Prosiding Seminar Kesehatan Nasional ISSN 3031-8572 (Online) ini merupakan kegiatan tahunan yang diselenggarakan oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (PPPM) Universitas Baiturrahim. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah kesehatan, membangun kemitraan dengan berbagai profesi kesehatan, peneliti berbagai daerah dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan, mengembangkan inovasi mutakhir bidang kesehatan. Adapun peserta Seminar kesehatan nasional ini diikuti oleh Dosen, Peneliti, Alumni, tenaga kesehatan, mahasiswa. Personal hygiene is one of the steps undertaken to preserve a person's cleanliness, health, and well-being, both physical and psychological. Health, personal hygiene, and disease prevention get enhanced on a whole. Personal hygiene awareness will influence personal hygiene habits. This investigation is to see the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and personal hygiene in young women at Stated Junior High School 22 in Jambi City and the management of genital hygiene during menstruation.It is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. The participants in this study were students from Stated Junior High School 22 in Jambi City who had menstruated. This research comprised 40 female students as participants and employed Spearman Brown rank correlation and stratified random sampling analysis.The findings of this study were acknowledged by 40 respondents, with an average of 60.50 for knowledge, 64.45 for attitudes, and 69.67 for personal hygiene behaviour. With a bivariate value equal 0.002 for knowledge and 0.011 for attitude, it can be inferred that knowledge and attitudes are linked to the management of personal hygiene and hygiene genetalia during menstruation. The study discovered a relationship between knowledge and knowledge about personal cleanliness and the application of genetalia testing during menstruation at Stated Junior High School number 22 in Jambi.

Insomnia is a sleep disorder that occurs at night, which generally causes poor quality sleep or has a short sleep time. School students with various activities such as doing homework, watching television, playing games, or other social media often take up their rest time so that it can interfere with their rest time and gradually insomnia symptoms can occur. The purpose of this devotion is to explain the importance of sleep for adolescents and prevent the occurrence of insomnia in adolescents. The target of service is aimed at the students of SMK Baiturrahim Jambi totaling 22 people. The method of implementing activities by conducting education about insomnia using leaflets and PPT, and demonstrations of relaxation (deep breath) was carried out in March - August 2021. The result of this service is the implementation of the real work lectures of D3 nursing students and the implementation of the service runs smoothly even though currently the conditions are pandemic, but can be carried out face-to-face while still implementing health protocols. The vast majority (75%) of students actively ask questions and discussions around insomnia. Students can repeat the material presented and are also able to re-demonstrate one of the ways to prevent insomnia with relaxation techniques (deep breath).

The nature of a woman is to get pregnant, give birth and breastfeed. Since a woman is born, teenager, pregnant, giving birth, breastfeeding, and menopause, there is always a story behind every process. Pregnancy and childbirth is a dream for all women. There are many stories that accompany every process of pregnancy and childbirth, sometimes there is anxiety and fear in every woman's heart. Sometimes these very apprehensive moments become frightening and even traumatic for some women who are first-time mothers. Lots of expectant mothers become depressed and afraid of not being able to go through it, causing their own trauma. Hypnosis can help mothers to ensure that they feel confident that they are capable of living each stage of life as a woman with the appropriate attachments. Due to the lack of support from family and environment, mothers must always try to create positive conditions for themselves to continue to be oppressed. The method used in this activity is lectures with lieflet media. The result of this activity is to increase mothers' knowledge about hypnosis.

Gestational diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the cases of complications which is influenced by many factors including obesity, age, family history of DM, and history of giving birth to large babies. Gestational diabetes mellitus is a public health problem because this disease has a direct impact on the health of the mother and fetus. The impact caused by mothers with gestational diabetes mellitus is that mothers are at high risk of excess weight gain, the occurrence of preclampsia, eclampsia, cesarean section, and cardiovascular complications to maternal death. Health education is carried out for pregnant women to increase knowledge and it is hoped that efforts will be made to prevent the disease. The solution given is to provide health education to pregnant women about Pregnancy Diabetes Mellitus education in the Legok Village, the Working Area of the Putri Ayu Health Center, Jambi City, using the counseling method. After being given health education about gestational diabetes, out of 10 participants, 7 (70%) had good knowledge.

