Abstract

Basic accounting learning in Phase F of the Independent Curriculum is designed to equip students with an understanding of accounting concepts and skills in analyzing business transactions systematically and applicatively. However, practice in the field shows that learning still uses lecture methods and teaching materials that are less contextual, thus inhibiting students' understanding and active involvement (Astuti & Rahmawati, 2017). To overcome this, this study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of handouts as an alternative learning resource that can increase students' involvement and understanding of the company's business transaction analysis material. The study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The handout was developed based on the needs of Phase F students and contains contextual elements such as real transaction examples, account visualizations, and structured practice questions designed to improve analytical thinking skills. The results of expert validation show that this handout is very feasible to use in learning, with a feasibility score above 80%. Limited trials on grade XI students showed an increase in understanding of concepts and transaction analysis skills, as evidenced by the significant difference in pretest and posttest results (Nisfu Syabana & Susilowibowo, 2022). This finding is in line with the results of other studies which state that contextual teaching materials can improve students' cognitive skills in understanding complex material (Nurmalasari & Ratnawati, 2020).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the use of composition in the news of the Malut Pos newspaper, November 2020 edition, including internal and external composition. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this study also explores the form of verbal compound words that are paired with nouns, adjectives, adverbs. And how the process of combining words and words, words and main words, or main words and main words cannot be separated from each other. The data source in this study is the Malut Pos newspaper, November 2024 edition. The reason for using the data from that edition of the newspaper is because in addition to the many uses of composition, the documents are also complete.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan tinggi menjadi kebutuhan mendesak di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0, terutama dalam pengembangan kompetensi guru masa depan. Namun, integrasi teknologi pembelajaran dalam mata kuliah pengembangan kurikulum masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi platform Learning Management System (LMS) Edmodo dalam mendukung pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Pengembangan Kurikulum SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Edmodo mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif mahasiswa, memperkuat pemahaman konseptual kurikulum, serta mendorong kolaborasi dan refleksi pembelajaran. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi digital, manfaat pedagogis Edmodo dirasakan signifikan oleh seluruh partisipan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi LMS dalam pendidikan guru sebagai upaya strategis membangun kesiapan profesional menghadapi pembelajaran abad ke-21. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur pendidikan digital dan menjadi dasar pengembangan kebijakan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang lebih adaptif

