Al-Mabsut : Jurnal Studi Islam dan Sosial is a journal managed by IAI Ngawi. In addition, the Al-Mabsut journal has two printed and online versions (ISSN:2089-3426 - E-ISSN: 2502-213X). Al-Mabsut is a journal that contains the study of Islamic and Social sciences. Studies that concentrate on the Islamic sciences (Aqidah, Sufism, Tafsir, Hadith, Usul Fiqh, Fiqh and so on) and also contain studies of politics, economics, law, education, history, culture, health, science and technology associated with Islam both in its normative dimensions (as doctrines and teachings) as well as in its historical dimensions (Muslim culture, Muslim communities, Islamic institutions and so on. Currently, Al-Mabsut journal gets SINTA 5 Accreditation based on Certificate Number 85/M/KPT/2020. All manuscripts submitted to the editorial board will be reviewed by the reviewer and the selection of manuscripts is based on considerations of writing quality, originality, and contribution to science.

Abstract

Abstract History proves that libraries in the Islamic world gave birth to Islamic geniuses, especially in the first phase of the Abbasid Dynasty led by Caliph Abu Ja; far al Mansyur, Caliph Harun al Rashid, and Abdullah al Makmun, were caliphs who carefully guarded and preserved good books. which have religious and general nuances, both the work of Muslim and non -Muslim scientists, both the work of contemporary scientists and their predecessors. IAI Ngawi Library is quite advanced and complete, proven to have Library Staff alumni UIN Sunan Kalijaga Library Management Program, of course able to manage and serve students and lecturers when they want to use the library facilities, open every working hour from 13.30 to 17.00; Library activities in addition to services also hold training on DDC classification codes, the coordinate code has been adjusted to the library. Librarians are able to maintain and manage books as the main driver in order to increase academic intelligence and cultivate a culture of love of reading through motivation and adequate library building facilities. Abstract

Abstract Culture in education is a culture that is built on institutions that have certain characteristics used by education providers with the values ​​adopted by teachers and employees in these educational institutions. In educational systems, culture is important to consider matching to the aim of education with contain character values. Thus institutions can graduate generations who are aware that the social values are so important in their live. Thus, with the creation of this awareness, generations of humans are awakened to uphold moral values ​​in the social order of society. Moral values are so important and inevitably internalized in each individual in order to be actualized in the practice of life. Therefore, developing the future or young generation that has good characters is our responsibility. Education is an effort to maintain the noble moral values ​​of a nation. Education aims to produce intellectual achievement by growing and maintaining personality. Abstract

Abstract The custom that is often encountered is about marriage customs in Indonesia. One of them is the custom of marriage in the Pota community of East Nusa Tenggara. The custom of the Pota people in the wedding procession requires paying an Islamic dowry which the man must prepare but also a customary dowry which is usually known as the Randa Sahe Kalei Bongi custom. Customary traditions in marriage can be carried out provided that there is no conflict in the texts of the Qur'an or Islamic law. The traditional tradition of Randa Sahe Kalei Bongi can be associated with walimatul 'ursy. The purpose of the implementation of the Randa Sahe Kalei Bongi custom is to maintain the relationship between the bride's and the groom's extended family and to keep the kinship ties well-established. It can be said that the traditional practice of Randa Sahe Kalei Bongi also proves that how much the groom respects and gives love and affection to the bride and groom by agreeing to the traditional practice of Randa Sahe kalei bongi. The Randa Sahe Kalei Bongi custom can be made into law and does not conflict with Islamic Shari'a because this custom can be associated with walimah al-ursy. In relation to Randa Sahe Kalei Bongi, one of the objectives of the implementation is to hold a wedding party, so when viewed from the point of view of the purpose of its implementation, it can be equated in the process of walimah al-ursy. Abstract

Abstract: Research with quantitative descriptive methods was carried out on Coffe HNI products. The purpose of this study is to determine whether customer satisfaction from Coffe HNI products is influenced by price, product quality, and promotion. Customer satisfaction is important for a business if they don’t want to lose their customers. Coffe HNI is a coffe product that has been established since 2012 in Indonesia. The population in this study is Coffe HNI customer who live and have activities in Wonokarto Kelurahan, Wonogiri. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents using the Random Sampling method through direct distribution to outlets in Wonokarto and through Google Form. Quantitative analysis technique with the analytical toolusedisPartialLeastSquare(PLS).Theresultsshowedthatthepriceandproduct quality variables were influential and significant for customer satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract: At this time the implementation of Walimatul’urs has undergone a change or a shift that is almost out of the goal of the Walimatul’urs itself, it has become a common culture that what is called a wedding party or Walimatul’urs must be luxurious, starting from giving dowries and holding large parties and so on. This is what happened in the community of Pedamaran District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. How is the Walimatul’urs Pattern in Pedamaran District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, what are the faktors that cause a shift in the meaning of the essence of Walimatulurs in Pedamaran District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and How is the Review of Islamic Law on the shift the meaning of the essence of Walimatul’urs in Pedamaran District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and this research is classified as field research. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, documentation and observation. The result is, it was concluded that the initial goal of the people of Pedamaran District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in Walimatul’urs was very good, namely to please children and to entertain invited guests and as an expression of gratitude, but in its implementation it has experienced a shift and the resulting impact is social jealousy between communities, used to obtain profit (business), the presence of prestige, disturbing the peace caused by people who drink liquor and entertainment that lasts until late at night Keywords: Walimatul'urs, Sociology, Family Law.

