This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of online-based new student admissions management in Islamic educational institutions. The problems identified include challenges in the new student admissions process, the effectiveness of the online system, and stakeholder perceptions of the use of technology in admissions management. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with admissions managers, administrative staff, and prospective students. The research results show that the online system has provided efficiency in the admission process, but still faces several technical obstacles and resistance from several stakeholders. In addition, it was found that technology-related training and effective communication could increase acceptance of the new system. In conclusion, online-based new student admissions management offers the potential to increase efficiency and accessibility, but requires appropriate adjustments and strong support from all relevant parties

This research aims to explain the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum management in creating Pancasila Student profiles, identify obstacles in the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum management, and explore the efforts made to overcome challenges in the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum management at SMA Negeri 2 Muara Wahau. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research, which was carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Muara Wahau. The research informants consisted of the school principal, deputy principal for curriculum, and driving teachers. The data collection techniques used included observation, interviews and documentation, which were analyzed descriptively qualitatively based on the Miles and Huberman data analysis model. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum management at SMA Negeri 2 Muara Wahau has gone well, referring to the management function POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling), although there are obstacles related to understanding the concepts and objectives of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum which are still limited in among teachers, students and parents. Another obstacle is related to teachers' difficulties in determining appropriate learning methods. The proposed solution to overcome these obstacles is to involve all stakeholders in offline and online training, which aims to increase teachers' understanding of the core Merdeka Belajar curriculum and improve teachers' abilities in implementing innovative teaching methods. Apart from that, outreach to students' parents was also carried out to introduce the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in more depth.

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamic Boarding School for Quran Sciences is one of the educational institutions that contributes to efforts to increase social mobility. This research aims to understand the role of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamic Boarding School for Quran Sciences in increasing the social mobility of its students. Social mobility, which refers to the movement of individuals or groups between social dimensions, has become important in the modern educational context. The research uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that madrasas function as a bridge that connects religious values with general knowledge, as well as providing support through quality teaching staff, adequate facilities, and parental involvement. Factors such as close supervision and extracurricular activities also contribute to increasing students' social mobility. The main way that the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamic Boarding School for Quran Sciences has to increase the social mobility of its students is through maximizing efforts to fulfill existing supporting factors. Thus, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamic Boarding School for Quran Sciences has a significant role in facilitating changes in the social and economic status of students, preparing them to contribute positively to society.

Islamic education greatly influences the morals and character of teenagers, especially through the spread of religious values that are applied in everyday life. The focus of this research is to see the role of Islamic education as an agent of socialization in forming moral values among teenagers and how teenagers view the role of Islamic education in forming their moral values at Budi Luhur Mandiri Sangatta Utara Middle School. The aim of the research is to see the role of Islamic education as an agent of socialization in forming moral values among teenagers, and to find out teenagers' views on the role of Islamic education in shaping their moral values at Budi Luhur Mandiri Sangatta Utara Middle School. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive type. To collect data, researchers used interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that spiritual and religious programs such as "29 Noble Characters" and "6 Luhur Thobiats", which instill moral values among students at SMP Budi Luhur Mandiri Sangatta Utara, have worked well in socializing moral values among students. teenager. Researchers found that Islamic education at Budi Luhur Mandiri Middle School has played an important role in shaping student morality, both through school culture and habits and the application of Islamic values in everyday life. Meanwhile, teenagers' perceptions regarding how Islamic education shapes their moral values are very positive. They also say that Islamic education builds students' morals at home, in the community, and at school. Islamic education can help change the character of teenagers if implemented correctly. Therefore, it is important for educators to continue to develop interesting and relevant teaching approaches so that teenagers are interested and involved in the learning process.

This study examines the role of Islamic education in driving social change at SMA Plus Budi Luhur Mandiri. The research aims to identify the contributions of Islamic education to character development, social awareness, and student participation in social change within the school and community. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological design was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The findings reveal that Islamic education shapes students' discipline, responsibility, and politeness; enhances social awareness through empathy teaching; and fosters student involvement in social activities such as community service. Islamic education is proven to be not only a means of knowledge transfer but also an effective tool for creating positive social change.

