AT-TAKLIM: Jurnal Pendidikan Multidisiplin adalah jurnal ilmiah yang didedikasikan untuk mempublikasikan penelitian dan kajian akademis di bidang pendidikan dengan pendekatan multidisiplin. Islamic education plays a strategic role in fostering awareness and tolerance within multicultural societies such as Indonesia. Amid the diversity of ethnicities, religions, cultures, and languages, conflicts based on ethnic and religious differences (SARA) still frequently occur due to a lack of understanding of pluralistic values. Islamic education is not only aimed at shaping a religious personality but also at strengthening human values, tolerance, and social justice. Through a multicultural approach, Islamic education is expected to nurture an inclusive, humanistic, and democratic generation. This study seeks to explore the urgency and contributions of Islamic education in responding to the challenges of pluralism and to offer applicable strategies rooted in universal Islamic values to strengthen social cohesion amidst diversity.

Muslims are the luckiest people because they are given grace in the form of the sending of khatim al-Anbiya', namely the Prophet Muhammad who because of the existence of all creatures on earth were created including the prophet Adam A.S. in addition to being destined to be the people of the Prophet, we are blessed with several privileges that Allah has never given to the previous servants, this is not spared because of the blessing of the Prophet Muhammad who lobbies to us. Among these privileges are the praise and reward of Allah for carrying out His commands, amar ma'ruf nahi munkar and believing in Allah is the key to getting his reward as "Khoiroh Ummah" because these three are principles that are upheld by Allah for this ummah in forming Ukhuwah Islamiyah. This research is classified as Library Research because it uses data in a descriptive analytical manner. The research style of Tafsir Ibn Kathir has a suitable method to be used as the main source in revealing the secrets of the verses of the Qur'an which tell that the people of the prophet Muhammad are the best people, The results of this research show that Ibn Kathir's interpretation has an objective explanation in interpreting Ali Imron:110, namely the existence of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar as well as faith in Allah as the cause of being given the title "the best of the people".

The digital transformation of Human Resource Management (HRM) has driven the adoption of electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM) systems to enhance organizational efficiency. However, an efficiency-centered approach may overlook employee well-being. Within the Society 5.0 framework, technology is expected to empower humans, not merely control them. This study aims to analyze how e-HRM can be implemented in an integrative way to support both efficiency and employee well-being. A conceptual-qualitative approach was employed through a literature review of 22 accredited academic sources published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that effective e-HRM lies in the balance between administrative automation and humanistic features such as employee feedback systems, personalized learning platforms, and well-being monitoring tools. This study proposes a conceptual model of e-HRM grounded in the values of Society 5.0, placing human welfare as a central indicator of sustainable efficiency. The results are expected to serve as a reference for HR practitioners and organizational policymakers in developing adaptive and human-centered digital work systems..

This study aims to identify the communi cation styles used by teachers and analyze their impact on students’ mental health. In the context of modern education, effective communication between teachers and students is a crucial factor, not only in supporting the teaching and learning process but also in promoting students’ psychological well-being. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using interviews, questionnaires, and observations as data collection techniques. The results indicate that the democratic communication style is the most commonly applied by teachers and has a positive impact on students’ mental health, such as reducing stress and increasing self-confidence. Conversely, the authoritarian style tends to have negative effects, leading to pressure and anxiety. These findings highlight the importance of teacher training in developing supportive communication styles to foster a mentally healthy learning environment.

The digital era has brought significant changes to public service delivery, requiring government organizations to be more responsive, transparent, and efficient. This study explores the role of organizational culture in improving the quality of public services amidst digital transformation. A strong organizational culture—built on values such as commitment, innovation, and collaboration—has proven effective in enhancing employee performance and fostering a work environment that supports optimal service delivery. The study also identifies several challenges in developing an adaptive organizational culture, including resistance to change and inadequate training. Using a descriptive approach and literature review, this study concludes that the success of public services in the digital era is heavily influenced by how well organizational culture can adapt to the dynamics of the time. Therefore, strengthening organizational culture in alignment with digital transformation is essential for effective and sustainable public service delivery.

The Society 5.0 era demands that health professionals, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, work quickly, accurately, and humanely in delivering services to the public. Amid these demands, the effectiveness of pharmaceutical personnel becomes a key factor in the success of healthcare institutions. This study aims to examine the role of human resource management (HRM) based on positive psychology in enhancing the effectiveness of healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical field. Pharmaceutical health workers face complex challenges that require high levels of effectiveness—not only in technical aspects but also in interpersonal skills and psychological resilience. This article is a conceptual study that seeks to explain how a positive psychology-based HRM approach can be utilized to improve the effectiveness of pharmaceutical health personnel.

The role of teachers in implementing learning strategies is crucial to meeting the diverse learning needs of students. Since each student differs in terms of character, interests, readiness, and learning styles, teachers are required to create flexible and adaptive learning experiences. The aim of this study is to describe various strategies employed by teachers to adjust learning processes to meet students' individual needs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, combining literature studies and direct field observations to obtain in-depth information. The findings show that strategies such as differentiated instruction, the use of diverse learning media, and the application of a humanistic approach are effective methods for creating an inclusive and meaningful learning process. These approaches can increase student engagement, stimulate creativity, and help achieve learning objectives optimally. Thus, the teacher's ability to select and apply the right strategies becomes a key factor in supporting students' academic development and character formation.

As an essential part of the teaching process, teachers have a dual role: they not only teach students but also help them reach their potential, provide choices, and guide them in learning. This study aims to provide an in-depth overview of the role of teachers in the moral development of elementary school students at SDN 1 Tonjong. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach that utilizes interviews and observations. This study provides an in-depth overview of the role of teachers in the moral development of fifth-grade elementary school students at SDN 1 Tonjong. This study found that moral education not only improves students' ability to interact with others but also helps them develop values such as responsibility, tolerance, and collaboration. Moral development is crucial for character formation in students, especially in elementary school. The results of this study indicate that teachers play a crucial role in building students' morality through lessons related to good moral examples and classroom rules.

This study aims to analyze differences in language skills based on gender at SDN 1 Tukmudal. The method used is qualitative and involves 27 students. Data was obtained through observation and tests that include listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. The results of the observation show that female students are more proficient in using language, especially in terms of vocabulary and fluency. On the other hand, male students tend to use firm and concise language more often. These results are expected to be the basis for designing a learning process that is in accordance with the character of each gender.

The development of fine motor skills is an important aspect of early childhood education, particularly in relation to writing abilities. This research aims to analyze the influence of fine motor skill development on the writing abilities of first-grade students at SDN 1 TUKMUDAL. The focus of the study includes three main aspects: first, identifying the level of fine motor skill development among students; second, assessing students' writing abilities; and third, determining the correlation between fine motor skill development and writing abilities. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through observation, writing tests, and interviews with first-grade teachers. The results indicate that students with better fine motor skills have more advanced writing abilities in terms of letter formation, neatness, and writing speed. These findings are expected to provide insights for teachers in developing appropriate teaching strategies to enhance the fine motor skill development and writing abilities of early-grade students.