Abstract

psychological and social development. Although various anti-bullying programs have been implemented, effective preventive efforts are still a challenge. This study aims to analyze the role of character education as a preventive strategy against bullying in elementary school students in Ternate City. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation in an elementary school that has implemented a systematic character education program. The results of the study indicate that character education, which includes values ​​such as empathy, tolerance, and social responsibility, has succeeded in reducing bullying behavior in schools. In addition, the implementation of this program also strengthens social relationships between students and forms a more inclusive school climate. The implications of this study are the importance of integrating character education into school policies and the need for parental and community involvement in supporting bullying prevention efforts. Character education is expected to be a more holistic and sustainable approach in creating a safe school environment and supporting optimal student development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of incentives and motivation on the pedagogical competence of private elementary school teachers in Ternate City. Pedagogical competence, which is the ability of teachers to manage learning, is considered crucial to the quality of education. This study tests the hypothesis that incentives and motivation contribute significantly to improving this competence. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The research sample consisted of private elementary school teachers in Ternate City who were selected through a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques to test the effect of incentives and motivation simultaneously and partially on teacher pedagogical competence. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of incentives and motivation on the pedagogical competence of private elementary school teachers in Ternate City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of inclusive education and teacher motivation on the social sensitivity skills of students with special needs in public elementary schools throughout Ternate City. This study with a quantitative approach uses data analyzed through regression tests. The results of the study indicate that inclusive education has a significant and positive influence on the social sensitivity skills of students with special needs, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05). In addition, teacher motivation is also proven to have a significant and positive influence on the social sensitivity skills of students with special needs, with a significance value of 0.004 (<0.05). Simultaneously, inclusive education and teacher motivation together provide a significant and positive influence on the social sensitivity skills of students with special needs, with a significance value of 0.030 (<0.05). This finding implies the importance of implementing quality inclusive education and increasing teacher motivation in developing the social sensitivity skills of students with special needs.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan komponen esensial dalam membentuk kepribadian dan integritas siswa sejak usia dini, terutama dalam konteks pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) di SD Negeri 36 Kota Ternate, serta mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang menghambat penerapannya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif,data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai karakter telah diintegrasikan ke dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dan diimplementasikan melalui strategi pembelajaran kolaboratif serta kegiatan pembiasaan dalam kehidupan sekolah sehari-hari. Namun, proses internalisasi nilai-nilai tersebut menghadapi beberapa kendala, termasuk rendahnya kesadaran siswa, pengaruh lingkungan keluarga yang kurang mendukung, serta keterbatasan perhatian individu dalam mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai karakter secara konsisten. Meskipun demikian, pihak sekolah menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat dalam mengembangkan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif bagi penguatan karakter siswa melalui inovasi pedagogis dan pendekatan partisipatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes through the CIRC Type Cooperative Learning Model in geography learning for class X of SMA Negeri 2 Halmahera Selatan. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) using quantitative research methods. The subjects of this study were students of class X of SMA Negeri 2 Halmahera Selatan with a total of 41 students. Improvement of student learning through the CIRC Type Cooperative Learning Model in geography learning for class X of SMA Negeri 2 Halmahera Selatan. There is an increase in student learning outcomes by applying the CIRC method. This can be proven by the achievement of student learning outcomes in cycle I with an average learning outcome of 59.51 while cycle II with an average learning outcome of 80.14 and has reached the specified classical KKM of 70.

Abstract

The purpose of the study on the Ternate Customary Philosophy "Jou Se Ngofa Nagare" is to find out to what extent students of SMA Negeri 6 North Maluku Province can understand and comprehend the values ​​contained and used as a guideline for daily life because these values ​​have a relationship between humans and humans and humans with the creator of the universe. Because a person's thoughts or reflections on themselves and the universe that has been created by God Almighty, from all its contents have their own meanings. The Ternate Customary Philosophy "Jou Se Ngofa Nagare" is part of this cultural value to maintain peace in social, political, economic and cultural life so that the younger generation in this case students are not influenced by various developments of the times that can damage the order of local wisdom values, if the younger generation does not preserve cultural and cultural values, then a regional identity will be lost which has local wisdom that has been inherited by the ancestors in the land of Zajirah Al'mulk or the land of kings. Because the value of local wisdom is part of the socio-cultural capital to maintain human development to preserve the value of local wisdom contained in the Ternate Customary Philosophy "Jou Se Ngofa Nagare" is part of the identity and order towards a better future life, synergy is needed between the young generation and the community to build a commitment to maintain and preserve local culture in formal, informal and non-formal education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of class X students in geography subjects using the Pair Exchange learning model (cooperative learning) at SMA Negeri 34 Halmahera Selatan. The type of research used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR), using a qualitative research approach. Based on the results of the discussion in cycle I, it shows that on average students have not been able to solve problems on the lithosphere material, with the application of the pair exchange learning model (cooperative learning) as many as 4 students or 12.90% of students are in the sufficient category while 6 or 19.36% are in the less category and 21 or 67.75% are in the very less category. So it can be seen that the learning outcomes of students in Class X SMA Negeri 34 Halmahera Selatan are still very lacking. Meanwhile, in Cycle II there has been an increase, namely 5 students or 16.12% got the very good category, 8 students or 25.8% got the good category, 14 students or 45.16% got the sufficient category, and 4 students or 12.90% got the less category. So the researcher concluded that the application of the pair exchange learning model on the basic competency (KD) of the Lithosphere in Geography subjects can improve student learning outcomes in Class X of SMA Negeri 34 Halmahera Selatan.
