Abstract

Religion is divine guidance revealed to humans to achieve happiness in their lives. Religion is a source of reference for its adherents in all their actions. As a source of values ​​and ethics, religion requires its adherents to adhere to all existing values ​​as worship. The study of religious dialectics in political communication is an ongoing theme in the trajectory of human history in various parts of the world, including in countries where the majority of the population is Muslim, such as Indonesia. This research confirms historically that political change is closely related to the dynamic context of the development of Muslims both in terms of thought and social movements. The implication is that all products of thought are not value-free. Islam has a holistic insight that provides basic principles for solving problems in human life, both in building relationships with oneself, relationships with other people, relationships with the environment, and relationships with God. In other words, Islam can be seen as a set of teachings that regulate all aspects of human life, whether economic, social, political, cultural, etc. every religious interpretation to become part of society’s legal preferences. The aim of this research is to show that exclusive and inclusive concepts are ways to respond to the reality of religion in political communication. Their influence on changes in the choice of presidential and vice presidential candidates cannot be mutually exclusive, but is understood dialectically. The phenomenon of religious dialectics in political communication, especially ahead of the 2024 presidential and vice presidential (capres-cawapres) general elections, is the core focus of this research. With the aim of opening a new veil regarding why religious dialectics is always present in political communication before every presidential election event.

Abstract

Regulations are constantly changing as a result of social growth. Political, economic, social, and cultural progress, as well as technological and scientific (information and technological) progress and people's mentality, are all factors to consider. Some strong factors influence actual development, among others: people's way of thinking/outlook on life, aspirations and demands for justice, This legal research tries to solve difficulties or problems by collecting points of view or opinions from various legal professionals, with the aim of providing the right perspective. The concept of enacting this law, which puts the public interest first, requires an independent and autonomous parliament, Participation is not enough just for a handful of people sitting in representative institutions because institutions and people sitting in representative institutions often use politics to fight for their own personal or group interests in the name of the interests of the people. Abstract

Legal subjects who are capable of doing legal acts making agreements are people who are adults and people who are not put under custody, there is a problem when one of the parties is a prisoner. The purpose of this study is to find out the prisoner's signature in the sale and purchase deed is valid or not according to civil law, as well as in the case that the sale and purchase deed signed by the prisoner has legal force or has no legal force. This type of research is normative legal research with a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. From this research, it can be concluded that the prisoner's signature in the sale and purchase deed is valid according to civil law in accordance with Article 3 of the Civil Code, namely that no punishment results in civil death, or loss of all citizenship rights, so that the prisoner has no legal action that can eliminate his civil rights including the signing of the sale and purchase deed. In the event that the legal force of the sale and purchase deed signed by the prisoner meets the element of misappropriation (misbruik van omstandigheiden), then the sale and purchase deed is declared invalid.

Abstract

This research is motivated by how Ruang Gulma makes Instagram as an alternative social media in conveying information and providing an autonomous alternative space that is easily accessible to the public. This is reinforced by the data of Instagram users in Indonesia which is increasing every year, as well as the features presented in Instagram in the form of photos and videos that are more dominant and more effective in their use in producing or consuming information. The author describes how Ruang Gulma then organizes its collective movement independently and maintains it to continue to exist by answering the problem of the crisis of alternative space in society, one of which is by using Instagram as a channel for organizing activities.

Abstract

Family welfare is a significant issue in Indonesia, intertwined with the daily livelihood needs fulfillment. One approach to achieving family welfare is through the mujhid-muzhid character (hard work and frugality). This research aims to explain the terminology of mujhid-muzhid, uncover the guidance of the Qur'an and Hadith regarding it, and analyze this character in the context of realizing family welfare from the perspective of the Qur'an. A qualitative method was employed in this research, focusing on literature review. The findings highlight the importance of the mujhid-muzhid character in achieving family welfare. The research also identifies the crucial role of parents as role models in shaping this character in the younger generation, thereby fostering collective commitment to realizing family welfare through hard work and frugality in daily life.

