Abstract

This study examines the subjective effects of room cost and hotel facilities on guest satisfaction. The research investigates how visitors perceive value for money and the impact of different facilities on their entire experience via the use of in-depth interviews, focus groups, observations, and case studies. The results indicate that the degree to which room cost matches the level of services and facilities offered is a key factor in determining visitor happiness. Guests who perceive equitable price in relation to the facilities provided are more inclined to express greater happiness. The inclusion of high-end facilities such as spa services and gourmet cuisine greatly enhances the overall experience for guests, while yet maintaining the importance of critical fundamental utilities. Maximizing visitor satisfaction is crucially dependent on the combination of price strategies with high-quality amenities. The survey further reveals a range of visitor preferences and emphasizes the significance of clear and open communication on price. Suggestions for hotel management entail implementing a well-rounded strategy for pricing and facility offers, utilizing findings from qualitative research to customize services, and remaining aware of rising trends such as sustainability and technology improvements. The research offers useful insights for formulating successful tactics to improve visitor happiness and cultivate long-term loyalty in the hotel business

They also have higher expectations regarding technology, innovation, and more frequent feedback and recognition. These differences can pose challenges in intergenerational communication and collaboration in the workplace. The implications of this research include the need for transformation in HR management practices to accommodate the characteristics and expectations of millennial employees. Companies that successfully adapt their HR management approach will be better able to attract, retain, and optimize the potential of millennial talent, thereby driving business growth and innovation in this increasingly competitive era

Abstract

Before 1978, China was indisputably among the most destitute countries globally and was on the brink of total macroeconomic failure. Therefore, in 1978, the nation implemented a market-oriented economic reform and has since emerged as the world's fastest-expanding economy. When adjusted for buying power parity, China's GDP has surpassed that of any other country in the world and it ranks second in nominal GDP, behind only the US. In spite of its vast natural resource endowment, achieving development in PNG has proven to be elusive. Although PNG specializes in crude oil production in the Pacific region and ranks 42nd globally, it is now one of the world's poorest nations. This report analysed China's economic reform effort and its potential applicability as a model for growth in PNG. Among other things, the nation's present economic woes have turned it into a crippled giant, and this research suggested that corruption and leadership failure are to blame. This study used the documentary approach, and the data produced were subjected to qualitative analysis. The analytical discussion revealed that robust economic plans or policies, along with exceptional or visionary leadership, laid the foundation for China's economic feats. Thus, the study proposes that the present underdeveloped state of PNG's economy may be improved by putting in place efficient government, excellent leadership, more funding for education and the development of human capital, and the organization of subsistence farming into cooperative societies. Therefore, the elimination of poverty, which is linked to inadequate governance, would be eradicated, and the typical mindset of the political elite in PNG of transforming the nation into a means of accumulating money would be abandoned

Abstract

This study seeks to examine financial management to enhance the profitability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through a qualitative methodology. A case study was performed at Toko Barokah, Gembongan, Karangjati, an MSME within the trading sector. Effective financial management is crucial for the success of a business, particularly for MSMEs that frequently encounter difficulties in cash flow management, financial record-keeping, and financial decision-making. Data for the research was gathered via comprehensive interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicated that Toko Barokah continues to encounter multiple challenges in financial management, including disorganized transaction records, inadequate differentiation between personal and business finances, and limited utilization of financial technology. These limitations hinder the store's capacity to optimize profitability. Nonetheless, there are contributing factors, including the business owner's dedication to acquiring financial management skills and the substantial market potential that remains untapped. This study advocates for enhancing financial record-keeping through the utilization of straightforward applications, offering financial training to entrepreneurs, and adopting superior cash flow management techniques. By implementing these measures, Toko Barokah is anticipated to enhance its profitability sustainably. This research offers valuable insights for other MSMEs in effectively managing finances to facilitate business growth