Abstract: Human activities that have started using electronics have an effect on the condition of the evidence, namely the electronic device itself. The problem that arises as a problem in the verification process is the emergence of a variety of electronic transactions which then gave birth to certain electronic transactions, which on the other hand are evidence that can be used in the future. Even though the procedural law has not been proven through electronic evidence. If this phenomenon is ruled out, then evidence as an effort to provide certainty and truth about the existence of certain events will be hampered. Each piece of evidence has its own strength of evidence which has been determined by law. The type of research used in compiling this journal is library research by reviewing and researching various documents or literature, such as: books, fiqh books, laws and regulations, jurisprudence that are related to this research. The results of this study are how to prove by using Electronic Information evidence in a case in a religious court the same as submitting written or letter evidence, which is submitted in a civil trial, namely in the form of a copy or photocopy of the written evidence, and must be matched. with the original first. Electronic evidence brought to trial must be verified. If the evidence produced by the electronic object is true, then the electronic evidence must be classified as evidence. Abstract

Abstract: The existence of tambourine art in the modern era can still be felt through strengthening efforts that continue to be echoed by Muslim communities in rural, urban, and Islamic boarding schools which cannot be separated from the cultural characteristics of the Indonesian people. This journal discusses the youth of Watualang village in maintaining the art of tambourine in the era of globalization and increasingly diverse social challenges. The formulation of the problem in this journal, namely; How is the existence of tambourine art for the youth of Watualang village?, (2) What is the impact of the matapu activity initiated by the youth of Watualang village?. This journal uses a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study revealed that the existence of tambourine art was still maintained in the form of an activity called "Matapu". Matapu became the integration of tambourine art and youth in Watualang village by implying pure tambourine art as a medium for syiar, da'wah, and interpretation of poetry/poetry. This is an encouragement for the youth of Watualang village to continue to perpetuate the wealth of the archipelago's arts in carrying out Islamic da'wah jihad as well as efforts to embrace the predicate of faith.  Keywords: tambourine art, Islamic da'wah, youth in Watualang village

Abstract

Abstract: the basic principles of teaching that Pestalozzi advocated can be seen in the methods of teaching subjects in modern schools, such as arithmetic, language, geography, drawing, composing, natural education, physical education, manual work and music. Although his teaching methods in the classroom were sometimes inconsistent and impractical, his methods and approaches were widely used in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Pestalozzi's teaching method is based on a general conclusion that knowledge must start from an understanding, observation and relationship with nature, all of which are experiences instead of words or books. Students should be guided by an attentive teacher, one who really understands about children and the lessons to be taught. Each student also needs careful guidance in choosing objects or natural phenomena that they will observe and what kind of relationship they must live by formulating certain principles in the lesson. Pestalozzi's thinking in educational programs emphasizes understanding, natural science education, arithmetic by rote and the teaching of music, drawing and handwriting. Abstract

Abstract: Multiculturalism is an attitude that must be owned by every individual who lives on this earth. One of the efforts to instill multiculturalism is through education that has been implemented in schools and colleges. The challenge faced is that not all education actors, namely educators and students, have the same understanding of multicultural education. Therefore, students of the tarbiyah and teacher training faculties, especially students of Islamic Education in the Islamic Education Sciences course, need to understand multicultural education and its application. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where the researcher reveals the perceptions of IAIN Curup students on contemporary issues that focus on multiculturalism education in learning. All data were collected through questionnaires and interviews to obtain results in accordance with the objectives of this study. From the results of the study obtained information that most of the students of Islamic Education in Islamic Education subjects individually have a very good perception of the implementation of multicultural education. Factors driving student perceptions of multiculturalism awareness include strengthening similarities in differences, mutual trust and understanding, and tolerance. Furthermore, for educators there is a need for improvement in learning and guidance that supports student multicultural activities.  Keywords: Multiculturalism, Islamic Education, Student Perceptions

Abstract

Abstract: The position of the chairman of the foundation as the organizer of an educational institution requires the professionalism of the profession. This requires a new mechanism such as special education to become school principals. Therefore, the appointment of school principals, who have been based on long experience as teachers, should be equipped with special education for school principals. Panti Pamardi Siwi Ngrambe Vocational School is a top-level public education institution that plays a role in guiding the younger generation, especially to become servants who are able to carry out life's tasks in the world. the head of the foundation and the manager of general education, especially in these educational institutions, are responsible for the trust of parents to continue their unfinished education.  This study shows how the performance of the chairman of the Panti Pamardi Siwi Ngrambe Vocational School foundation has an effect on improving the performance of managers. The performance can be in the form of academic performance or non-academic performance. Academic performance is a performance related to the results of the evaluation of the principal, including the manager. Meanwhile, non-academic performance can be in the form of non-academic activities that are attended by the manager of Panti Pamardi Siwi Ngrambe Vocational School such as comparative studies, workshops and the like. Based on these efforts, the role of the foundation on the performance of the management of SMK Panti Pamardi Siwi 2 Ngrambe is currently quite satisfactory, both academic and non-academic.