Abstract

This research aims to a) How to implement the 7 Year Special Queue Hajj Bailout Fund Program with the Hajj Bailout Fund Program at BMT Mitra Mandiri Central Java. b) How is the Implementation of the 7 Year Special Queue Hajj Bailout Fund Program from an Islamic perspective. The research results show that the stages of the mechanism for obtaining Hajj bailout funds at BMT Research Partners are qualitative research using interview and observation data collection techniques. There were 2 informants in this study. Mandiri Wonogiri demonstrated an adequate level of transparency and detail. Prospective Hajj pilgrims who have adequate financial capabilities, especially in terms of income, financial stability and ability to save, have a greater chance of meeting the requirements and receiving Hajj bailout funds from financial institutions such as BMT Mitra Mandiri Wonogiri. The 7 Year Hajj Queue bailout program organized by BMT Mitra Mandiri Wonogiri has had a positive impact in facilitating prospective Hajj pilgrims. The main challenges faced are limited funding, a significant increase in demand, and the level of public understanding of the program.

Abstract

Sharia economics is an economic discipline that focuses on Islamic sharia. Providing capital to business actors in the Sharia economy can be covered by a syirkah contract. The Syirkah contract is closely related to providing capital to MSMEs (Micro et al.). Through a syirkah contract, providing capital to MSMEs can be an effective tool. This research aims to determine the implementation of aqad syirkah as capital for the progress of MSME businesses. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this research are business capital providers and MSMEs in Purwantoro District, Wonogiri Regency, as capital recipients. This research was conducted through interviews, observation and documentation, followed by qualitative data analysis. The research results showed that the approach to providing capital by implementing the Syirkah contract reflects the principles of sustainability and justice. In a syirkah contract, capital providers and MSME players share profits and risks by a predetermined agreement. The choice of type of syirkah contract, whether mudarabah or musyarakah, depends on the characteristics and goals of the business. Providing capital involves negotiation stages, establishing mutual requirements, dividing capital, and detailing profit sharing. In the context of a syirkah contract, the benefits for MSMEs include easy access to capital, higher motivation, and a significant contribution to business growth.

Abstract

This research delves into the values of Sufi education within the puppet play "Ma'rifat Dewa Ruci." Through the analysis of key scenes, the study discusses the applicability of Sufi values in the context of modern education. Content analysis is employed to unveil the meanings and implications of each scene, while a phenomenological approach is used to understand the perspectives of characters in the play. The research findings indicate that Sufi values such as asceticism, trust in God (tawakal), and spiritual knowledge (ma'rifat) can be implemented in shaping individual character and spirituality. The implications of this research encompass the potential contribution to the development of a character education curriculum based on Sufi values in educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the fundamental principles about interest conventional banks and analyze their implications for Islamic banking practices. The approach used is a comparative analysis between the fundamental principles of conventional banks and Islamic banks based on relevant literature. The analysis results indicate that conventional banks adopt an interest-based system as compensation for the use of money, while Islamic banks use profit-sharing principles in accordance with Sharia principles. Additionally, Islamic banks also impose limitations on the allocation of funds to businesses deemed incompatible with Sharia principles. This comparison reveals fundamental differences in the basic principles and banking practices between the two types of banks. Islamic banks emphasize justice and sustainable economic development, while conventional banks focus more on using interest as compensation for the use of money. Thus, Islamic banks offer alternatives that align with Islamic values and can contribute to inclusive and sustainable economies.

Abstract

Da’wah is present as a solution to the problems of the people. But in fact, preaching is also a challenge for preachers. Not a few da’i who experience rejection when preaching I a sphere where the composition of society is heterogeneous. This library research-based research with a text study approach aims to analyze the problems of da’wah in the book Musykilat Ad-Da’wah wa Ad-Daiyah by Fathi Yakan. Data collection is done by documentation. The primary data source is the book Musykilat Ad-Da’wah wa Ad-Daiyah by Fathi Yakan. Secondary data sources were obtained fro relevant scientific literature. The results of the study show that the problem of da’wah has been inherent is the Islamic movement since the prophetic era. Even so, it does not erase the obligation of Muslim to preach according to their abilities. Therefore, despite facing various tests and challenges inherent in the development of Islam, both in the form of traditional and modern movements. For someone who wants to be involved in da’wah activities with the aim of encouraging goodness, it is important to adapt it to their abilities and capacities. However, the most important thing is to have good morals.
