Abstract

This study aims to find out the Community Participation in Village Fund Management in Watu Galang Village, Mbeliling District, West Manggarai Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a type of descriptive approach. This research refers to the theory of Community Participation from Cohen and Uphof (1977) which divides community participation into four stages, namely: Community Participation Planning Stage, Implementation Stage, Results Utilization Stage, and Evaluation Stage. The results of the study show that community participation has not been maximized and tends to vary at each stage. At the planning stage, although participatory principles have been implemented, namely by inviting the community to participate in village development plan deliberations, community involvement in this process is still low. At the implementation stage, it shows more active participation, but unevenly. At the stage of utilizing the results, the community has taken advantage of the results of the village fund program in the field of development and empowerment, but public awareness of program maintenance is still minimal. At the evaluation stage, community involvement is still relatively low due to the lack of understanding of the community and the village government has not maximally provided access to the community to actively participate in the evaluation stage

Abstract

This report analyzes the implementation of digital marketing tools by DwiSapta in enhancing client brand awareness through content marketing strategies on social media. During the internship program, the author studied the application of various digital marketing tools such as Fanpage Karma, Meta Ad Library, and Google Analytics to support content strategy optimization on Instagram. The method used in this report is qualitative descriptive, including participatory observation and literature study. The observations indicate that digital marketing tools help improve brand awareness metrics such as engagement and reach. This report also provides recommendations for data-driven strategy development to support the sustainability of digital marketing campaigns.

Abstract

Blockchain is a modern technology with the capability to create a high level of transparency in data processing. Due to this capability, blockchain has begun to evolve across various sectors, one of which is the healthcare sector. This literature review examines the implementation of blockchain in healthcare systems, focusing on security management in electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical trial data management. A total of 20 journals published between 2019 and 2024 were reviewed, sourced from Google Scholar. The objective of this literature review is to gather information and data based on parameters determined by the researchers. The findings indicate that the utilization of blockchain for data security in the healthcare sector is predominantly applied to Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Furthermore, despite blockchain's significant potential across various fields, particularly in healthcare, this literature review also highlights several limitations of blockchain technology. The conclusion of this study suggests that with further innovation, blockchain can play a crucial role in enhancing security within digital healthcare, making it safer and more efficient.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze and design a new application to improve the non-unit asset opname audit procedure within PT XYZ’s Internal Audit Division. The application, developed using AppSheet (a low-code development platform), streamlines the traditional audit method, which involves multiple time-consuming steps. By employing the SDLC (classical waterfall) methodology, the new application simplifies and automates various stages of the process, resulting in a more efficient and user-friendly workflow. The application design enhances the workflow of the audit procedure by eliminating steps that does not have significant added value.

Abstract

This article discusses strategies for developing managerial skills that can enhance productivity and efficiency within organizations. Effective managerial skill development is crucial in addressing the increasingly complex challenges faced by modern organizations. Several strategies discussed include training, mentoring, continuous learning, and the use of technology. By implementing these strategies, individuals and organizations can achieve significant benefits, such as improved decision-making, higher employee satisfaction, and better operational efficiency. However, there are various challenges to be faced, including resource limitations, organizational culture that does not support, and resistance to change. This article also suggests that organizations invest in managerial skill development and create a supportive learning culture to improve performance and organizational competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5) bertampil kerumah tuhan yang ada dilingkungan sekolah SDN 20 Sungaiselan agar peserta didik dapat mengenal dan mengetahui keragaman tempat ibadah dan menanamkan rasa toleransi sejak dini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, yaitu suatu proses penelitian untuk memahami fenomena-fenomena manusia atau sosial dengan menciptakan gambaran yang menyeluruh dan kompleks yang dapat disajikan dengan kata-kata. Data dapat diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara yang mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan implementasi P5 yang sudah dilakukan pengenalan tempat-tempat ibadah , kegiatan mewarnai rumah ibadah, Menyusun puzzle, membuat objek 3D dari bahan kertas dan gelar karya.

