Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the community in forming easy morals and the social character of children who attend elementary school  Jemurwonosari 1. This study looks at how community leaders and community efforts are involved in forming easy morals and supporting and inhibiting factors. This descriptive qualitative research uses data collection techniques through interviews and field observations. The problem studied is the role of society in shaping the easy morals and social character of elementary school children from the supporting and inhibiting factors of community activities in forming the easy morals and social character of children in the Jemurwonosari sub-district. This research shows how the local community participates in monitoring children’s behaviour and social character. The form of supervision is in the form of instaling CCTV in several hauses in the surrounding complex, holding regular, studies every weekend which aims to increase knowledge about religion by bringing in ulama figures from outside and collaborating with the school, especially the homeroom teacher so that they can monitor children’s activites while at school. the focus of this research emphasises that society as participants supports the formation of children’s Morals and social character.

Abstract

The influence of lesson plans is a crucial aspect in the educational context, playing an important role in improving the quality of learning. Lesson plans are structured guides used by teachers to plan and manage the learning process in the classroom. By adhering to curriculum and syllabus standards, lesson plans assist teachers in customising appropriate learning strategies to the needs and abilities of learners. This includes not only the development of subject matter but also innovative approaches to facilitate deep understanding and strengthening of learners' competencies. This study aims to analyse the effect of lesson plans on learning quality. The method used by the author in this research is a qualitative method with a literature review approach. Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) has a very important role in determining the quality of learning in schools. Well-constructed lesson plans based on the applicable curriculum can provide clear direction in the learning process, from planning, and implementation, to evaluation. Effective implementation of lesson plans can increase learner engagement and understanding, as well as assist teachers in developing learning strategies that suit the needs and characteristics of learners.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence Micro Teaching learning has on the readiness to carry out PPL for PAI study program students. This research uses quantitative research and includes population research. The data source is data from the results of distributing questionnaires. The technique for collecting data is a questionnaire. Data validity was obtained through the results of validity tests of 40 respondents. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the Simple Linear Regression Test in this study obtained a constant value (a) of 12,030, which means that the consistent value of the Micro Teaching Learning variable is 12,030, and self-readiness to carry out PPL (b/ regression coefficient) is 0.780, which states that the addition of 1% of Learning Micro Teaching, then the value of self-readiness to carry out PPL increases by 0.780, then the Simple Linear Regression equation Y= 12,030 + 0.780 means the influence is strong or high and the R Square value is 0.404, which means this research has a positive influence of 40.4%. Based on the results above, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a positive influence on Micro Teaching Learning on the Readiness of Carrying out PPL for PAI Study Program Students at Sangatta Islamic College (STAI) of 40, 4% and 59.6% are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and describe various strategies for developing teacher professionalism that can be applied in various educational contexts. Teacher professionalism is very important in improving the quality of education, because teachers have a strategic role in developing students' potential. The challenges faced by teachers are increasingly complex with stechnological developments, curriculum changes, and society's demands for educational outcomes. This research uses a library research approach to analyze relevant theories and concepts. Research findings show that teacher professional development involves various aspects, including pedagogical competence, content knowledge, and educational technology capabilities. Effective professional development strategies will help teachers improve their competence, strengthen commitment, and motivate them in carrying out their duties. Thus, developing teacher professionalism is the main key in creating an effective and quality education system in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is based on the ethics of students in socializing in society which is less than optimal due to time constraints. Where, the time at school to learn and develop self-potential, religious spiritual abilities, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed in himself and society is certainly less than optimal. Then from here, several questions arise regarding social dynamics in schools from a social system perspective and how to describe the analysis of social structures and interaction processes in the school context. This study aims to determine the relationship between students' social interactions at school and in the community as a social system that involves interactions between individuals who have different functions and roles, as well as various norms, values, and structures that regulate their behaviour. Then to elaborate on the analysis of social structures and social interaction processes in the school context, in this view, we will explore various aspects of social structures in the school context including hierarchical structures, classroom dynamics, relationships between students and teachers, as well as the roles of parents and administrative staff. The formal institution that is the object of this research is located at SMA Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara, East Kutai Regency. The research method that we conducted was a qualitative field method by collecting data as well as observations and interviews. From the research we conducted, it can be understood that school is an educational system that refers to social norms or values that need to be instilled in students in their practice to the community as well as the social structure and interaction process in school as a system emphasizing status, role, and power so that it will affect learning motivation and achievement.

