Abstract

Abstract This paper intends to reveal the object of the many actions after graduating from tertiary institutions, and reveal how many tertiary institutions have or have not implemented this independent campus policy. With the policy regarding an independent campus, one of the programs namely the right to study for three semesters outside the study program, this really helps students to equip themselves so they are ready to enter the world of work. The type of research used is qualitative research. The method used in this research is library research (Library Study) with a critical approach to understanding problems in the world of higher education. The stages carried out in this study were: First, collecting information from data sources such as books, journals, and news about research, second, reading the information obtained, third, analyzing the information obtained, fifth, concluding the results of the analysis obtained. The results of the analysis of the data obtained are problems regarding college graduates which can be said to be difficult to get a job right away. Therefore, because of this there are causes, including: the uneven implementation of the independent campus policy due to the many obstacles faced by both lecturers and students. In this article, we have answered how the implementation and impact of the three-semester study rights program outside of this study program starts with what are the technical obstacles in implementing one-on-one programs.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine how curriculum development in Islamic education takes place. After these objectives are formulated, the task formulation is found. What is the nature of curriculum development in Islamic education? What are the components in the Islamic education curriculum? We also use other sources of information. The findings of this study indicate that the essence of the Islamic education curriculum is a planned effort so that students know, interpret, and practice Islamic teachings as a whole and are able to embed them in the learning process. it is a serious endeavor. The development of an educational curriculum requires the main foundation for formulating objectives and curriculum materials. The foundation includes the foundation of religion, philosophy, psychology and social.

Abstract

ducation can be formed through character education based on Islamic values. Character education in the concept of Islamic da'wah is based on the values contained in the Al-Quran. In the concept of Islamic da'wah students are taught aqidah as the basis of their religion, taught the Koran and hadith as a way of life, taught fiqh as legal signs in worship, taught Islamic history as an example of life, and taught morals as a guide for human behavior whether in the good category or bad. The application of character education through Islamic da'wah aims to shape the character of students who are Islamic in society. This research uses literature study. The result of this study is the formation of personality in students which is reflected in their behavior and mindset in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to, 1) teacher competency mismatch, 2) principal's strategy in improving teacher mismatch competency This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by looking directly at the field regarding the methods applied. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. in analyzing the data obtained, the researcher used a model of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data using credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause teacher mismatch are the lack of Madrasah finance, the lack of teachers who have diplomas in accordance with what is needed, as pioneers in the establishment of madrasas, the small number of students and the existence of foundation intervention. The mismatch teacher competence itself is still not good in terms of learning design. Meanwhile, the madrasa principal's strategy to improve mismatch teacher competence is through education and training through on the job site and off the job site schemes.

Abstract

Abstract This article discusses school principals in supporting independent learning. This article describes the principal in responding to the independent learning program in elementary schools. The principal is a professional official in the school with the task of leading and managing all school resources and working closely with teachers, staff and other employees in educating students to achieve educational goals. The purpose of this study is to examine school principals in implementing independent learning in elementary schools. The method used in this research is the library research method. The results of the study show that the role of the principal in supporting independent learning can be seen from the leadership of the principal, because the leadership of the principal is the key to the success of independent learning. These findings can be used as a reference for implementing independent learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze authentic assessment of Islamic religious education learning. The type of this research is qualitative by collecting data from library research in the form of articles, books, and websites that contain information about authentic assessments of Islamic religious education learning. The data analysis technique in this study is content analysis. After analyzing the data, the research results obtained, namely that authentic assessment is very important to be applied in learning Islamic religious education. Authentic assessment includes several aspects of assessment such as affective, cognitive, and psychomotor. In addition, authentic assessment does not only assess learning outcomes, but also assesses the learning process carried out by students to gain knowledge and apply it in everyday life.

Abstract

Changes in curriculum development are always undergoing improvements and updates in line with the times. As a basis for actualizing education, the curriculum does not only focus on knowledge and skills but other important aspects such as interactions between individuals and the social environment. This study aims to analyze the development of the Islamic religious education curriculum through a social reconstruction approach. The method used is qualitative with the type of library research. The results of the study show that social reconstruction as an approach in the Islamic religious education curriculum has the view that humans always need interaction in solving problems in their lives. Thus, the role of the social reconstruction approach in curriculum development is urgently needed to deal with the problems faced by society. Education will be directed to be cooperative, collaborative, and closer to their environment, to be able to prepare potential students and be ready to accept all changes that occur in the future.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out how to design a student-centered curriculum, its principles, advantages and disadvantages. This research uses a qualitative method, the type of method used is library research. The results of this study are that there are 3 designs and developments, centered curriculum designs are divided into 3 namely alternative school designs, humanistic designs and activities and experience centered designs. An alternative design in PAI learning using a student-centered curriculum design can be done by running a problem solving system. For example, students are invited to discuss solving moral problems about anger. The use of humanistic design in PAI learning in a student-centered design can be used by dividing students based on the students' interests in the focus of PAI learning materials. The teacher teaches the material and gives discussion assignments. design is centered on experience which is difficult to apply not only in PAI subjects but in almost all subjects. The most important of these designs, students must want the material itself. Educators must teach each student with a focus on the material each student chooses and likes.

Abstract

Abstract, This scientific work discusses the universalism of Islam and local Islam as well as comparative studies between Islamic universalism and local Islam. Islam is a religion of Rahmatan Lil'alam, of course, it does not distinguish one from another. The method in writing scientific works is the library method. Then this scientific work shows that Islamic universalism or Islam universalism, gentle Islam, friendly Islam, mingling Islam and love for the world including people of different religions, but there are limitations in terms of four so that Islam can grow and share in life. (From a social perspective), while local Islam is Islam that develops and grows in certain areas/regions, and the specific development of Islam in an area/region is different because each region has different cultures.

Abstract

Abstract Efforts in the development of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum continue to be made so that it is relevant to the times and is able to equip students in solving life's increasingly complex problems. The problems of human life need to be solved through cooperation because they are aware of each other's shortcomings, which is in line with the concept of integration-interconnection. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with library research. The results of the data analysis show that the integrative-interconnective approach in the development of the PAI curriculum contains a process of uniting religious knowledge with other branches of knowledge which have been considered dichotomous by looking at the reality of the problem more comprehensively, so as to be able to understand plurality with various disciplines. The integration of religious education and general education in schools that implement this curriculum is able to guide the morals and morals of students and provide skills to students that are not offered in public schools.
