Abstract

Historical material is one of the most important materials to be conveyed to students. Islamic civilization is one of the materials taught at the lecture level, especially at Islamic Religious Universities. In the learning process, often Islamic civilization material is not conveyed well to students because it uses lecture methods and powerpoint media only. In dealing with this problem, the use of timeline media by presenting a coherent and concrete timeline of events becomes a solution to convey Islamic civilization material. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the use of timeline media on the ability to understand Islamic civilization material. This study uses a type of quantitative research pseudo-experiment with Nonequivalent control group design. The population used in this study was all 2nd semester students of the Department of Arabic Language Education class A UIN Sunan Kalijaga which totaled 29 people. The sample used was the entire population of 29 people. Data collection technique using coesiner instrument with Likert scale model. The analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results obtained were a significant influence between the use of timeline media on students' ability to understand Islamic Civilization material by 47.6%.

Abstract

Nashih Ulwan merupakan seorang cendikiawan muslim yang banyak menyumbangkan pemikirannya dalam keilmuan Islam, salah satunya adalah mengenai pendidikan anak dalam Islam. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memaparkan pemikiran nashih Ulwan tentang konsep pendidikan seks pada remaja, khususnya pada remaja abad 21 yang hidup di era modern. Penulisan ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Sumber-sumber yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan dikumpulkan dan dipilah untuk dapat menemukan jawaban atas masalah penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwasannya pemikiran nashih Ulwan terkait pendidikan seks sangat relevan dengan remaja abad 21. Hal ini disebabkan karena pada era ini hubungan pertemanan antar lawan jenis nyaris tidak memiliki batas, sedangkan di sisi lain pendidikan seks masih jarang diajarkan. Sehingga tidak sedikit remaja yang terjerumus ke dalam pergaulan bebas, menjadi korban ataupun pelaku kekerasan seksual. Terdapat 3 metode yang ditawarkan oleh Nashih Ulwan dalam memberikan pendidikan seks, yakni pertama melalui penyadaran, kedua peringatan dan terakkhir dengan pengekangan.

Abstract

Early childhood development and growth occur from birth to age six, an expeditious period in a child's development. Reading from the Qur'an is one of many learning activities that should be harmonized with a child's growth and development process to provide guidance and direction. It is our duty as educators to assist in teaching children about religion. The teacher's capacity to select strategies appropriate for early childhood is required to facilitate the teaching of learning to students. Since early childhood is characterized by being active, active learning is a suitable learning strategy. This study aimed to ascertain whether active learning increased children's capacity to read the Qur'an. This kind of study is called classroom action research, and it consists of three stages: preparation, implementation, and observation, as well as reflection. In this study, observation and interviews were the primary data collection methods. The outcomes of this class action study from cycles one to three can be excellent and efficient. Active learning is being used to implement research at a steadily increasing rate throughout each process. Enhancing early childhood's capacity for meeting expectations and developing exceptionally well in the first cycle improved to 67.78% in cycle 2, 77.78% in cycle 2, and 86.67% in cycle 3. Therefore, active learning can enhance young children's capacity to read the Qur'an at Tahfidz Al Fatih Bondowoso Kindergarten.

Abstract

Talaqqi method is considered as a factor that causes good learning achievement in tahfidzul qur'an subjects of class VIII students. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out how strong the influence of the Talaqqi Method is on the Learning Achievement of Tahfidzul Qur'an Subjects. This research uses quantitative research. The sample selected was 55 students of class VIII of Al-Falaah Simo Integrated Islamic Junior High School. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to students and documentation, Analysis techniques for validity tests using Product Moment, reliability tests using Alpha Cronbach, normality tests using Kolomogorov-Semirnov, linearity tests by comparing the probability value of sig deviation linearity and testing the significance of the correlation coefficient using product moment. These tests are assisted using the SPSS application. The results showed that the talaqqi method was categorized as high or reached 75,53 and the learning achievement of tahfidzul qur'an subjects was in the high category or reached 85,29. The existence of a positive and significant influence between the Talaqqi Method and the Learning Achievement of Tahfidzul Qur'an Subjects is evidenced by hypothesis testing using the product moment correlation formula with the result of 0.86. While the R table at a significant level of 95% is 0.266.