Toddlers is an important period in the process of growth and development. At this time there is a rapid increase so that it is called the golden period in the life cycle. To achieve this, of course, it is influenced by two important aspects, namely the parenting feeding provided by parents and also the nutritional status of the toddler. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were toddlers in the Simpang Kawat Health Center working area, totaling 2237 toddlers. The sample used was 94 respondents with a proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the Chi Square test. It is known that from 94 respondents, 78 people (83%) respondents have a good toddler eating feeding. 94 respondents, 79 people (84%) respondents have good nutritional status. There is a relationship between parenting feeding (p-value: 0.000) Â with the nutritional status of toddlers in the Simpang Kawat Health Center, Jambi City. It is expected that parents, especially mothers, can pay attention to parenting feeding in toddlers so that the nutritional status of toddlers is always good

Society in Indonesian still don't get used to breakfast. In fact, not breakfast will have a negative impact on the learning process at school for school children, reducing physical activity, causing obesity in teenagers and adults, and increasing the risk of unhealthy snacks. Breakfast is food consumed in the morning whose function is to supply blood sugar levels. Children who skip breakfast will affect brain performance, where breakfast has the benefit of providing energy to the brain so that it can help improve memory, reduce the risk of anemia and concentrate when studying. The aim of this community service is for students to understand the health benefits of breakfast so that they can increase study concentration and improve health. This community service method includes lectures and discussions. Service activities were carried out for 25 students at SMP N 19 Jambi City. The results of this community service obtained an average student knowledge before education of 5.6 and after education of 8.9. This means that there was an increase in students' knowledge before and after education with an average increase of 3,3

PHBS is an activity to empower students, teachers and the community in the school environment to want to implement and practice PHBS patterns in order to create a clean and healthy school environment. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of nutrition status and clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) of students at SMP Negeri 8 Jambi city. This type of research is descriptive research which aims to find out the description of PHBS in adolescents at SMPN 8 Jambi City. Data collection was carried out on adolescents at SMPN 8 Jambi City from November to July 2023. The population in this study were all students of SMPN 8 Jambi City totaling 653 people. This study used a simple random sampling technique with a total of 63 students. Furthermore, the data were analyzed in the form of univariate analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the age distribution of the respondents was mostly at the age of 14, the majority were female, the majority have a poor nutritional status, and the healthy behavior of the respondents was not good. It is recommended that teenagers should always look for good information through print/electronic media about PHBS, teenagers are advised to apply PHBS in their daily activities so they can avoid various kinds of diseases

Adolescence is a period of change in secondary physical and sexual growth, one of which is menstruation. The prevalence of dysmenorrhea in Indonesia reaches 98.8% in adolescents. Dysmenorrhea has a direct, negative impact on the quality of life of adolescents. Non-pharmacological therapy of pineapple fruit contains bromelain enzymes which provide analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects to relieve dysmenorrhea. Muaro Jambi Regency, to be precise in Sungai Gelam Subdistrict, Tangkit Baru Village, is a pineapple center area. MAN 1 Muaro Jambi is an educational unit with an MA level located in Sungai Gelam District and in the working area of the Tangkit Health Center, Muaro Jambi Regency. Preliminary study, 80% of young women experience dysmenorrhea and 100% of young women do not know the benefits and how to process pineapple to overcome dysmenorrhea. One way to increase health knowledge is by providing education. This community service activity was carried out for 20 adolescent girls at MAN 1 Sungai Gelam in January 2023. The expected outcome is an increase in knowledge between before and after being given education. The method used is education using e-booklets. Knowledge is assessed through the results of filling out a questionnaire with a one group pretest and posttest design approach. The results of the dedication showed an increase in knowledge after being given education by 62.7%, so that young women can utilize local plants in overcoming dysmenorrhea.Â

Mental health problems occur in 15 -22% of children and adolescents, but less than 20% receive treatment. The diagnosis of mental disorders in children and adolescents is behavior that is inappropriate for their age level, deviant compared to cultural norms which results in a lack or disruption of adaptive functioning. Poor adolescent mental health occurs due to a lack of knowledge or awareness about mental health. According to the Counseling Guidance teacher, the problems that are often encountered by students are emotional instability, attitude in speaking as they like, grade 9 students are confused about where to continue after graduating. One way to increase knowledge is to provide education to students about mental health in adolescents, including definitions, causes, signs and symptoms, management and prevention. Changes in students' attitudes from negative attitudes to positive attitudes about emotions, anxiety and depression. This community service activity was carried out for 20 students from Nurul 'Ilmi IT Middle School, Jambi City. Education can be carried out using various types of media, one of which is in the form of modules/leaflets. The provision of education is agreed upon in groups to facilitate the delivery of information and takes place in the hall. Community service methods include lectures, discussions and sharing experiences. The results were an increase in knowledge about mental health and changes in attitudes among students.

Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood. During this period there are many rapid changes that need attention from parents. The use of gadgets at school is considered to have disrupted children's health and social relationships. When a child is addicted to playing online games, it will make the child feel anxious if separated from gadgets. The aim of this community service is for students to understand the dangers of online games. The methods used in community service are lectures, discussions, questions and answers and providing educational media, namely leaflets. A series of service activities were carried out for 45 students of SMA N 4 Jambi City. The results of community service obtained an average student knowledge before education of 4.2 and after education of 8.8. This means that there was an increase in students' knowledge before and after education with an average of 4.6. Online games can affect children's brain development. Therefore, the role of parents is very important in accompanying children. Parents must know the limits of when children are allowed to play online games and how long children can play online games..Â
