Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of production expenses, promotional expenses, and sales volume on Net Profit at PT XYZ. Production expenses include all costs associated with manufacturing products, while promotional expenses include costs incurred to introduce products to consumers. Sales volume, as a measure of revenue, plays a crucial role in determining the company's Net Profit. The research method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data from various academic sources. The results showed that production expenses and promotional expenses have a positive influence on Net Profit, with sales volume as a significant variable in increasing Net Profit. This study concludes that optimizing production cost management and effective promotion strategies can increase company profitability.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand marketing strategies and price discounts on the formation of consumer loyalty and repurchase intentions on the Shopee e-commerce platform. In the competitive digital era, understanding the factors that influence consumer loyalty and repeat purchase intentions is crucial for the sustainability of e-commerce businesses. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of Management students from Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya - Bekasi who are Shopee customers. This research shows that implementing brand marketing strategies and providing price discounts has a significant impact on customer loyalty and intention to make repeat purchases. These findings provide valuable insight for e-commerce business players in designing effective marketing strategies to increase consumer loyalty. and encourage repeat purchases.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of digital transformation strategy at KSPPS BMT UGT Nusantara, which operates 298 service offices across Indonesia. The research aims to analyze the development and implementation process of digital transformation strategy in improving operational efficiency while maintaining Shariah compliance. Employing a qualitative approach with a single case study method, this research integrates Digital Transformation Theory, Technology Acceptance Model, and Institutional Theory as its analytical framework. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 20 key informants, direct observations, and document analysis during September-December 2024. The findings reveal that successful digital transformation in BMT requires a holistic approach integrating technological aspects, Shariah compliance, and social empowerment. The implementation of digital transformation has resulted in a 45% increase in operational efficiency, 78% growth in digital financing portfolio, and expanded service coverage to underserved areas. This research contributes to the development of a digital transformation model that integrates Islamic values and provides practical recommendations for implementing digital technology in Islamic microfinance institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze: 1)Placement 2)Competence; 3)Employee Work Motivation; and 4)The Influence of Placement and Competence on Employee Work Motivation at UPTD Road and Bridge Management Service Area II of the West Java Province Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this study is descriptive survey and explanatory survey, with the unit of analysis being the employees of UPTD Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah Pelayanan II Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat Azzakiyyah Bandung, with a sample size of 31 people. The type of investigation is causal, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the research results, it was found that the placement of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah employees is still not appropriate, the competencies of UPTD Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah Pelayanan II Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat employees can generally be said to still be inadequate, and the work motivation of UPTD Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah Pelayanan II Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat employees is currently rated as good. Employee placement and competencies simultaneously and partially affect the work motivation of UPTD Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah Pelayanan II Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat employees. However, partially, Placement predominantly affects the work motivation of employees more than competence. Since placement more dominantly influences the work motivation of employees, it becomes the first priority in improving their work motivation. Therefore, the PTD Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah Pelayanan II Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat is advised to consistently manage employee placements according to their abilities, so that they can work more professionally.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to build hypotheses regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research in the scope of financial management. The literature review research article identifying green financial characteristics and ESG performance is a scientific literature article within the scope of financial management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and comes from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Capital Access affects Green Finance; 2) Digitalization affects Green Finance; 3) Capital Access affects ESG Performance; and 4) Digitalization affects ESG Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze: (1) Organizational Culture; (2) Leadership Style; (3) Employee Job Satisfaction; and (4) the Influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Employee Job Satisfaction at Credit Cooperative X in Bandung City, both simultaneously and partially. The research methods used in this study are descriptive surveys and explanatory surveys, with the unit of analysis being the employees at Credit Cooperative X in Bandung City, with a sample size of 44 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the research results, it was found that the Organizational Culture according to Employees at Credit Cooperative X in Bandung City can generally be considered good; the Leadership Style according to Employees at Credit Cooperative X in Bandung City, it turns out that most employees gave a good response, and the Job Satisfaction of Employees at Credit Cooperative X in Bandung City is currently rated as good. Organizational Culture and Leadership Style simultaneously influence Employee Job Satisfaction at Credit Cooperative X in Bandung City. However, partially, Organizational Culture dominantly influences Employee Job Satisfaction more than Leadership Style. Because Organizational Culture more dominantly influences performance, it becomes the top priority in improving Employee Job Satisfaction. Credit Cooperative X in Bandung City is expected to further improve the conditions and situations at Credit Cooperative X in Bandung City, so that employees can work more professionally and be more motivated.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze: (1) Competence; (2) Work Discipline; (3) Performance; and (4) The Influence of Competence and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the X Office in West Java Province, both simultaneously and partially. The research methods used in this study are descriptive surveys and explanatory surveys, with the unit of analysis being the employees at Department X in West Java Province, with a sample size of 30 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the research results, it was found that the Employee Competence at Dinas X in West Java Province received mostly positive responses from the Employees; the work discipline of Employees at Dinas X in West Java Province can generally be considered good, and the Employee Performance at Dinas X in West Java Province is currently rated as good. Competence and work discipline simultaneously influence Employee Performance at Dinas X in West Java Province. However, partially, Competence has a dominant influence on Employee Performance compared to Work Discipline. Because competence has a more dominant influence on performance, it becomes the top priority in improving employee performance. therefore, the X Office in West Java Province is expected to improve the competence of employees at the X Office in West Java Province by involving them in training and education, so that they can work more professionally.

Abstract

The Regional Government Information System (SIPD) plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of financial reporting in the public sector by ensuring transparency and accountability. This study aims to identify the factors influencing SIPD implementation, explore its role in improving financial reporting quality, and examine measurement methods for related variables. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on articles published between 2014 and 2024. The review results indicate that SIPD implementation is influenced by technological readiness, policy support, and human resource competencies. SIPD has been proven to enhance efficiency and accuracy in regional government financial reporting. However, challenges such as resistance to change and digital infrastructure constraints persist. This study recommends further research on integrating SIPD with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain to improve its effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the independent variables, namely product quality (X1), service quality (X2), and promotion (X3) on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y). The population in this study were customers of Kopi Dari Hati Petrocafe, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The data source obtained by the research was through distributing questionnaires and secondary data. This questionnaire was distributed to 130 people as research samples. The analytical tool used to process this research data is SPSS version 25. The results of this research show that product quality, service quality and promotion have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Kopi Dari Hati Petrocafe, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency, South Sumatra.

Abstract

Employee performance represents the achievements, work capabilities, and outcomes produced by individuals in an organization. It plays a crucial role in helping companies reach their strategic goals by leveraging high-quality human resources. Performance is measured by the quality and quantity of work accomplished in alignment with an employee's responsibilities. To enhance performance, organizations require skilled and talented employees who are driven to contribute effectively. Work motivation serves as a key factor in enabling employees to perform at their best. This study explores the relationship between talent management, work motivation, on employee performance through a systematic literature review. The article aims to develop a hypothesis on the influence of these variables, providing a foundation for future research. Data sources include online academic libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other open-access research platforms. The study adopts a library research method, utilizing e-books and peer-reviewed journal articles to examine existing findings. The results indicate that both talent management and work motivation significantly impact employee performance. Effective talent management strategies contribute to better performance outcomes, while work motivation serves as a crucial driver in enhancing employee productivity and engagement.
