study discusses the implementation of a GPON-based FTTH network in PT Envision, which aims to improve the quality of internet services for tenants and visitors. The methods used in this implementation include designing network topology, selecting Optical Line Terminal (OLT) and Optical Network Terminal (ONT) devices, as well as the network installation and configuration process. The implementation results show that GPON technology is able to provide high-speed internet connections, low latency, and efficiency in bandwidth distribution. By using passive architecture, this network is also more energy efficient and operational cost efficient compared to conventional copper cable technology. The successful implementation of the FTTH network with GPON in PT Envision Bekasi is expected to be a reference for shopping centers or other commercial areas in improving their telecommunications infrastructure.

Abstract

Retirement is a significant life transition often accompanied by psychological stress due to the loss of role, routine, and identity. However, many retirees lack effective strategies to manage this stress, leading to decreased well-being. This study aims to interpret the self-care strategies employed by the character Ben Whittaker in the film The Intern (2015) to cope with post-retirement stress, analyzed through the lens of Lazarus & Folkman's coping theory. Using a qualitative descriptive case study design, the data from the film were analyzed through thematic analysis based on Lazarus & Folkman's coding framework (primary appraisal, secondary appraisal, problem-focused coping, emotion-focused coping). The results show that Ben's self-care process begins with an honest primary appraisal of his losses as a threat, triggering reflective emotion-focused coping. He then proactively engages in problem-focused coping by creating new routines and seeking challenging roles, while simultaneously maintaining emotional balance through social connectivity and positive nostalgia. The pinnacle of his adaptation is the mature integration of both coping strategies to navigate complex interpersonal dilemmas. Theoretically, this study enriches the transactional model by illustrating the dynamic, non-linear integration of coping strategies in later life. Practically, it offers a narrative model for developing psychosocial interventions that emphasize agency, social reconnection, and holistic self-care for retirees, suggesting that educational modules based on this film could facilitate healthy coping discussions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate comprehensively the authority of single judges in examining simple civil cases based on Supreme Court Regulation Number 2 of 2015. This study employs normative legal research methods with statute approach, conceptual approach, and case approach to examine vague norms and potential norm conflicts in single judge judicial authority regulation. Primary legal materials include relevant legislation, particularly Supreme Court Regulation Number 2 of 2015 and its amendments, while secondary materials comprise academic literature and scientific journals discussing theoretical and practical aspects of simple court systems. The research results indicate that the juridical construction of single judge authority is built on hierarchical legal foundations starting from the 1945 Constitution to Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, with Supreme Court Regulation Number 2 of 2015 serving as lex specialis regulating simple claim procedures with maximum material value of Rp. 200,000,000. Implementation of single judge authority faces various complex challenges including workload issues, competency constraints, and the need for adequate infrastructure support. Harmonization analysis reveals potential norm conflicts requiring systematic interpretation and comprehensive juridical solutions. This research contributes to enriching civil procedural law scholarship and provides practical references for legal practitioners and policymakers in optimizing simple claim systems to enhance justice access for society.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of plyometric training on the heading ability of football players at SSB Naposdo Samosir Regency. Plyometric training was applied twice a week for one to two months with a pre-test and post-test experimental design to measure changes in heading ability. The study sample consisted of 20 players who were registered and actively participated in SSB Naposdo activities, using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in players' heading ability after participating in plyometric training, as indicated by the comparison of the pre-test and post-test average scores, from 4.45 to 6.55. The t-test results showed a t-value of 6.650, which is higher than the critical t-value of 1.729, meaning plyometric training had a positive effect on heading ability improvement. Physiologically, plyometric training improves lower leg explosive power, body coordination, timing, and heading strength. This study proves that plyometric training is effective in enhancing heading ability and can be implemented in regular training programs to improve football performance at SSB Naposdo Samosir Regency.