Abstract

Education is an important and complex social phenomenon, influenced by various social, economic and cultural factors. The relationship between education and social stratification is interrelated in shaping the structure of society, especially in studying how education affects opportunity and equality, as well as how social stratification impacts individual success in various levels of society. Education aims to encourage the progress of humanity and the nation. This research aims to explain educational policies and practices that can reduce social stratification and identify the obstacles that influence these efforts. The study was conducted at SMKN 1 Sangatta Utara using qualitative methods through direct interviews and observation. The research results show that despite challenges and obstacles in the education sector, such as unequal access and economic disparities, SMKN 1 Sangatta Utara strives to reduce inequality by implementing inclusive and fair education policies. The school's efforts have had a positive impact in creating more equitable access to education and reducing social stratification.

Abstract

The role of teachers in the era of globalization and modernization is not only limited to the learning process in the classroom, but also includes a strategic role as an agent of change both in the school environment and society. Teachers have a major influence in transferring knowledge, values, and skills needed to face dynamic social change. As agents of change, teachers are required not only to be adaptive to technological developments and shifts in social values, but also to be drivers of positive transformation in schools and surrounding communities. This research aims to explore the role of teachers as agents of change and analyze the strategies and challenges they face in carrying out this role. Through a qualitative approach, this research explores teachers' perspectives regarding their role in building a conducive learning environment, as well as their contribution to society in instilling moral and social values. The research results show that teachers play a role as educators, motivators, facilitators and catalysts in forming positive character and culture in schools, as well as as role models and drivers of change in society. It is hoped that these findings can provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of education and increase the social role of teachers as agents of change.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of school as a social system and the factors that influence social interaction in schools by using qualitative methods and descriptive approaches. Qualitative research methods collect data in the form of descriptions and illustrations. The research location is at SMPIT Daarussalaam Sangatta Utara. The results showed that students who participated in the organization had a more social spirit than students who didn’t participate in the organization. Because several factors influence this. The impact of students who don’t participate in the organization is a low social spirit, sense of empathy, and lack of leadership. The solution is that every man and woman must understand differences, think wisely, and be able to develop their potential. This research confirms that in this modern era, generations must have a good social spirit and have great potential to shape a more advanced world. Therefore, educational institutions need to provide support and resources to help young people build their social spirit.

Abstract

Character education is an important process in forming character and morals. In the family context, character education plays a major role because the family is the first role model for children in developing potential and building character. This research aims to explore how to educate personal and family character and describe the aspects that need to be considered in family character education in order to achieve harmony in the household. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation methods, semi-structured interviews and documentation. Data collection was carried out through direct experience of researchers at the Farishul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. The results of the research show that the process of character formation in the family can start with the habit of positive attitudes and providing good role models for children. The findings also indicate that integration between the roles of children, parents and the environment is very necessary to ensure the success of character education in the family.

Abstract

Education is a key factor in encouraging social mobility in Indonesia. However, unequal access to quality education, especially in rural areas, creates significant gaps in opportunities to improve social status. This research aims to analyze the impact of gaps in educational access and family economic factors on social mobility in South Sangatta. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews with various relevant informants. The research results show that limited access to adequate education in South Sangatta has a direct impact on the low level of social mobility. Children from well-off families have greater opportunities to obtain quality education compared to children from less well-off families. Family economic factors are proven to be the main determinant in the effectiveness of education as a tool for increasing social mobility. This research highlights the need for equitable access to education and economic interventions to increase social mobility in rural areas such as South Sangatta.