The integration of Islamic values in the educational curriculum plays an important role in shaping students' character and behavior. This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic values in the curriculum at Al-Munawwir Sangatta Selatan Junior High School, the challenges faced, and its impact on student character. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the application of Islamic values is carried out through habits such as worship, honesty, and responsibility. The challenges faced include limited facilities, infrastructure, and inefficient teaching methods. The positive impact can be seen from the improvement of students' character, such as discipline, honesty, and good social relationships. This integration is not only important to form individuals of noble character, but also as a foundation for a moral and responsible society. Synergy between schools, families, and technology is the key to overcoming these challenges.

Pendidikan Islam di era reformasi mengalami transformasi signifikan, meliputi kebijakan, kurikulum, dan pendekatan pembelajaran. Kajian ini menganalisis dinamika pendidikan Islam di Indonesia pada era reformasi, dengan fokus pada tantangan dan peluang dalam memenuhi kebutuhan zaman modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberhasilan pendidikan Islam beradaptasi terhadap globalisasi dan modernisasi, sekaligus menjaga nilai-nilai keislaman. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan terkait kesenjangan akses dan kualitas pendidikan. Pendidikan Islam memiliki kontribusi strategis dalam membentuk karakter bangsa yang religius, toleran, dan multikultural.

This research analyzes the use of the Trello application in improving school management efficiency at SMK Negeri 5 Balikpapan through a qualitative descriptive approach based on case studies. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach based on case studies at SMK Negeri 5 Balikpapan, with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Research results show that Trello significantly improves schedule management, task distribution, and team collaboration through progress visualization, automatic reminders, and comments features. Time efficiency increases by up to 40%, while the on-time task completion rate reaches 85%. These findings support the theories of time management, Agile, and work motivation, and show that Trello has the potential to be an effective digital solution in educational management, especially in overcoming challenges related to organizing tasks and communication between team members. It is estimated that the use of applications such as Trello can be further optimized by training staff and developing more specific features according to managerial needs in educational institutions.

This study aims to examine the implementation of Guidance and Counseling (BK) services in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Ittihadiyah West Jakarta. BK services in elementary schools have an important role in supporting student development, both in personal, social and academic aspects. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through observation and structured interviews with homerooms 2 and 4. The results showed that the counseling program at MI Al-Ittihadiyah has been running since 2024 and is handled by the respective homerooms. However, limited time and resources are the main obstacles in optimizing these services. Homeroom teachers use persuasive and motivational approaches to help students overcome problems such as fighting, teasing, and academic difficulties. Nonetheless, the effectiveness of BK services is still hampered by the lack of focus and time allocated for counseling. This study recommends BK training for homeroom teachers, integration of BK services with the school management information system, periodic evaluation, and the placement of a dedicated BK teacher to improve the quality of services. Thus, BK services are expected to be more effective in supporting students' development and creating a conducive school environment.

This study aims to describe the main concepts in the schools of Islamic educational philosophy, analyze the thoughts of the main figures in Islamic educational philosophy, and identify the influence of various schools of Islamic educational philosophy on learning in Islamic educational environments. This study uses a library study method with a descriptive-analytical approach to examine the thoughts and concepts in Islamic educational philosophy. Islamic educational philosophy is divided into three main schools, namely conservative, religious-rational, and pragmatic. The conservative school, influenced by Al-Ghazali's thoughts, emphasizes the importance of education based on the development of morals and spirituality with an orientation to the afterlife. The religious-rational school, as developed by Ikhwan al-Shafa, emphasizes the balance between religious knowledge and rational knowledge to form critical and wise individuals. Meanwhile, the pragmatic school initiated by Ibn Khaldun emphasizes the relevance of education to social and economic needs, as well as strengthening practical skills that contribute to the welfare of society. This third school provides a strong philosophical foundation in Islamic education, making it not only a means of transferring knowledge but also a vehicle for character formation and improving life skills. Thus, Islamic educational philosophy remains relevant in the modern education system as an effort to develop a more holistic, adaptive, and contextual learning model.