Abstract

The Peretuq tradition in Paokkambut Hamlet is a cultural heritage of the Sasak people that continues to survive amid modern influences. This ritual combines spiritual, social, and symbolic elements into a complex healing system. It functions not only as an alternative treatment for supernatural disturbances but also as a means of personal transformation and recovery. Using Victor Turner’s ritual theory, Peretuq is understood as a liminal process guiding individuals from separation to spiritual and social reintegration. Ritual stages such as body measurement, crown pulling, chanting of mantras, and application of sembe’ represent symbolic communication with transcendent forces. Beyond spiritual healing, the tradition reflects a unique blend of local wisdom and Islamic values. Thus, Peretuq plays a vital role in maintaining cultural identity, social solidarity, and spiritual balance within Sasak society.

Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a condition in which the kidneys have experienced damage or functional or structural disorders. The condition of the kidneys experiencing decreased function and being unable to remove waste products through urine can result in disruption of endocrine, fluid, electrolyte, metabolic and acid-base functions, one of the consequences of which is the occurrence of edema. One of the non-pharmacological treatments for chronic kidney failure is warm water foot soak therapy with salt solution at a temperature of 38°c. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of soaking feet using warm water and salt solution to reduce the degree of edema in patients with chronic kidney failure. Method: This research uses quantitative methods with a quasi-experimental research design with a pre-test post-test control group approach. Sampling used the Purposive Sampling technique with the Roscoe method. The number of respondents was 40 respondents (Intervention and Control). This research instrument used a pitting edema scale, sphygmomanometer and observation sheet. Results: This study used the Wilcoxon test and the Mann Whitney test. Conclusion: There is an effect of soaking feet using warm water with a salt solution to reduce the degree of edema in chronic kidney failure patients with a P-value of 0.016. It is recommended to carry out further research with more samples and adding variables.

Abstract

Blockchain technology has emerged as a significant innovation across various business sectors, offering transparency, security, and operational efficiency. Blockchain is divided into two main categories public and private each with its own advantages and challenges. Public blockchains, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, enable full decentralization, enhance transparency, and reduce the need for intermediaries. However, they often face scalability issues and high transaction costs. In contrast, private blockchains offer greater control over data and network access, making them more suitable for enterprises that require efficiency and regulatory compliance, though they come with a higher risk of centralization. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze and compare both types of blockchain in a business context. By reviewing 20 relevant scholarly publications, this research identifies key factors influencing blockchain adoption, including technological readiness, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder awareness. The findings indicate that a hybrid model combining public and private blockchains is increasingly being adopted to optimize the benefits of both systems. This study is expected to serve as a reference for academics, practitioners, and policymakers in formulating optimal blockchain adoption strategies within the business sector. It also provides insights into the challenges of blockchain implementation and the potential for integration with other technologies in the future.

Abstract

The Hiring Process Is Not An Easy Or Straightforward Activity. This Turns Out To Be Quite Complicated, Time-Consuming, And Expensive, And There Is A High Probability That The Wrong Candidate Will Be Selected. As A Result, Candidates Are Sought, And Applications Are Closed. The Application Letter Is Submitted In Accordance With The Requirements Set By The Party Company. The Result Is A Group Of Job Seekers Where New Employees Who Will Be In The Next Stage Are Carried Out In The Selection Process. This Study Uses A Quantitative Research Method. The Population Used Is The Total Number Of Employees At Pt Sml Indonesia Private As Many As 150 Employees. The Sampling Process Uses Nonprobability Sampling. In This Study, The Technique Used In Obtaining And Collecting Data Is Using Questionnaires. The Result Of This Study Is An Alpha Value Of 0.487 Out Of 6 Questions In The Recruitment Variable. The Alpha Value Was 0.194 Out Of 10 Questions In The Training Variable. The Alpha Value Was 0.019 Out Of 10 Questions In The Selection Variable. The Alpha Value Is 0.375 Out Of 10 Statement Items In The Employee Performance Variable. The Conclusion Of This Study Is That The Recruitment Process At Pt. Sml Indonesia Private, Semarang, Is Carried Out According To Predetermined Procedures Through Internal And External Methods, Including Advertising And Cooperation With Universities And The Ministry Of Education, So That The Hypothesis Is Proven Correct. Recruitment Is Proven To Have A Positive And Significant Influence On The Quality Of Employee Work With A Frequency Of 0.325. In Addition, The Selection Also Shows A Positive And Significant Influence On Employee Performance, As Well As Training That Has A Similar Impact On Employee Performance In The Company.