Abstract

Kebanyakan orang dapat dengan mudah menghafal Al-Qur’an akan tetapi sulit untuk menjaganya, maka diperlukan metode-metode khusus untuk memudahkan dalam menghafala dan juga menjaga hafalan tersebut, seperti penerapan metode murajaah dan tasmi’ yang dilaksanakan di SMA Nurul Istiqlal Wonosari Klaten. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mendeskripsikan implementasi program tahfizh Al-Qur’an melalui metode murajaah dan tasmi’, 2) memaparkan hambatan implementasi program tahfizh melalui metode murajaah dan tasmi’ tingkat, 3) mengetahui solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan implementasi program tahfizh melalui metode murajaah dan tasmi’ di SMA Nurul Istiqlal Wonosari Klaten Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Implementasi hafalan Al-Qur’an di SMA Nurul Istiqlal Wonosari Klaten menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode murajaah mandiri dan metode murajaah bersama ustadz serta metode tasmi’ kepada musyrif tahfizh atau ustadz. 2) Hambatan dalam implementasi program tahfizh Al-Qur’an di SMA Nurul Istiqlal Wonosari Klaten adalah sumber daya pengajar yang kurang profesional dan semangat siswa untuk menghafal masing kurang. 3) Solusi untuk menghadapi hambatan implementasi program tahfizh Al-Qur’an di SMA Nurul Istiqlal Wonosari Klaten adalah dengan mencari sumber daya pengajar yang profesional dan memberi motivasi kepada siswa dan dilakukan pengawasan pelaksanaan program tahfizh.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in increasing self control in SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surakarta students. This type of research used is qualitative. The results of the research and discussion show that the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in increasing self-control can be seen from three aspects of self-control, namely: first, cognitive control is carried out through active learning. Second, behavior control carried out by religious activities at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surakarta has a major influence on the process of forming children's character, especially in terms of behavior. Third, decision control is carried out through religion in which there are religious values that guide students in gaining insight in the form of self control. The inhibiting factors in increasing self-control in students are the nature of students who are brought from home, behaviors that students get from the surrounding environment such as family and friendship, and economic factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the efforts of tahfidz teachers in improving students' Qur'an memorization skills, 2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by tahfidz teachers in improving the ability to memorize the Qur'an in grade VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The results of research on the efforts of tahfidz teachers in improving the ability to memorize the Qur'an in grade VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo are as follows: 1) Targeting student memorization, giving consequences and rewards to students. The supporting factors in improving students' memorization of the Qur'an, namely: 2) The use of Qur'an blocks to make it easier for students to memorize, habituation to students to listen to the Qur'an murottal every morning, accustom students to muroja'ah together in the morning before the start of KBM and in the afternoon before school, holding tahsin lessons for all students, increasing tahfidz teachers. As for the inhibiting factors, among others: The decline in students' enthusiasm to memorize the Qur'an, the ability or intelligence of different students, still not fluent in reading the Qur'an students, and students still find it difficult to pronounce makhorijul letters.

Abstract

The implementation of the new curriculum, namely the independent learning curriculum, has an influence on students' cognitive abilities on the application of the curriculum, especially on the cognitive abilities of mathematics subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of implementing the independent learning curriculum on the cognitive abilities of grade 4 students at MI Ta'mirul Surakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at MI Ta'mirul Islam Surakarta is in accordance with the learning system provided by the government. Cognitive abilities in the mathematics subject of grade 4 students before the implementation of the independent learning curriculum were in the moderate category with a percentage of 91.4%. Meanwhile, the cognitive abilities of grade 4 students after the implementation of the independent learning curriculum were also in the moderate category with a percentage of 81.4%. The effectiveness of the application of the independent learning curriculum on the cognitive abilities of grade 4 students in MI Ta'mirul Islam Surakarta is proven by the calculation of the hypothesis test with the comparative paired simple t test which has been carried out to obtain a value of 2.583

Abstract

Education is a method of acquiring knowledge in infancy. Early infancy is a beautiful age for the continuity of child growth and development that can never be replicated. Therefore, this growth and development process requires an educator's direction and guidance. One way an educator can aid in the growth and development of early childhood is by selecting models and learning strategies appropriate to students' talents, interests, and characteristics. A suitable learning model for early childhood is the quantum learning model, which employs group learning so that students complement and help each other in supporting aspects of child development. This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of group learning-based quantum learning in improving early childhood learning outcomes. The research method was descriptive and qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results were quite positive; learning activities were designed to be conducive and pleasurable so that children would be inspired to participate in learning at all times. This was characterized by an increase in the percentage of very well-developed children, reaching 38.89% from only 5.56% previously, developing as expected, coming to 44.44% from the initial percentage of 16.67, while the percentage of children starting to develop could be reduced from 44.44% to 11.11%. Undeveloped children decreased from 33.33% to 5.56%. As a result, it can be concluded that the implementation of group learning-based quantum learning is very suitable for early childhood in Pancasila Tamanan Kindergarten, as it can increase enthusiasm, a sense of excitement, motivation, interest, cooperation, mutual assistance, and respect, and can support the improvement of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Dalam lembaga pendidikan perlu diadakan peningkatan dan penyempurnaan mutu pendidikan salah satunya dengan melalui model pembelajaran yang tepat dalam proses pembelajaran, hingga terwujudnya kesatuan dan persatuan bangsa. Peran guru merupakan komponen utama yang sangat penting, yaitu peran guru sebagai sumber edukatif yang utama tidak akan pernah tergantikan, walaupun perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, terutama teknologi pembelajaran melalui perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Adapun salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam melalui pembelajaran eksploratif adalah model pembelajaran yang menekankan pada pemahaman materi pembelajaran dengan melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, yaitu dengan menemukan sendiri, dengan terlibat dalam pemecahan masalah, dan selanjutnya dengan hasil. Dalam mendapatkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Klego adalah sebagai motivator agar dapat memotivator siswa yang kurang aktif dalam proses belajar. model pembelajaran berbasis kelompok mengeksplorasi kemampuan siswa untuk menemukan ide-ide baru dari yang diamati dan guru mengkomunikasikan pembelajaran dari hasil diskusi seluruh kelompok serta dilengkapi dengan penjelasan guru, maka dengan itu siswa memiliki pengetahuan yang luas tidak lewat dari guru, tetapi juga dari teman dengan model discovery learning.
