Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attraction, electronic word of mouth and destination image on the decision to visit the Heha Sky View tourist attraction, Gunungkidul Regency. This research was conducted in December 2022 with data collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were visitors to Heha Sky View. The sample in this study is only Heha Sky View visitors in 2022 with a minimum age of 17 years. The data obtained were 152 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that tourist attraction has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions, destination image has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-service quality (electronic service quality) on online seller’s satisfaction on the Bukalapak.com site. The population of this study is the site customers who are online sellers with a total of 70 sellers as respondents. Data was obtained through a questionnaire using Google form. Multiple linear regression equation was used to determine the effect between the independent and dependent variables. Prior to data processing, validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and goodness-of-fit tests were conducted. Hypothesis testing is done by t test and R2 termination test. The results showed that the variables of efficiency, reliability, privacy and responsiveness had a positive and significant effect on online seller’s satisfaction on the Bukalapak.com site.

Abstract

 Abstract Thousands of private universities (PTS) in Indonesia can be selected prospective new students to continue their education. In Yogyakarta there are 106 PTS that compete with each other by improving the quality of education and always trying to correct every deficiency in order to excel and can attract prospective students. This study analyzed product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence on students' decisions in choosing PTS, case studies at STIM YKPN Yogyakarta. The population in this study is active students of STIM YKPN Yogyakarta odd semester of Academy Year 2020/2021. Sampling using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. A total of 280 students participated in the study. The tests used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heterokedastisity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The results of the study stated that partially variable product, price, promotion, process, and physical evidence had a positive and significant effect on the decision of students choosing significantly affect the decision of students choosing a PTS, case studies at STIM YKPN in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Online transactions are buying and selling through internet media, so buyers and sellers do not meet face to face. The easier it is to make transactions, it will also affect people’s views, this is inseparable from the many cases of online crimes such as credit card hackers, illegal transactions and fraud. This research seeks to find out the public’s view of online transactions, in terms of security, risk, and also the perception of product risk on online buying interest. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta to analyze the effect of security, convenience risk, and perceived product risk on online purchase intention on the Shopee buying and selling site. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the conclusions of this study are as follows: Security (X1) has no effect on online buying interest. Convenience risk (X2) has a positive and significant effect on online buying interest. Perceived Product Risk (X3) has a positive and significant effect on online buying interest.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of the Employment Social Security Administration (BPJS) in the Gunungkidul area. Apart from that, this research also examines how customer satisfaction is an intervening variable in the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. The research sample was collected from 120 respondents who were BPJS Employment Gunungkidul participants who received services in the last 3 months (August-October 2023). Research testing uses regression with the Process Macro v4.3 bootstrapping method. The results are that service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty and satisfaction, customer satisfaction also has a positive effect on customer loyalty, but customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. These results show how service quality and customer satisfaction can increase BPJS Employment customer loyalty. The research contributes to providing empirical evidence to be used as a reference for further research regarding service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and is expected to provide input, changes and improvements to the company as consideration in making decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work family conflict on turnover intention in the quality control department at PT Mataram Tunggal Garment. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed via google form. The population of this research are production employees in the quality control department at PT Mataram Tunggal Garment. Sampling was done using Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 105 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention in the quality control section at PT Mataram Tunggal Garment.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of service quality variables on customer satisfaction at Warunk Gacoan Colombo, Yogyakarta. The variables used for service quality consist of: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique, namely sampling based on considerations in accordance with the purpose of the study, with a sample size of 130 respondents obtained by the Hair formula. The data analysis techniques used were instrument test, basic assumption test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results that have been described, it can be concluded that the variables reliability, tangible, assurance, and empathy have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Responsiveness has a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the variables have a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. The contribution of this study is in terms of the finding that the quality of service in the restaurant business which is developing and becoming a trend for young people is that responsiveness is not so considered in determining service satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing, electronic word of mouth dan brand trust terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Mahkota Sukses Indonesia (MSI) di Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat di Yogyakarta yang menggunakan dan melakukan pembelian produk MSI. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert dan dibagikan melalui Google form. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel social media marketing, electronic word of mouth dan brand trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk MSI di Yogyakarta. Kontribusi atau kebaruan dalam penelitian ini terletak pada obyek produk yang diteliti yaitu kosmetik merek yang berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya dan dilakukan di wilayah yang berbeda pula.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the fingerprint attendance model on the work productivity of PT. Komitrando Gunungkidul with work discipline as a moderating variable. This research was conducted in January 2021 at PT. Komitrando Gunungkidul. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of PT Komitrando Gunungkidul. The sample in this research is only production employees (sewing) and those who have worked at least 6 months because what can be measured the work productivity is only employees in the sewing section. Thus the sample in this study was a sewing employee at PT. Komitrando Gunungkidul. Of the 100 existing permanent employees, only employees who have worked for at least 6 months, so the number of respondents taken is 60 sewing employees, and the collection uses the purposive sampling method, namely determining the sample with the consideration that employees whose productivity can be measured are only sewing. The results of this study indicate that partially, leadership has a negative effect on employee productivity, the application of the fingerprint absentee model affects employee performance, work discipline has a negative and significant effect on leadership and work productivity, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the application of the fingerprint absence model and work productivity. employees.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset yang sangat berharga bagi penggerak kinerja organisasi. Oleh karena itu, berbagai upaya dilakukan organisasi dalam mencapai kinerja pegwai yang berkualitas. Berdasarkan argumentasi tersebut, penelitian ini menguji pengaruh 3 (tiga) variabel yang diyakini memiliki pengaruh positif bagi kinerja pegawai. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Sebanyak 62 pegawai Balai Besar Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Ekspor Indonesia yang berpartisipasi sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Di luar dugaan, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini memperkaya literatur mekanisme pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi praktisi agar mengupayakan perbaikan kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja bagi pegawai.
