Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of experiential marketing on consumer repurchase intention in a café, either directly or mediated by customer satisfaction. Sampling with non probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents as many as 135 people who are consumers of Cafe MJ in Purwokerto. The data analysis method in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that experiential marketing has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, experiential marketing has no effect on repurchase intention, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase intention, and experiential marketing has an indirect effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Suatu organisasi dibentuk karena memiliki visi misi yang ingin. dicapai, sedangkan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi tersebut tentu saja  memerlukan sikap atau perilaku orang-orang yang bertanggung jawab dan memiliki kinerja yang baik. Faktor yang berpengaruh untuk mencapai hasil kerja yang baik dari karyawan adalah lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan disiplin kerja. Riset ini berusaha menjawab apakah lingkungan kerja disiplin.dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada DP2KBP3A Kab, Sumbawa Besar, baik secara parssial dan simultan Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kinerja bisa dibangun lewat variabel lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan disiplin. Hasil penelitian ini memberi manfaat bagi pemerintah dalam membangun kinerja pegawai di instansi pemerintah. Riset ini diawali dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas kemudian uji data dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan asumsi dasar, untuk menguji pengaruh dan hipotasa menggunakan regresi liner berganda untuk melalui uji t danb uji F. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan disipin kerja berpengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil riset menujukkan lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan disiplin kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Pengendalian. Penduduk Keluarga Berencana Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP2KBP3A) Kabupaten Sumbawa Besar. Perusahaan atau Instansi Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP2KBP3A) Kab. Sumbawa Besar disarankan untuk meningkatkan kondisi lingkungan kerja, serta meningkatkan kedisiplinan dalam bekarja dan selalu memberikan motivasi terhadap karyawan sehingga karyawan dapat bekerja lebih tenang, bertanggung jawab dengan pekerjaannya dan dapat merangsang karyawan untuk lebih bergairah dalam bekerja agar kinerja karyawan dapat meningkat.

Abstract

Abstract Research and development in the field of information technology has created an outstanding product that can improve the quality of human life..One type of goods produced is a mobile communication product. Smartphones are one of the most requested items in the Industrial Era 4.0. The high demand for smartphones has prompted several companies to produce them, one of which is Apple Inc. producing iPhones.iPhone is one of the famous smartphone brands among Indonesian students including at Yayasan Keluarga Pahlawan Negara (YKPN) Yogyakarta.This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, price and product quality on the loyalty of iPhone smartphone consumers to YKPN Yogyakarta students. This research is quantitative research.The data was collected from 102 respondents using questionnaires through Google form.. The results of validity and reliability tests on research instruments are declared valid and reliable.The test results of normality, multicolerity and heteroskedastisity against multiple linear regression models all meet the requirements.The results showed that brand image, price students. Adjusted R2 shows that brand image, price and product quality influenced by 44% on consumer loyalty the remaining 56% was explained by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage and Pfitability on Financial Distress. Meanwhile, Liquidity is proxied by Current Ratio (CR), Leverage is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Profitability is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), and Financial Distress is proxied by Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR). The population in this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018- 2020 period. The mechanism for collecting research samples applies purposive sampling, the total sample in this research is 21 companies with a total of 63 exploratory materials. The data analysis method applied is panel data regression estimation, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, coefficient of determination. Regarding the conclusions of this study, it proves that Liquidity has a significant positive impact on Financial Distress, Leverage has a significant negative impact on Financial Distress, and Profitability has a significant positive impact on Financial Distress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, job insecurity, and workload on turnover intention of employees in the Etta Indotama goat milk processing industry. The independent variables in this research are job satisfaction, job insecurity, and workload while the dependent variable is turnover intention. The data collection methodology for this research involved the use of a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The population targeted for this research is all production employees in the Etta Indotama environment. Sampling used non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. The total sample was 170 respondents. The tests used in testing research instruments and questionnaire data include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, partial t test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention of employees in the Etta Indotama goat milk processing industry. Job insecurity has a positive effect on employee turnover intention in the Etta Indotama goat milk processing industry. Workload also has a positive influence on worker turnover intention at the Etta Indotama milk factory

Abstract

Good management must have a main goal in the field of Human Resources (HR) in managing members of the company›s organization. This means that organizational actors do not have the desire to leave the company. The desire of employees to move or leave the company is called turnover intention. Turnover intention can be a problem because it will increase the cost of recruitment, selection, and training as well as disrupt the work system in the company. The factors that cause turnover intention are organizational commitment, organizational culture, job satisfaction, work environment, compensation, employee relations, work stress and work life balance. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance, work stresS and job satisfaction on turnover intention in the millennial generation in Yogyakarta. The sample is 100 people who are millennial generation workers who have met the criteria aged 21 to 40 years, working at least six months in Yogyakarta. Samples were taken by using non-prability sampling technique or using purposive sampling. With criteria aged 21 to 40 years, and have worked at least six months in Yogyakarta. Based on a multiple linear regression test and t test, it was found that work life balance has a negative and not significant effect, work stress has a positive and significant effect, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

The increase in sales in the cosmetics industry, especially in the youth segment, is interesting to study more deeply, and has not been revealed much. Studies on the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions have often been carried out, however, there are still not many teenagers making decisions about purchasing teen cosmetics. There are still some differences in research results, especially regarding the factors that affect purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on Emina’s teenage cosmetics consumers, especially on lipstick products. Want to know the price, product quality and advertisements affect the purchase decision of Emina lipstick products. A survey was conducted through distributing forms via google form, using purposive sampling method, to 110 consumers of Emina’s lipstick, who bought their own products for their own use. The results showed that only advertising had an effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality and price were partially insignificant with purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have an effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study provide input to Emina Cosmetics, especially Lipstick products, to continue to improve and improve their advertisements, because advertising is the most attractive to teenagers in product purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Several e-wallet companies compete with each other to maintain the existence of using their services, one of which is the DANA e-wallet. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and e-security on reuse intention among DANA e-wallet users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research uses independent variables; perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and e-security while the dependent variable is reuse intention. The population in this study were DANA e-wallet users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique with non-probability sampling uses purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using Google forms. This research uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS version 26 macro analysis tool. This research found that perceived usefulness (X1), perceived ease of use (X2), and e-security (X3) had a positive effect on reuse intention among DANA e-wallet users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and supervision on the level of work discipline of the Cilacap Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. The sample was taken using purposive sampling with the criteria of employees who have worked for more than 2 (two) years, as many as 86 people. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Partial research results show that leadership has a positive effect (0.266) and significant (0.001) on the level of employee work discipline, motivation has a positive effect (0.160) and significant (0.022) to the level of employee discipline and supervision has a positive effect (0.050) and not significant (0.470) on the level of employee work discipline. Thus, it means that leadership has an effect on work discipline, motivation has an effect on work discipline, and supervision has no effect on work discipline for employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Cilacap Regency.

Abstract

Gaya hidup sehat sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang tidak bisa lepas dari kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga menyebabkan permintaan akan produk sehat semakin meningkat, termasuk pada makanan ringan sehat Soyjoy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup, kualitas produk, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Soyjoy di Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk Soyjoy di Yogyakarta. Metode sampel non probability sampling  dengan jumlah 100 responden menggunakan metode Roscoe dan  teknik pengambilan purposive sampling melalui Google form. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gaya hidup, kualitas produk, dan promosi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
